【摘要】 煤炭作为我国的主要能源之一，对我国经济的发展起到了举足轻重的作用，分析和评价煤炭在中国的利用状况，对认识并改变我国煤炭利用效率的现状有着重要意义。本文从我国煤炭利用的现状出发，分析经济增长、能源消费结构、产业结构、煤炭价格、技术进步、环境状况等影响因素与煤炭利用效率的关系。在煤炭利用现状及其影响因素分析的基础上，运用DEA方法对我国工业行业与各地区煤炭利用效率进行了分析评价，并根据工业行业煤炭利用效率评价结果，对我国工业行业煤炭利用强度建立了系统动力学模型，对未来一段时间的煤炭利用强度进行了预测。并根据前述分析结果，提出了提高我国煤炭利用效率的对策及建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of China’s main energy resources, coal plays a decisive role in China’s economydevelopment. It is of great importance to analyze and evaluate coal consumption in China forunderstanding and changing the current situation of China’s energy resources efficiency. Thispaper analyzes the relationship between the influencing factors,including economic growth,energy consumption structure,industrial structure,and the price of coal， technology innovation，and environmental conditions， based on the situation of China coal market. On the basis ofanalysis to current situation of coal utilization and its influencing factors,this paper analyze andevaluate coal utilization efficiency of China’s industries and regions by using DEA method, andfurtherly,establishes a system dynamic model of coal utilization intensity to forecasing the futurecoal utilization intensity for some time.In accordance with the resul of the above empiricalanalysis,this paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions to increase the efficiency of China’scoal utilization.更多还原
