进一步完善我国日用工业品流通体系研究

【摘要】 上世纪八十年代实行改革开放政策以来,“三多一少”(即经济成份多元、流通渠道多种、经营方式多样、流通环节减少)的工业品流通格局初步形成。我国的工业品流通在不断适应市场经济发展需要的同时也出现了一些新的问题,主要是工业品批发体系的各种职能被分散化,工商矛盾愈演愈烈、日益突出,内外贸不能实现有效对接等。在我国流通体制改革逐步深入进行的过程中,研究、借鉴发达国家流通业的经验,构建我国工商联动、和谐的日用工业品流通体系,适应现代商品流通规律和现代流通方式的要求,已成为迫切需要解决的问题,具有极其重要的理论和现实意义。论文以“日用工业品批发流通体系”为研究对象,从批发的功能、地位与作用出发,研究五个方面的问题：一、富有效率的日用工业品流通体系的基本内涵与特征是什么?其指标体系包括哪些方面?二、工商矛盾的表现与本质是什么?应如何理顺生产商、批发商、零售商三者之间的关系并实现工商联动?三、应如何评判我国日用工业品批发流通体系的现状和存在的问题?为此,本文进行了理论与实证分析。四、发达国家流通方式的实践对我国工业品流通体系的完善有哪些借鉴意义?五、如何实现内外贸一体化?论文对发达国家日用工业品流通体系的状况进行了剖析,对中外日用工业品流通的经营管理机构、流通渠道、流通政策和流通现代化进行了比较分析。最后提出了进一步完善我国日用工业品流通体系的对策建议。论文按照“理论分析-现状问题分析-实证分析-对策建议”的思维逻辑,运用定性研究与定量研究相结合、历史研究与趋势研究相结合、统计分析与结构分析相结合、文献研究与调查研究相结合以及中外横向比较研究与综合研究相结合的方法,从宏观到微观,以国际化的视角,对工业品批发流通体系进行了较为深入的研究,提出了完善我国工业品流通体系的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up, the industrial products circulation situation of "economic composition multi-element, circulation channel various and management pattern diversification" has been formed fundamentally. But present industrial products circulation still face many new problems while adapting socialist market economy, especially the function of important wholesale has been weakened, the contradiction between supplier and retailer is becoming more and more intense. So, In the process of our country’s circulation system reform, it has become very impressive task and has extremely important significance to study the developed countries’ experience and to accelerate our reform so as to adapt modern commodity circulation rule and pattern.The thesis of "industrial products wholesale distribution system" as the research object, from the wholesale function sets out, study five aspects:1what is the basic connotation and characteristics of the efficient daily-use industrial products distribution system? How about its index system?2What is the nature of contradiction between supplier and retailer? How to straighten out the manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, what is the relationship between the three? How to realize the linkage of industrial enterprises and commercial enterprises?3How to appraise the present situation and problems of our country’s daily industry consumer goods circulation systems? Therefore, this paper made a theoretical and empirical analysis.4How to draw lessons from developed country’s daily industry consumer goods circulation systems?5How to realize the Integration of trade of inside and outside? The paper analyses the developed countries daily-use industrial products distribution system, undertake comparative analysis of the daily industrial circulation management, distribution channels, distribution policy, and circulation modernization. Finally put forward some countermeasures and recommendations of perfect our country’s daily industrial consumer goods circulation systems.The paper follows the train of thought:theory analysis-reality analysis-empirical analysis-countermeasures.
