基于界面的煤矿井下工程协同管理体系与方法研究

【摘要】 本文主要是利用界面的理论和方法来解决煤矿井下工程(主要包括开拓、掘进、安装、回采、回撤五大核心工程)的综合协同管理问题。依据界面管理、协同管理和项目管理等理论,首先,构建基于界面的煤矿井下工程协同管理体系;然后,分别对其目标、过程、组织子体系的协同管理体系、界面管理方法、建模和测量评价方法等进行研究;其次,构建煤矿井下工程协同管理信息系统;最后,建立煤矿井下工程全面协同度测量模型和指标体系,选择开滦集团煤业公司下属A煤矿做实证研究,结果表明A煤矿的煤矿井下工程系统的协同度逐年提高,协同管理方法的应用给A煤矿井下工程的管理工作带来了很大的推动作用。本文的研究丰富了煤矿科学管理的内容,对实现煤矿井下工程管理全过程的优化与协调,提高煤矿管理效益和效率具有一定的理论和实践意义。

【Abstract】 Using the interface theory and methods to solve the synergic management problems ofunder-well project in coal mine is the main work of this paper. On the basis of interfacemanagement, synergic management and project management theory, firstly, the system ofunder-well project synergic management based on interface was established; secondly, synergicmanagement system, interface management methods and modeling evaluation methods of goal,process, organization subsystems were studied; thirdly, the synergic management informationsystem of under-well project was set up; finally, the measurement model of total synergy degreeand the evaluation index system were builded, and A coal mine subordinated to kailuan group waschose to do empirical research, the evaluation result shows that the synergy degree of under-wellproject management of A coal mine increased year by year, and the application of the synergicmanagement methods have played a great role to under-well project management work of A coalmine. The study of this paper enriches the content of coal mine scientific management, and has acertain theoretical and practical significance to realize the optimization and coordination for thewhole process of under-well project management, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency ofcoal mine.
