梭梭物质生产和梭梭—肉苁蓉间物质分配调节研究

【摘要】 肉苁蓉产量低、产量不稳定是目前生产过程中亟待解决的问题。但是,梭梭物质生产量潜力,以及向肉苁蓉分配规律尚不清楚。本研究主要从梭梭-肉苁蓉生长发育规律、梭梭光合物质生产潜能、梭梭-肉苁蓉物质分配规律和措施调控效应等方面入手,试图通过充分挖掘梭梭物质供应潜力和合理调节梭梭-肉苁蓉间物质分配,探讨肉苁蓉高产潜力。主要结果如下:1.梭梭年内生长经历“慢-快-慢-快-慢”的“双S”型曲线,每年春秋两季是生长的高峰时段,夏季7月-8月经历夏休眠过程。2.梭梭储存物质年内经历先降低后升高的变化趋势,并且在秋季随着温度下降,有从光合枝、茎杆向根转运的趋势。3.年际间梭梭储存物质供应能力随着梭梭树龄的增长而增强,1-4年生梭梭非结构性碳水化合物供应潜力分别为:9.4g/株、17.8g/株、73.2g/株、239.5g/株。4.随着肉苁蓉寄生数目的增加,梭梭生长和光合能力逐渐受到抑制,更多非结构性碳水化合物向肉苁蓉转移。其中四年生梭梭寄生1、5、10个肉苁蓉后,肉苁蓉非结构性碳水化合物分配比例分别达到梭梭-肉苁蓉寄生复合体的14.4%、35.4%、49.6%。5.肉苁蓉生产的适宜土壤相对含水量为70%-80%;矮壮素可促进梭梭光合产物向肉苁蓉运转,使肉苁蓉生物量提高86.6%;50%剪枝可刺激梭梭补偿生长,提高肉苁蓉生物量117.3%。6.适量增施氮肥、磷肥、钾肥可以有利于梭梭生长,提高肉苁蓉产量。其中施用尿素(CO(NH2)2)5.2g/株、磷酸钠(Na3PO4)2.1g/株、硫酸钾(K2SO4)76.7g/株时,肉苁蓉生物量分别增加45.3%、26.6%、52.4%。

【Abstract】 Low yield,unstable yield are two core issues need to be solved in the production process of C.deserticola.However,the material production potential of Hammodendron,as well as distribution characteristics between H.ammodendron and C.deserticola are still unclear.This study is mainly research from the growth of H.ammodendron and C.deserticola, photosynthate supply potential of H.ammodendron, matter distribution of parasitic complex as well as regulation effect of agronomic measures,to fully tap the material supply potential of H.ammodendron and reasonable regulation the material distribution between H.ammodendron and C.deserticola,to explore the high yield potential of C.deserticola.The main results are as follows:1.The growth of H.ammodendron experienced the double "S"-type growth dynamics within a year.In Spring and Autuam are the two peak growth period of H.ammodendron among the year, and in July and August experience the unique summer dormancy period.2. The storage material in H.ammodendron showed the trend of decreased first and then increased experience during the year,with the temperature decreases in autumn,the non-structural carbohydrates in H.ammodendron transfer from photosynthetic shoots, shoot to root3.The storage material supply capacity increases with the growth of H.ammodendron,the amount of soluble carbohydrates in1-4years old H.ammodendron were:9.4g/strains,17.8g/strains,73.2g/plant,239.5g/strains.4.With the parasitic number of C.deserticola increasesed,the grow and photosynthetic capacity of H.ammodendron inhibited gradually,and more carbohydrate are allocated to C.deserticola.In4-year-old H.ammodendron,when parasiticed1,5,10C.deserticola,the allocation proportion of carbohydrates in C.deserticola reached to14.4%,35.4%,49.6%respectively.5.The suitable soil water content for C.deserticola is70%-80%.By using CCC could promote the photosynthate transport to C.deserticola,and the biomass of C.deserticola increased by86.6%as well; Pruning50%photosynthetic shoots of H.ammodendron,can stimulate the compensation growth,and improve the biomass of C.deserticola by117.3%.6.By application of N,P,K can promote the growth of host,and improve the yield of C.deserticola, when applying CO (NH2)25.2g/strain, Na3PO42.1g/strain, K2SO476.7g/strain, the biomass of C.deserticola increased by45.3%,26.6%,52.4%.
