【摘要】 共同富裕是人类社会追求的美好梦想,也是千百年来中国人民孜孜以求的追寻目标。改革开放以来,在以邓小平为核心的第二代中央领导集体、以江泽民为核心的第三代中央领导集体和以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央的带领下,中国人民一直都在为实现共同富裕目标而不懈奋斗着。经过几十年的快速发展,我国GDP已跃居世界第二位,人民生活水平不断提高,社会主义现代化建设也取得很大成就。本文从理论角度,将当代中国共产党人关于共同富裕方面的思想加以总结归纳,梳理出改革开放以来,当代中国共产党人在推进经济发展,实现共同富裕道路上所做的努力。我党对共同富裕理论的研究起源于毛泽东,形成于邓小平,发展于江泽民和胡锦涛。以邓小平为核心的第二代中央领导集体的共同富裕思想明确提出贫穷不是社会主义,社会主义的本质是共同富裕。在社会主义现代化建设中,应当以经济建设为中心,倡导效率优先,鼓励一部分地区和一部分人先富起来,先富带动后富,最终实现共同富裕。以江泽民为核心的第三代中央领导集体根据现代化建设实践,创立了“三个代表”重要思想,把实现最广大人民根本利益作为奋斗目标,提出促进经济发展的“新三步走”战略,全面建设小康社会。通过改革收入分配制度,提出效率优先,兼顾公平,在均衡协调发展基础上,实施了西部大开发战略和扶贫开发战略,缩小贫富差距,丰富和发展了邓小平共同富裕思想的内容。以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央在继承前人共同富裕思想的基础上,结合新世纪出现的新情况,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中,更加注重社会公平正义,以人为本,重视社会民生问题,提出全面建设小康社会的目标,通过“五个统筹”战略,深入推进西部大开发,全面振兴东北老工业基地,大力促进中部崛起,积极支持东部地区率先发展,加快建立覆盖城乡居民的社会保障体系和基本医疗制度,坚持以人为本,消除城乡二元结构,积极构建社会主义和谐社会,进一步完善了共同富裕思想。党的十八大以后,我国已经进入社会主义现代化建设的新时期,以习近平为总书记的党中央提出培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,坚持社会主义本质,最终实现共同富裕的目标,使全体人民共享社会发展成果,让改革成为最大的红利,为全面建成小康社会、建设富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化国家,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦而努力奋斗!更多还原

【Abstract】 The pursuit of common prosperity is not only a beautiful dream of human society, but also the goal which Chinese people have been pursing for thousands of years. Since the establishment of reform and opening up policy, Deng Xiaoping at the core of the second generation of central collective leadership with Jiang Zemin as the third and the central collective leadership with Hu Jintao as general secretary, Chinese people have been constantly struggling for realizing common prosperity. After decades of rapid development, China’s GDP has ranked second in the world, people’s living standards keeps improving, and the development of socialist construction has achieved good outcomes.This article, from the theoretical point of view, summarizing the Chinese communists’ thoughts over common prosperity, teasing out the Chinese government’s efforts to the road of achieving common prosperity in leading Chinese people towards the development of the economy since reform and opening up.As we can see, the theory stemmed from the common prosperity of Mao Zedong, formed in Deng Xiaoping era and developed in Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao. Deng xiaoping’s common prosperity thought clearly put forward the poverty is not socialism, the essence of socialism is common prosperity.In the construction of socialist modernization, we should view economic construction as the center, advocate priority of efficiency, encourage some areas and some people become prosperous first, then bring along the poor, and ultimately achieve common prosperity.Jiang Zemin, base on the modernization construction practice, found the "three represents" important thought, which is to realize the fundamental interests of the majority of Chinese people as the goal, put forward the "New Three Steps" strategy to promote the development of economy, the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way. By reforming the income distribution system, coming up with the efficiency first theory, considering fairness, and base on the balanced coordination development, Chinese government implement the western development strategy and the strategy of poverty alleviation and narrowed the gap between the rich and the poor, which has enriched and developed Deng Xiaoping’s common prosperity theory.With Hu Jintao as the general secretary of the CPC central committee on the basis of Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin’s common prosperity thoughts, combine with the new situation in the new century, further implement the scientific concept of development, in the process of building a harmonious socialist society, emphasize more on social fairness and justice, people-oriented, attaches great importance to society and people’s livelihood issues, and put forward the goal of the a comprehensive construction well-off society. Through the strategy of "Five Plans", further promote the development of the West, comprehensively revitalized Northeast old industrial base, and effectively promote the rise of central China, then actively support the Eastern region to lead the country in development, and speed up in establishing social security system which covers both urban and rural residents basic medical system, and adhere to the people-oriented theory, eliminate the urban-rural dualism structure, build a harmonious socialist society actively, further perfect the common prosperity thoughts.At the moment, At present, our country has entered a new period of socialist modernization construction. Xi Jinping, as general secretary of the CPC central committee with the guidance of the socialist core values. We should adhere to the common prosperity goal, make all Chinese people share the achievements of social development, let reform be the largest bonuses, and build a well-off society in an all-round way, prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern socialist country, and finally realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and strive for a Chinese dream!更多还原
