北京地铁七号线达官营站及湾达区间暗挖关键技术研究

Study on the Key Technology of Shallow Mining in Beijing Metro Line.7DaGuan Ying Station and WanDa Section

【摘要】 针对北京地铁七号线01标段达官营PBA暗挖车站及湾达大断面暗挖区间在施工过程中存在的主要技术难题,通过现场试验、数值分析、工艺改进、理论分析等方法,对富水砂卵石地层降水施工、PBA暗挖车站双向小导洞开挖、PBA暗挖车站主体超前支护方案、超长管棚工艺改进、大断面暗挖近距离下穿河流、双联拱大断面隧道施工等关键技术开展研究。研究结果表明,采用“风动潜孔锤工艺+钢管井身”快速一次成井工艺,有效地解决了卵石地层的降水难题;通过数值模拟和监测数据分析,研究了PBA小导洞横通道双向开挖方案的变形规律,提出不同开挖顺序和不同错距是关键因素,认为2.4-5.7-1.3-6.8开挖顺序、错距为15m开挖方案为最优方案;通过数值模拟,对车站主体超前支护常用的三种方案(双排小导管、深孔注浆、大管棚)进行了分析并进行多因子比选,提出大管棚方案为最优方案;提出了“刚柔结合”的河道铺衬与洞内WSS深孔注浆的联合方案,解决了大断面暗挖近距离下穿河流的难题;首次提出了“CRD+CD”法实现双联拱大断面暗挖的解决方案。

【Abstract】 Aiming at solving the major technical problems, which exist in the construction of Beijing MetroLine.7No.1bidding section-Da Guanying PBA mining station and Wan Da large section running tunnel.Through field tests, numerical analysis, process improvement, theoretical analysis and other methods,researches have been done on dewatering of water-rich sand gravel layer, bidirectional excavation ofsmall pilot tunnels in PBA station, advanced support methods of PBA station, process improvement ofsuper long pipe roof, large section tunnel construction close to river bottom and construction of doubleunite arch tunnel with large section. The findings show that technique on once-through fast Well Drillingusing pneumatic down hole hammer combined with steel tube, can effectively solve the dewateringproblem in gravel layer; Study the deformation laws, which caused by bidirectional excavation of smallpilot tunnels in PBA station, by numerical simulation and monitoring data analysis. Results show thatexcavation sequence and staggered distance play an important role in deformation laws, the bestexcavation sequence is2.4-5.7-1.3-6.8and the best staggered distance is15m; Analyze three kinds ofadvanced support schemes (small pipes, deep hole grouting and pipe sheds) by numerical simulation, andput forward that pipe sheds are the best scheme using multi-factor comparison and selection. Put forwardthe scheme that combine “rigid-flexible combining lining” in river with WSS deep hole grouting, whichsolve the problem of large section tunnel construction close to river bottom; First put forward the newmethod “CRD+CD” to solve the problem in the construction of double unite arch tunnel with largesection.
