【摘要】 党的十八大以来,新型城镇化成为政府和学界关注的焦点。未来十年,城镇化因其面临重大机遇、拥有巨大潜力而被认为是助推中国经济发展的强劲引擎。然而城镇化进程中已出现的人口城镇化明显滞后于地域空间扩张的趋势告诫我们,我国的国情和资源条件难以支撑集中发展大中城市的城镇化道路。突破以往“城市偏向”的城镇化发展模式,引导农村人口向小城镇转移和集中,积极推进农村城镇化,是下一阶段城镇化发展的现实选择。因此探寻科学合理的农村城镇化模式,通过承城启乡的农村小城镇的发展实现城乡统筹,对于减轻城镇化过程中出现的“现代城市病”和“农村空心化”问题,创造经济增长的广阔空间,让农村地区分享改革发展的红利,加快建成全面小康社会,具有至关重要的作用。我国地域差异大,各地农村城镇化模式不尽相同。改革开放以来,地处东南沿海的福建省城镇化水平和质量显著提高,目前已进入城镇化加速发展的中后期阶段。但由于区域内的自然、历史以及社会经济条件的不同,福建省各地农村城镇化存在差异,决定了城镇化模式的选择必须因地制宜。本文在前人研究的基础上,对我国和福建省农村城镇化发展历程进行回顾与反思,阐述农村城镇化的动力机制和影响因素,探讨农村城镇化模式的选择机理,进而对福建省中心城市带动型、产业集群带动型和地方资源开发带动型三种农村城镇化模式进行理论研究和案例分析,并提出相应的启示和建议,以期进行的相关研究有助于认识和把握城镇化的本质和发展规律,并以相应的模式为参照来应对农村城镇化实践所遇到的矛盾和问题,不仅为福建省制定科学合理的城镇化发展规划提供可靠的依据,也可以为那些欠发达地区推进农村城镇化、实现城乡一体化提供有益的借鉴；同时有助于深化对城镇化理论的认识,丰富城镇化的研究实践。研究的内容主要包括：第一章论述研究的背景及意义,对国内外相关研究文献进行述评,阐述研究目标、内容、方法、创新点等；第二章对相关的核心概念进行界定,对相关理论进行解读,以指导后续研究；第三章对我国城镇化的发展进程和各阶段特点以及福建省农村城镇化发展状况进行梳理归纳,寻找城镇化过程中的共性与个性特征,以便从共性中辨析地域发展的个性特点,为因地制宜地选择适宜的农村城镇化模式提供借鉴和思考；第四章通过全面分析农村城镇化各动力因素,阐明城镇化动力机制是决定城镇化进程的基本力量,也是城镇化模式形成的动因所在；第五章对我国农村城镇化模式进行比较分析,并结合学界的研究成果分析影响农村城镇化的相关因素,同时选取福建省的一些关键变量采用主成分分析法进行实证研究。在此基础上对农村城镇化模式的选择机理进行阐述,依据农村城镇化发展的主要带动力量,对福建省农村城镇化的模式进行分类；第六章、第七章和第八章,分别对中心城市带动型、产业集群带动型和地方资源开发带动型三种农村城镇化模式进行总结归纳和理论提升,探讨城镇化的主要带动力量与农村城镇化的互动发展关系以及各种模式特点,并精心选取福建省的试点小城镇进行典型案例研究,通过对模式的背景和条件的深度挖掘,分析论证这三种模式既具有地域特色又对地区城镇化发展有普遍意义,并为相应的农村城镇化模式的选择提供启示和建议,以期促进农村城镇化有序发展；第九章归纳研究结论,简要说明有待进一步研究的问题。本文综合运用文献归纳法、调查法、理论分析法、计量分析法和案例分析法等对农村城镇化模式选择进行研究,在国家致力于新型城镇化建设和全面建成小康社会的崭新背景之下对农村城镇化的发展和质量的提升作一些探索性的尝试。本文对于农村城镇化模式选择机理的探讨,以及对中心城市带动型、产业集群带动型和地方资源开发带动型农村城镇化模式的总结归纳和理论提升,是前人较少涉猎的领域,在某种程度上弥补了以往研究的不足；在系统理论阐释的基础上,紧密结合福建省的发展实践,对农村城镇化模式进行案例研究,力求分析全面透彻、具有典型意义并有一定的理论深度,为丰富城镇化的研究提供一定新思维。更多还原

【Abstract】 New-type urbanization has been highlighted by government and scholars since the18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Faced with great opportunities and embodied with huge potential, urbanization is regarded as a powerful impetus to boost Chinese economic growth in the next decade. Migration of farmers to large and medium-sized cities is a relatively typical type of urbanization. However, our national condition and resource reserves are incapable of sustaining the growth of urbanization on large and medium-sized cities. It warned us that, we must do in a different way from the "city-oriented"urbanization because urbanization of population has lagged behind the geographic and spatial expansion in the process of urbanization, and it is practical to the next period of urbanization that rural population must be inducted to transfer to small towns for boosting rural urbanization. Therefore, it is critical to explore scientific and rational pattern of rural urbanization and to carry out rural-urban integrated development to mitigate the problems of "Modern City Diseases" and "Rural Hollowing" in process of urbanization, creating vast space for economic growth, enabling rural residents to benefit from reform and development and accelerating a well-off society.Since we reserve regional differences, rural urbanization has its own characteristics in places. Fujian province, located in the southeast coast of China, has improved significantly in the level and the quality of urbanization since the reform and opening up policy. At present it has entered into the middle and later stage of accelerated development of urbanization. But due to the varied natural, historical and social economic conditions, differences exist across rural urbanization, which determine that the urbanization mode must adjust measures to local conditions. In this text, on the basis of previous researches, Fujian Province is taken as a case to theoretically research and empirically analyze rural urbanization, and elaborate its mechanism and influencing factors and look into its patterns and how the patterns are determined. Correlation researches are expected to contribute to understanding and grasping the essence and law of motion of urbanization, coping with conflicts and problems encountered in urbanization by referring corresponding pattern, reliably underlying the decision on the scientific and rational development planning for rural urbanization, providing guidance for boosting rural urbanization and urban-rural integration, deepening theoretical knowledge on patterns of urbanization, and enriching researches on and practices of urbanization.Research contents:Chapter Ⅰ:Introduction. Explain background and significance, make an analysis and comments on documents at home and abroad, elaborate research objects, technical routes,contents and approaches as well as innovation points and deficiencies. Chapter Ⅱ:Relevant concepts and basic theories. Analyze and identify relevant core concepts, explain relevant theories and lay a solid theoretical foundation on research. Chapter Ⅲ:Progress and inspiration on rural urbanization. Make a review of progress, characteristics and developing trend in each phase of urbanization, seek similarities and differences in urbanization, explore individualities in similarities and provide inspiration for selecting rural urbanization mode in compliance with natural condition. Chapter Ⅳ:Through comprehensive analysis on correlation between motivation factors and urbanization development, a study on dynamic mechanism of rural urbanization is carried out to explain that dynamic mechanism is a driving force in urbanization progress and motivation of urbanization mode. Chapter Ⅴ:Make a comparative analysis on Chinese rural urbanization mode, and analyze relevant factors influencing rural urbanization after studying research findings in academic circles and selects some key variables to make empirical research using Principal Components Analysis. Based on above procedures, this paper elaborates selection mechanism of rural urbanization mode and classify Fujian’s rural urbanization mode according to the driving forces in the progress of rural urbanization. Chapter Ⅵ:Rural urbanization mode driven by major cities. Chapter Ⅶ:Rural urbanization mode driven by industrial clusters. Chapter VIII: Rural urbanization mode which is driven by local resource exploitation. These three chapters summarize and promote three different rural urbanization modes. They aim to investigate major driving forces, interactive relationship and features of rural urbanization. Based on above analysis, we select Fujian’s pilot towns to carry out case study. Through background research, we proved that the three urbanization modes are geographically characterized and meaningful to local urbanization development, thus provide inspirations and suggestions for corresponding rural urbanization mode and boost orderly development of rural urbanization. Chapter Ⅸ:Make a conclusion. Explain problems for further study.With the integrated use of literature introduction, investigation, theoretical analysis, quantitative analysis and case analysis, research on the patterns of urbanization in this paper has made an exploratory attempt to improve the quality and development of rural urbanization under the new situation of china’s striving forward to construct new-type urbanization and build a well-off society in an all-round way. With historical and practical reflection in the performances and the problems of urbanization since reform and opening up, it is believed in this paper that China’s urbanization is dominated by the rural urbanization characterized by transfer of rural residents to small towns, and is totally different from the previous city-oriented urbanization researches. Discussion on rural urbanization mode selection makes up for the study of reasons and conditions for selecting a pattern of rural urbanization. Combining development practices of Fujian Province and on the basis of theoretical analysis, we strive to innovate the research and practice of urbanization by incisively and comprehensively analyzing the case study on the patterns of rural urbanization, and by making a reliable and constructive conclusion.更多还原
