煤层瓦斯场理论及抽采应用研究

【摘要】 本文建立了煤层瓦斯场理论,通过瓦斯势、瓦斯流函数方程,研究瓦斯抽采运移规律,为瓦斯抽采工作提供了新的理论研究支持。在瓦斯场理论基础上,研究建立了瓦斯场钻孔参数优化函数方程。考虑叠加效应,分析计算了多孔瓦斯涌出量,提出抽采钻孔参数优化方案。结合应用条件,用COMSOL进行了方程模拟符合性验证,结果证明了一致性。通过气、水两相流流固耦合模型对屯兰煤矿12503工作面本煤层钻孔抽采运移规律进行研究分析,通过分析与模拟,结合煤层瓦斯运移理论,验证了煤层瓦斯场抽采优化函数符合性。研究分析西山矿区瓦斯抽放工况,应用瓦斯场钻孔参数优化函数,对抽放钻孔优化进行现场应用研究,验证了钻孔优化计算结果一致性。

【Abstract】 To provide theoretical guidance for gas extraction, the gas field theory was established,delivery law of gas extraction was researched by establishing the gas potential equation and gasflow equation. Based on the gas field theory, drilling parameters optimization function wasestablished to provide drilling parameters optimization program. Considering the superpositioneffect, analysis and calculation the emission of gas from several drillings, the scheme for drainagedrilling parameters optimization is given. With the application condition, the equations to simulatethe compliance by COMSOL, the results prove the consistency. Fluid solid coupling model ofTunlan coal mine12503working face of the coal seam drilling drainage migration is studiedthrough coal seam gas and water two-phase flow. The analysis and simulation, combined with thetheory of gas migration in coal seam gas drainage technology, conformance with the coal seam gasfield drainage optimization function. The gas drainage working condition in Xishan mining areawas analysed, drainage holes were optimized in field with drilling parameters optimizationfunction and the result is consistency.
