新疆沙吉海煤矿复合型软岩破坏机理及支护对策研究

【摘要】 通过对沙吉海煤矿工程地质条件、岩石物理力学特性及围岩结构成分的研究,确定了其巷道工程软岩类型为节理化-膨胀性复合型;总结了软岩巷道变形破坏特征,结合数值计算分析,找出了巷道变形破坏的关键部位,确定了影响该矿软岩巷道围岩稳定性的主控因素,分析了软岩巷道的变形破坏力学机理。分析了传统支护形式不适应该矿巷道围岩稳定性控制的原因,对应用于沙吉海煤矿软岩巷道支护工程的新型恒阻大变形锚杆(索)支护新材料进行了静力学拉伸和动力学冲击试验,验证了该新型锚杆能够产生大变形的同时保持130KN恒定阻力的优良性能,采用软岩工程大变形耦合控制理念,提出了基于新型恒阻大变形锚杆(索)的沙吉海煤矿软岩巷道围岩稳定性控制耦合支护新技术及相应的支护对策,在沙吉海煤矿+550水平井底车场及副斜井大断面交岔点软岩巷道支护工程中进行试验应用,现场监测数据显示效果良好,并在全矿成功推广应用超过10000m。

【Abstract】 Reasearches on geological conditions and soft rock physical and mechanicalproperties in Shajihai coal mine have been performed, determining the type andstructural component of soft rock to be complex jointed-expansive; summarizes thecharacteristics of soft rock deformation and failure, combined with numerical analysisto identify the key parts of the roadway. The main factors affecting the stability ofroadway surrounding soft rocks are studied, and also the fracture mechanics analysis ofthe deformation mechanism. Traditional support cannot fit to the swelling soft rock instability control; coupled control concept in large deformation of soft rock engineeringshould be proposed for the roadway stability control. The Constant Resistance andLarge Deformation (CRLD) technology has been introduced and applied to Shajihaisoft rock roadway by the use of CRLD bolts which have been tested by static tensileand dynamic impact laboratory test systems. Interaction mechanism of surroundingsoft rock and the CRLD bolts (anchor) is studied with corresponding stability controltechnology and supporting measures, applications of this support technology inShaJiHai coal mine soft rock roadways for t10000m in total with great support effectsin practice and this technology is proved to be reliable and effective.
