【摘要】 分配公平是公平概念的一部分，它代表公平对收入分配的调整和制约。由于公平的概念本身就具有哲学、社会学、政治学、经济学等多领域的含义，因此分配公平在不同的时期，有着不同的含义，分配公平思想，对收入分配制度的建立，也起到了重要的作用。西方的分配公平思想，是建立在自由主义至上、起点公平的基础上的，是代表着资产阶级利益的。而马克思的分配公平思想，是代表无产阶级利益的，是我们完善收入分配制度所要长期坚持的。人类历史发展的经验告诉我们，实践是检验真理的唯一标准，而理论又是指导实践的。我们改革开放近四十年来，社会主义市场经济得到了飞速的发展，我国的经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就，这正是由于我党开创了“中国特色社会主义理论”，以邓小平理论和三个代表重要思想为指导，贯彻落实科学发展观，坚持解放思想，坚持改革开放所取得的伟大成就。然而随着市场经济的发展速度越来越快，我们的社会主义市场经济建设和收入分配公平思想理论建设并没有实现同步，理论思想建设的落后造成了我国收入分配实践过程中出现了不公平的现状。由于市场经济发展的速度越来越快，我们迫切需要巩固和完善以马克思的分配公平思想为核心的社会主义市场经济分配理论。我们是社会主义公有制国家，人民是生产资料的主人，经济发展的成果理应由全体人民群众所共享。当前，我国收入分配不公的现状已经越来越严重，在收入分配的不同阶段都存在着许多问题，这些问题已经严重影响到我们社会主义和谐社会的发展和市场经济的不断完善，解决这些问题已经迫在眉睫。本文以马克思主义为指导思想，以科学发展观为统领，通过比较西方分配公平思想和马克思分配公平思想，得出马克思主义分配公平观是我国收入分配制度建设的核心思想，并对我国当前的收入分配不公现状进行了详细的分析和研究，最后提出了一些解决当前收入分配不公现象的对策和建议。全文包括导论和三大篇章。第一章、第二章和第三章构成了理论篇，着重介绍分配公平的相关概念和分配公平理论，第四章、第五章构成了实践篇，指出了我国当前分配不公的现状和原因，阐述了分配不公对我国经济发展的危害。第六章是展望篇，为我国整治分配不公现状提出了若干建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fairness in distribution is part of the concept of fair, it represents a kind ofrestriction and adjustment to income distribution，due to the concept of fair itself hasmany domain meanings such as philosophy, sociology, political science, economics,so fairness in distribution have different meanings at different times, the thought offairness in distribution,also played an important role for the establishment of theincome distribution system. The thought of fairness in distribution in the west, isbased on liberal supreme and the fair of the starting point,it is representing theinterests of the bourgeoisie. But Marx’s thought of fairness in distribution, representthe interests of the proletariat, is what we are trying to insist for a long time to perfectthe income distribution system.The Experience of development of human history tellsus that practice is the sole criterion for testing truth, the theory is to guide practice.We nearly reform four decades and socialist market economy has been rapiddevelopment, our country’s economic construction has made remarkableachievements. This is because our party started "the theory of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics", with deng xiaoping theory and three represents important thoughts asthe instruction, implement the scientific concept of development, adhere toemancipate the mind, insist on the great achievements of the reform and opening up.However, with the development of the market economy growing faster and faster,our socialist market economy construction and the construction of fair incomedistribution theory are without synchronization, the theory of ideology constructionlag behind caused the present situation of unfair. Due to the market economydevelopment grows faster and faster, we urgently need to be consolidated andperfected to the idea of marxism distribution justice as the core of allocation theory ofsocialist market economy. China is a country of socialist public ownership, the peopleis the master of production data, the outcome of the economic development should beshared by all the people. At present, our country present situation of unfairdistribution has been more and more serious, in the different stages of the incomedistribution,there are many problems, these problems have seriously affected the development of our socialist harmonious society and the perfecting of marketeconomy. How to solve these problems is imminentThis essay is based on the marxism as the guiding ideology，by comparing thewestern distribution justice thought and Marx fair thought, conclude that marxismconcept of distributive justice is the core idea of the income distribution systemconstruction in our country. And give an analysis and research to the present situationof unfair distribution, finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions tosolve the current phenomenon of unfair distribution.The full text includes introduction and three chapters.
