基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新的影响因素及作用路径研究

【摘要】 现阶段,当中国以一个发展中国家的有限实力迈向“创新型国家”的行列时,对创新方法的研究和掌握具有基础性、根本性和先导性意义。作为一套能激发创新思维、科学系统解决问题的理论体系,TRIZ正好满足我国对创新方法急迫的需求,正确合理地运用TRIZ能有效地缩短创新的时间,提高创新效率,能够在我国农业科技创新过程中发挥重要作用。为进一步明确基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新的关键影响因素及其作用机理,充分发挥TRIZ在我国农业科技创新中引导、启发、协同和促进作用,在分析研究背景和意义后,提出了本文的研究目标,即辨识当前基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新关键影响因素,明确其内在作用机理和作用路径,并构建应用TRIZ的农业科技创新绩效评价体系,以及明确了本文的主要研究内容,包括:(1)TRIZ与农业科技创新的适应性分析;(2)基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新的影响因素识别;(3)基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新的内在作用机理研究:(4)基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新作用路径实证研究;(5)应用TRIZ农业科技创新绩效评价体系研究。本文针对所提出的研究目标和内容,运用实地调研、深入访谈、文献研究和案例分析相结合的定性研究方法,按照实证分析的研究设计、变量设计、信度效度检验、研究方法设计等规范,在问卷调研的基础上,采用数理统计和结构方程建模相结合的定量分析方法,开展了相关研究。具体研究内容和成果主要包括以下五个方面:1.通过挖掘相关创新理论研究基础,系统把握TRIZ逻辑架构和核心要素构成,并全面分析农业科技创新系统,从‘’TRIZ对农业科技创新的作用分析”以及“农业科技创新对TRIZ的需求分析”两个方面,定性阐释了TRIZ与农业科技创新的相互适应性。2.通过文献总结、实地调研、专家问卷调研和访谈等形式,全面系统的从创新环境和领导战略、TRIZ培训和导入、资源和投入、组织机制等维度总结了基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新的一般影响因素。在此基础上,本研究通过因子分析和逐步回归分析,识别出具有回归显著性的关键因子,它们构成了基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新的关键影响因素集。3.通过对应用TRIZ三个试点创新案例的研究,从开展情况、过程介绍和案例分析三个方面系统把握了TRIZ作用于农业科技创新的过程,将科学问题识别能力、创新构思能力以及最优化解决问题能力作为诠释基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新内涵(内在机理)的主要指标,并通过系统把握TRIZ的应用特点,对三个指标做了进一步的定义和诠释。4.在基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新关键影响因素识别及其内在作用机理研究的基础上,提出了基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新机理概念模型及相应的理论假设,继而利用结构方程建模(SEM)对基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新的作用路径进行了实证研究,并得出儿点在试点应用阶段基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新的管理启示。5.在对基于TRIZ推动农业科技创新的关键影响因素进行识别研究基础上,结合TRIZ和农业科技项目的特点,本文构建了应用TRIZ农业科技创新绩效评价体系,并提出了应用TRIZ农业科技创新绩效评价体系实施策略。

【Abstract】 At this stage when China as a developing country, is making efforts to join the ranks of innovative countries, it is of great significance to study and acquire innovation methods. TRIZ theory which can inspire innovative thinking and solve problems in a scientific and systematical way just meet our urgent demand of innovation methods. Reasonable and efficient application of TRIZ can shorten innovation time and improve innovation efficiency, which will play an important role in the process of China’s agricultural science and technology innovation.In order to give full play to TRIZ theory in agricultural science and technology innovation, this paper aims to further figure out the critical factors in promoting agricultural science and technology innovation and their function route and establish the agricultural science and technology innovation performance evaluation system of applying TRIZ theory. The main contents in this paper includes:(1) the adaptability analysis of TRIZ theory and agricultural science and technology innovation;(2) Figuring out the critical factors influencing agricultural science and technology innovation based on TRIZ theory;(3) the specific mechanism of TRIZ promoting agricultural science and technology innovation;(4) the empirical study on the way of TRIZ promoting agricultural science and technology innovation;(5) applying the agricultural science and technology innovation performance evaluation system of applying TRIZ theory.This paper combined qualitative research methods (including field investigation, deep interview, literature study and case analysis), empirical study methods(including study design, variable design, reliability and validity tests and study method design) and quantitative analysis methods(combining mathematical statistics and structural equation modeling). The main contents and results include the following five aspects:1. Mutual adaptability between TRIZ theory and agricultural science and technology innovation was qualitatively defined from the two aspects of TRIZ’s function analysis and demand analysis to agricultural science and technology innovation through studying TRIZ theory and analyzing agricultural science and technology innovation system.2. The general factors influencing agricultural science and technology innovation based on TRIZ theory were summarized from the dimensions of innovation environment, leadership strategy, TRIZ theory training and import, resource and investment and organization mechanism in the forms of literature summary, field research, expert questionnaire inquiry and interview. Furthermore, this paper identified the critical new factors influencing agricultural science and technology innovation based on TRIZ theory through regression analysis.3. TRIZ’s acting mechanism on agricultural science and technology innovation was figured out from the three aspects of application situation, process introduction and case analysis through analyzing three pilot innovation cases. Three main indicators of TRIZ promoting agricultural science and technology innovation was proposed, including scientific problem recognition capability, innovation ability and problem-solving ability. Further, the three indicators were defined and elucidated based in the understanding of TRIZ theory application characteristics.4. Furthermore, the conceptual model and theoretical hypothesis of agric ltural science and technology innovation mechanism and function route based on TRIZ theory ere proposed and empirical study on them was conducted. Some enlightenment about agricultural sci ice and technology management in the stage of pilot application was summarized.5. This paper also established agricultural science and technology inno ation performance evaluation system combining the characteristics of TRIZ theory and agricultural sci (?)ce and technology innovation, and also proposed its implementation strategies.
