【摘要】 为有效预防和控制生产安全突发事件造成的心理创伤，促进安全生产的有效进行，对个体与群体在生产安全突发事件下的心理反应规律及交互作用规律进行了研究。界定了生产安全突发事件的概念，明确了生产安全突发事件下人们的心理应激机理。通过实验分析了生产安全突发事件对人们心理的影响规律；采用模糊聚类法分析了影响个体与群体心理严重程度的主要因素；分别通过流变—突变理论和传染病模型分析了个体和群体创伤心理的形成过程和突发条件；通过个体与群体心理交互作用模型分析了个体心理与群体心理之间的相互作用规律；提出了生产安全突发事件心理救助模式及救助措施。研究表明：生产安全突发事件的发生对人们的心理造成了严重影响，人们的心理存在着由安全向危险流变—突变的过程，且容易出现群体创伤心理；个体心理与群体心理之间的消极作用能够加剧心理恐慌；可以通过“预防”、“控制”、“治疗”相结合的方式降低生产安全突发事件对人们造成的心理影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The psychological reaction rule and interaction rule of individual and collective underproduction safety incident were studied for effectively prevention and control psychologicaltrauma caused by production safety incident, and promoting the production safety. The concept ofproduction safety incident was defined and the mechanism of people’s psychological stress underproduction safety incident was elaborated. The psychological influence law of the people causedby production safety incident was analyzed through experiments; the main factors affectingindividual psychology and collective psychology severity was analyzed using fuzzy clustering; theformation process of individual and collective psychological trauma and incident conditions wasanalyzed through the theory of rheology and mutation and infectious disease model; theinteraction law between individual psychology and collective psychology was analyzed throughindividual and collective psychological interaction model; proposed production safety incidentpsychological assistance mode and relief measures. Studies show that: The occurrence ofproduction safety incident caused a huge psychological harm, people’s psychology there is theprocess of rheology and mutation from safety to risk, and prone to collective psychological trauma;the negative effects between individual psychology and collective psychology can exacerbatepsychological panic; the psychological impact of production safety incident can reduce by thecombination way of "prevention","control","treatment".更多还原
