阳泉市区大气污染物扩散及空气质量控制研究

【摘要】 经深入细致调研,本文发现阳泉市区具有:山地中“西谷东盆”而建成区被圈闭的特殊地貌环境;静风频率高、逆温层发育、全年盛行偏西风、夏季盛行偏东风且风速较小、“北槽南涡”降雨天气形势等特殊气候条件;资源型企业、煤矸石山和山城机动车尾气的污染源特点。运用多年监测数据和山区河谷型城市多源扩散模型,经宏观对比和微观分析,揭示出:本区特殊的地貌、气候、污染源等因素复合形成了不均衡、复杂和不利扩散的大气污染物扩散场,该扩散场在高度上明显分层、在平面上明显分区。模拟了本区2006-2010年大气污染扩散状况,得到了分区分层的污染源污染物扩散规律。基于大气污染物总量控制、酸雨监测控制和PM2.5实时监测控制等三种污染物削减方法,提出了本区空气质量优化控制系统。

【Abstract】 In intensive research,it was found that Yangquan city was in the conditions ofspecial geomorphic features with west valley and eastern basin in mountains and itstrapped buiit-up area,and special climate with higher frequency of calm wind,moreprone inversion layer,partial W winds prevailed throughout the year,prevalent partialE wind in summer which speed is smaller,and weather situation for summer rainfallbelonging to Northern Trough and Southern Vortices,etc. The pollution sources ofresource-based business,coal gangue hills and hilly city’s motor vehicle exhaustreflected the particularity of pollutants. By the use of monitoring data for years andmulti-sources diffusion models for mountain-valley city, after the macro-comparingand micro-analysis,it was revealed that The diffusion field of atmospheric pollutantsbelonged to uneven,complex and unfavorable diffusion one in urban areas for thecompound of special surface feature,climate, pollution sources, and other factors,withapparent separation and partition. Imitating atmospheric pollution diffusion situationsin Yangquan-city in2006-2010reached pollutants diffusion rules of pollution sourcesin separation and partition.The optimization system of all control methods of airquality was proposed on the basis of Total quantity control and decrease pattern ofpollutants discharges, control and reduction method of pollutants by monitoringacid rain and by real-time monitoring PM2.5.
