【摘要】 在近代哈尔滨众多外报中,《远东报》是哈尔滨乃至黑龙江省第一份中文报纸，它比中国人自己出版的《东方晓报》(吉林交涉局职员奚廷黻1907年7月19日创办)早8个月。《远东报》以其“发行量之大，影响之广，为当时俄侨其它报刊所不及。”它创办于1906年3月14日，至1921年3月1日停刊，前后15年，以“开发北满之文明，沟通华俄之感情”为办报宗旨，经历了载沣摄政、北洋军阀二个历史时期。《远东报》之所以能够存在这么久，和沙俄政府以雄厚的资金作为后盾支持是分不开的，堪称中国历史变迁的记录者和哈尔滨市民生活的一面镜子。这样一份报纸自应该有它研究的价值。本文从历史文献学、新闻学和社会学研究的角度，以《远东报》办报的基本过程为主线，利用吉林省图书馆保存的相对完整的《远东报》原件，对《远东报》的创办背景、发展过程、内容特色进行全面考察和研究，把该报的主要历史活动和历史事实挖掘和展现出来。在此基础上，总结出该报在推动区域报业繁荣、促进哈尔滨社会变迁等方面的历史作用和历史影响。全文内容包括七个部分：第一章论述的是《远东报》创办的历史背景，即政治背景、经济背景、文化背景等三个方面内容。第二章主要研究《远东报》的创办与兴衰过程。包括创办始末、报人与读者群体、经营管理、办报主旨、办报特色等。第三章、第四章、第五章、第六章、第七章研究《远东报》报道中国内政、外交、经济、文化、社会等方面的内容。结语部分，从正反方面总结《远东报》的历史作用和研究《远东报》所获得的历史启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The far eastern newspaper is the first Chinese newspaper in Heilongjiangprovince in Harbin in modern Harbin foreign newspapers. It is8months earlier thanthe Chinese themselves newspaper published, such as DongFangXiao Newspaper. Thefar eastern newspaper with its circulation, broad impact, for the overseas Chinesenewspapers than other. On March14, it was15years from founding in1906to end onMarch1,1921. With the development of the civilization of the BeiMancommunication HuaE affection for the purpose of the newspaper, the load is beingregent two historical period, the northern warlords. Why the far east newspaper canexist so long, and the Russian government to abundant capital as a support system areinseparable, the record of China’s history and Harbin, a mirror of the life. Such anewspaper since there should be to study the value.This article from the perspective of history and philology, journalism, andsociology, to the far east, the basic process of running the newspaper as the main line,using the library of Jilin province’s relative intact the originals, the far east, to the fareast newspaper founded background, developing process, content, characteristic toconduct a comprehensive investigation and research, the paper’s main mining andhistorical events and historical facts. On this basis, summed up the paper in promotingregional newspaper industry prosperity, promote social change the historical role ofHarbin and historical influence.The paper includes seven parts:The first chapter discusses the history of the far east newspaper foundedbackground, namely, political background, economic background, cultural backgroundand so on three aspects of content.The second chapter mainly studies the far eastern newspaper founded and the riseand fall process. Including the beginning and end of the start, dissolution andreadership, operation and management, running by substance, characteristic, etc. The third chapter, the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter, the sixth chapter, chapter7studies the far east, reported China’s internal affairs, diplomacy, economy, culture,society, etc.Conclusion part summarizes the far eastern newspaper from positive andnegative aspects of historical role and studies the history of the far east newspaperobtained enlightenment.更多还原
