【摘要】 人类社会的历史是一部不断探索、不断完善的发展奋斗史。生态文明是人类社会在物质文明的快速发展过程中产生的一种崭新的文明形态,其最突出的表现在于逐步唤醒并增强了人与自然和谐发展的理念。当前,在坚持以中国特色社会主义理论体系为指引并贯彻落实科学发展观的过程中,对中国特色社会主义生态文明城市建设问题进行专题深入研究,特别是以我国西部地区生态环境脆弱且欠开发、欠发达城市——贵阳市为例,对生态文明城市建设进行全面、系统的研究思考分析,具有十分重大的理论意义和实践价值。本文由绪论、结语和四章正文组成：“绪论”,主要介绍选题的理论意义和实践意义,国内外研究现状,研究方法,研究重点难点,主要创新点等。第一章“科学发展观与生态文明城市”。深度发掘科学发展观的生态文明意蕴,对科学发展观的生态文明理论进行系统梳理；阐述生态文明城市的基本特征,将科学发展观与生态文明城市建设结合起来,研究科学发展观对生态文明城市建设的影响因子,分析科学发展观对于生态文明城市建设的指导价值。第二章“生态文明城市建设的贵阳模式”。主要从科学发展、以人为本、全面协调可持续、统筹兼顾等方面,具体阐述科学发展观对于贵阳生态文明城市建设的具体指导功能。特别是系统论述贵阳在生态文明城市建设的具体实践中,以科学发展观为指导,在动力机制、人民主体、整体设计、生态文明建设等基本方略方面的创新实践,形成了特色鲜明、影响国际的“贵阳模式”。第三章“生态文明城市建设贵阳模式的成就、方法及经验”。主要分析贵阳通过建设生态文明城市取得的发展成效,总结一个西部地区欠发达、欠开发城市生态文明城市建设的“贵阳方法”和“贵阳经验”,旨在论证贵阳通过建设生态文明城市实现了科学发展。第四章是“生态文明城市建设的贵阳启示”。将贵阳生态文明城市建设的具体实践上升到一般理论的高度,通过分析贵阳市建设生态文明城市的具体措施和创新办法,概括生态文明城市建设的一般原则。这对于全面建成小康社会的新的历史时期,面临由于发展不平衡所带来的不同层级的“非均衡发展”问题,探讨纵深推进生态文明城市建设有重要的启示价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The history of Human society is a continuously explore, and constantly improve the development of history. Ecological civilization is the Human society in the process of the rapid development of material civilization of a new form of civilization, performing gradual awakening of the human and the nature harmonious development concept and strengthening.
