涡北矿综放采场巷道采动影响规律及围岩控制对策

【摘要】 本文以涡北矿松软夹矸厚煤层综放采场巷道的采动影响问题为依托,采用室内试验、现场监测、数值模拟与应用试验相结合的研究手段,对采动压力在采场巷道的显现规律及围岩变形控制对策进行了研究。通过采场巷道顶板采动压力监测,得到了综放工作面及采场巷道顶板岩层的采动压力大小和显现规律;煤岩试验检测和巷道收敛变形监测获得了涡北矿松软煤层的侧压系数及采动压力在回采巷道的显现程度和影响范围;计算分析得到了煤层倾度大小对巷道水平压力不对称性的影响关系以及不同支护条件下的围岩变形控制效应;研究提出了采场巷道U型钢架与煤层锚杆组合短梁的联合支护方案,应用试验表明支护方案在采场矿压下控制围岩变形的适用性。

【Abstract】 Based on the mining effect problems of fully-mechanized sublevel caving faceroadways in Guobei Coal Mine with soft thick and mixing muck coal seams, usinglaboratory experiment, field measurement, numerical simulation and appliedexperiment methods the showing laws and around rock deformation control ways ofworking field roadways under the mining pressures are studied in this doctoraldissertation. Through mining pressure measurements within roof rock seams of fieldroadways the mining pressure sizes and showing laws of fully-mechanized sublevelcaving face and roadway are obtained. The lateral pressure coefficient of soft coalseams and the showing degrees as well as influence ranges of mining pressures infield roadways are measured in coal sample tests and field around rock convergencemonitors. The effect relations of coal seam inclinations to roadway side level pressureasymmetry and the control deformation effects of around rock under the differentsupporting conditions are received from simulation calculating analysis. Thecombined supporting proposals of U type steel frame with coal seam bolts togethershort beams, which are fitted for mining face roadways, are designed throughresearching mechanism. The field application experiments and deformation monitorsshow that the designed supporting methods can be suitable for controlling around rockdeformations under mining influence in Guobei Coal Mine.
