新阳煤矿高浓度胶结充填料浆输送特性研究

【摘要】 汾西矿业集团新阳煤矿采用高浓度胶结充填开采技术,选用煤矸石、粉煤灰、水泥和水作充填材料,既处理了固体废弃物,又获取了村庄下的煤炭资源。本文借助扫描电镜SEM微观形貌及能谱分析和XRD衍射分析等手段对煤矸石、粉煤灰和胶结充填体的物理化学性质进行分析,并研究外加剂对充填料浆和充填体性能的影响;通过配比试验确定了各充填材料之间的最佳配合比例。在分析处理实验室料浆流变试验所获数据的基础上,确定了高浓度胶结充填料浆的流变模型。在理论分析的基础上,建立了高浓度胶结充填料浆管道输送的数学模型,并借助COMSOL Multiphysics对充填料浆的流动情况进行了数值模拟,分析了不同料浆浓度和充填能力下充填料浆管路输送的沿程阻力损失和局部阻力损失规律。最后进行了高浓度胶结充填料浆管路输送的工业应用。

【Abstract】 Xinyang Coal Mine of Fenxi Coal Mining Group carries out the thechnology ofbackfill mining with cemented materials of high concentration. This technology takescoal gangue, fly ash, cement and water as backfill materials, which not only solves thesolid waste, but also extractsthe coal resources under villages.This paper utilized themethods of SEM microstructure survey, energy spectrum analysis and XRD analysis toanalyze the physical and chemical properties of coal gangue, fly ash and cementedbackfill structures. Besides, the effect of admixtures on backfill slurries and structuresis also studied. Through the mix proportion experiment, the optimal mix proportion ofthe backfill materials is determined.On the basis of analyzingthe data obtained bylaboratory rheological experiment, the rheological model for the backfill slurry withhigh concentration is determined. Based on theoretical analysis, the mathematicalmodel for the pipeline trasportation of backfill slurry is developed. With the help ofCOMSOL Multiphysicssoftware, the numerical simulation of the flowing of backfillslurry is conducted. In addition, the frictional and local resistance losses of the backfillslurry through pipeline transportation are analyzed.Finally, the industrial application ofthe transportation of backfill slurry with high concentration is discussed.
