嵩山世界地质公园地质特征与旅游资源保护开发

【摘要】 地质资源作为地球地质作用的产物,具有巨大的经济价值、社会价值和生态价值。从科学研究的角度来看,地质资源是经过漫长地球地质作用形成的,其产生、分布、演化和发展都具有一定的规律,是地球地质历史进程中的一种独特的地质验证。作为一种不可再生资源,地质资源具有其独特的地学研究价值;从旅游地学的角度来看,地质资源作为自然旅游资源的重要组成部分,其独特的地质地貌景观具有较高的美学价值和观赏价值,并由此产生巨大的社会经济效益。作为我国第一批加入世界地质公园行列的嵩山世界地质公园,其地质资源具有较高的地学研究价值和旅游景观价值。因此,本文运用地球科学的理论和方法,旅游科学的研究内容与体系,对嵩山世界地质公园地质资源的成因、分类、演变及发展进行了系统的观察、分析和研究,在此基础上提出适应于嵩山世界地质公园资源规划、保护、利用和开发的模式,以推动我国世界地质公园保护开发事业的进一步发展。论文在分析与总结国内外相关研究成果的基础上,以资源产业经济学和地质学相关理论为指导,结合资源的评价方法、资源的开发理论和可持续发展理论,采用调查研究、统计分析、综合分析相结合的方法,对嵩山世界地质公园旅游资源的地质形成背景、特征、分类以及开发利用现状进行了系统的分析,借鉴区域地质资源的定量评价方法,从资源单体和资源开发条件两个角度切入构建嵩山地质旅游资源的综合评价模型树,并对其进行了科学的量化评价。针对我国地质旅游资源开发利用中普遍存在的问题和矛盾,在资源开发理论和可持续发展理论的指导下,提出一套适用于嵩山世界地质公园旅游资源的保护开发优化模式,并对其各个实施步骤进行了阐述。最后,论文对嵩山世界地质公园旅游资源进行了深度开发利用的探索研究,在原有的地质公园保护的基础上引入功能分区的理念,并以嵩山世界地质公园的实际项目开发为案例阐述了嵩山地质旅游资源深度利用的思路、资源保护的措施以及资源品牌产业化管理的提升策略,不仅有利于嵩山世界地质公园的可持续发展,而且也将为我国其他世界地质公园的科学开发与保护提供了有益的借鉴。

【Abstract】 As a product of the earth’s geological effect, which have great economic value, socialvalue and ecological value. From the point of view of scientific research, the geologicalresources of the Earth is formed after a long geological process, of which produces,distribution, evolution and development has certain rules and is a unique geologicalverification in the process of the Earth’s geological history, so as a kind of non-renewableresource, geological resources have their unique research value in geological resourcesgeoscience; from the point of view of tourism earth science, as important parts of naturaltourism resources, geological resources with unique geological landscapes have highaesthetic value and ornamental value, thus generate enormous social and economic benefits.Songshan World Geopark, as China’s first batch to join the ranks of world geological parks,has highly geoscience research value and tourism landscape value. Therefore, in this paper,utilizing the theories and methods of earth science and the content and system of tourismscience research, the causes, classification, evolution and development of geologicalresources of Songshan World Geopark were observed, analyzed and researched. On the basis,models adjust to planning, protection, use and development of Songshan World Geopark’sresource were proposed to promote the further development of the protection anddevelopment of our world geological park.Based on the analysis and summary of relevant research results at home and abroad, onthe basis of resource-related industrial economics and geology theory, combining evaluationmethods, development theory and sustainable development theory of resources, using acombination of survey research, statistical analysis, comprehensive analysis, the formationbackground, characteristics, classification, development and utilization of tourism resourcesin Songshan World Geopark were systematically analyzed; taking example by quantitativeand evaluating method for regional geological resource, two Songshan geological tourismresources evaluation model tree were constructed from two angles of resource monomers andresource development conditions, and scientific quantitative evaluation was also proceed.In view of prevalent problems and contradictions from the development and utilization of geological tourism resources, under the guidance of resource development theory andsustainable development theory, a suitable optimization mode for the protection andexploitation of tourism resources in Songshan World Geopark was proposed, and its variousimplementation steps were described. Finally, the development and utilization of tourismresources in Songshan World Geopark were deeply explored and researched in the paper, theconcept of functional partition was introduced on the basic of the original geological parkprotection, and the idea of deep utilization, the conservation measures and the brandpromotion strategy of the geological tourism resources in Songshan were described based onactual project development in Songshan Geopark. It is not only conducive to the sustainabledevelopment of Songshan World Geopark, but also provides a useful reference for scientificdevelopment and protection of other world geological parks.
