煤矿新型沿空留巷模板支护技术及应用研究

【摘要】 沿空留巷开采技术是实现煤炭绿色开采的方法之一,其关键设备是模板支架。本文论述了煤矿沿空留巷模板支架的基本功能、工作原理及选型设计原则,建立了支架的反四连杆运动模型和顶梁轨迹计算数学模型,分析了支架各连杆水平倾角以及顶梁高度的函数关系。用有限元法对模板支架三维模型在不同加载方式下进行强度分析,得出整架及各主要结构件的应力分布,确定了危险截面和危险点,为模板支架的结构设计和改进提供理论依据。通过在中兴煤矿进行的工业性实验,验证了沿空留巷模板支护技术的可行性,并进行了技术经济效果评价,为该技术的推广应用提供了理论和实验依据。

【Abstract】 The formwork support for the gob-side entry retaining is the main supportingequipment to realization gob-side entry retaining, its reliability is directly related tothe success of gob-side entry retaining. This thesis introduced the basic functions、composition、working principle and slection principle, established mathematicalmodel of anti-four-bar linkage mechanism, which can be used to reach the functionalrelationship between the horizontal obliquity of link and the height of the roof.Analysis on strength of formwork support3D model under different loading methodsby FEM, to draw von mises stress of formwork support and each of the mainstructural parts, to determine the critical sections and dangerous points, providing thereference basis for the formwork support structure design and improvement. Finallyindustrial experiment was carried out in ZhongXing coal, the evaluation of technicaland economic effect, the results show that the formwork support is simple, economicand reliable, and provides theoretical and experimental basis for this technology toapplication and promotion.
