旅游目的地文化展示与形象管理研究

【摘要】 以旅游空间塑造为导向的目的地文化展示的全球化趋势对目的地旅游业发展的影响越来越明显,国内外理论研究的初级阶段特征,以及我国旅游发展过程中文化展示存在的大量问题,迫切需要从目的地层次进行文化展示研究,以指导目的地文化展示实践。本文应用多学科的理论进行融贯的综合研究,采用规范研究与实证研究相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合、实地调研与问卷调查相结合的方法进行综合研究。以结构主义方法为指导,针对文化展示和形象管理中的理论和实践问题展开研究,通过对文化展示系统基础理论的阐述,对文化展示系统特征和结构的分析,对旅游者感知的研究和形象演化机制的探讨,建立了目的地文化展示与形象互动的模式,作为目的地调控文化展示进行形象管理的工具,从而实现目的地文化整体展示,形成独特的有吸引力的目的地形象,促进文化与旅游的融合互动发展。最后,运用目的地文化展示与形象互动的模式,通过分析峨眉山—乐山大佛世界文化与自然遗产地当前形象和未来形象,提出了乐山世界遗产地当前文化展示优化途径和未来文化展示策略。本文的主要研究内容有:(1)分析和梳理目的地文化展示研究和目的地形象研究的现状和问题,提出目的地文化展示与形象管理互动的研究命题。(2)分析作为展示对象的“文化”本身具有的特点,更好地认识文化展示的规律,为探讨目的地文化展示的途径打下坚实基础;阐释作为目的地文化展示感知主体的旅游者的文化行为,作为文化展示的依据,以提高目的地文化展示的水平,实现目的地文化展示目标。(3)引入景观生态学理论,构建目的地文化展示的生态空间架构——目的地旅游文化景观生态系统,作为文化展示的空间载体;按照景观生态原理,解构与分析目的地文化景观生态系统结构与规律,探讨文化展示内在规律和途径;分析和评价峨眉山—乐山大佛世界遗产地旅游文化景观生态系统的特点,作为目的地文化展示调控的依据。(4)研究旅游者的感知行为规律,建立目的地文化展示与目的地形象之间的关联,作为构建目的地文化展示与形象互动模式的依据。(5)引入生态位理论,探讨文化展示影响下的目的地形象演化机制,建立目的地文化展示与形象塑造的动态关联模型,作为调控目的地文化展示和形象管理的理论依据。(6)分析峨眉山—乐山大佛世界遗产地的当前形象及形象变化趋势,提出遗产地文化展示调控措施和未来文化展示策略,指导遗产地将文化展示、形象管理和城市发展整合起来,进行科学的整体的文化展示,塑造遗产地靓丽的整体形象,以及具有魅力、吸引力和影响力的独特形象,引领城市健康快速发展。本文通过研究得出以下结论:(1)目的地文化展示始终要以形象的整体性和独特性为目标。(2)文化学和景观生态学理论是构建目的地文化展示整体性和独特性的主要理论依据。(3)目的地形象研究要从静态研究扩展到动态管理研究。(4)构建旅游文化景观生态单元是目的地文化展示的基础。(5)目的地旅游文化的演替引起目的地形象演化。(6)目的地文化展示与形象互动模式是指导目的地形象管理的理论依据。(7)用目的地形象定位“四维”分析要素指导形象定位和评价形象,是形象管理的重要内容。(8)构建目的地清晰的文化发展脉络是塑造目的地独特形象的重要途径。(9)根植于当地居民文化和生活的目的地新景观建设是构建地方性景观的重要途径。本文的创新之处有:(1)将目的地形象的静态研究拓展到动态研究。(2)探讨了基于目的地旅游文化演替的形象演化规律。(3)构建了目的地旅游文化展示与形象互动模式。(4)提出了旅游文化景观生态单元构建的“三个要素”和“三个”维度方法。(5)提出了目的地旅游形象定位的“四维”分析要素。

【Abstract】 Globalization trend, which aims at molding tourism spaces and displaying culture in tourism destinations, is increasingly showing significant influence on destination tourism development. According to the initial features of theoretical studies both home and abroad, as well as the large numbers of cultural displaying problems that exist during the process of tourism development in our country, it is urgent to research on cultural display from the aspect of destination, which would act as guide for destination cultural display practice. The thesis applies multi-disciplinary theories, and launches comprehensive study combining formative and empirical research, qualitative and quantitative analysis as well as spot investigation and questionnaire investigation. Under the guidance of structuralism, the research centers on theoretical problems and practical issues of cultural display and image management. After analyzing the basic theories, characteristics and structures of cultural displaying system, and investigating on researches in tourists’perception and mechanisms of image evolution, we have established an interaction model of image and cultural display in destination, which could be used as image management tool through cultural display regulation. And with this model, we could achieve wholly displaying culture in destination, forming unique and appealing destination image and enhancing mutual development of culture and tourism. Using the interaction model of image and cultural display in destination, we have analyzed the current and future image of Mount. Emei-Leshan Grand Buddha the world heritage sites, and have finally brought up the current ways and future strategies to optimize cultural display in Leshan the world heritage sites.The main research contents are as following:(1)Analyzing and hackling the current situation and problems in destination cultural displaying research and destination image research, and putting forward research proposition about interaction between cultural display in destination and image management;(2)Analyzing the inherent cultural qualities of the object displayed, and promoting better understanding of cultural display, which would help lay solid foundation for finding ways to displaying destination culture; explaining the cultural behaviors of tourists that act as perception subjects of destination culture, which in turn could become basis for cultural display that would elevate the cultural display level in destination and thus realize the goal of destination cultural display;(3)Introducing landscape ecology theory, and building up ecological space structure for destination cultural display, the eco-system of cultural landscape in destination, which could serve as special carrier of cultural display; deconstructing and analyzing the structures and rules of cultural landscape eco-system in destination according to laws of landscape ecology, and discussing the inherit rules and approaches to cultural display; analyzing and estimating features of tourist cultural landscape eco-system in world heritage sites of Mount. Emei-Leshan Grand Buddha, which can be used as reference to cultural displaying regulation in tourist site;(4)Researching on law of tourists’perception behavior, and establishing relevancy between image and cultural display in destination, which would act as basis of constructing interactive model of image and cultural display in destination;(5) Introducing niche theory, and discussing the image evolutionary mechanism under the influence of cultural display, and establishing dynamic interdependent model of destination cultural display and image mold, which could serve as theoretical references to cultural display regulation and image management in tourist sites;(6)Analyzing the current image and its changing trend of world heritage sites in Mount. Emei-Leshan Grand Buddha area, and putting forward regulation methods to cultural display and strategies for future cultural display. This would guide heritage site to combine together with cultural display, image management and city development synthetically, display culture logically and integrally, and mold a compelling overall image as well as an attractive and influential unique image for heritage sites, which could accelerate the cities’development to a healthy and fast extend.The conclusions are as following:(1)The aim of cultural display in destination should aways be the integrity and uniqueness of images;(2)Culturology and landscape ecology theory is the optimal theory to guide cultural display activities to realize the goal of becoming integrated and unique;(3)Researches on destination image should expand from static study to dynamic management study.(4)Constructing the tourist cultural landscape ecological unit is fundamental for destination cultural display;(5)The evolution of tourism culture in destination arise changes in destination image;(6)The interactive pattern of image and cultural display in destination is theoretical reference to destination image management;(7)Four-dimensional analytical factors of destination image positioning which are used for image positioning and estimating in destination is essential in image management;(8)Constructing a clear culture development vein is an important way to mold the unique image for destination; (9)Constructing of new landscapes which takes root in the culture and life of local residents is an important way to constructe local landscapes.Major innovations of the thesis are as following:(1)Having expanded the area of study on destination image from static study to dynamic study;(2)Having discussed the law of image evolution that is based on tourist culture succession in destination;(3)Having constructed the interactive pattern of image and culture display in destination;(4)Having proposed the approaches of Three Methods and Three Dimension in constructing tourist cultural landscape unit;(5)Having proposed the Four-dimensional analytical factors in destination tourist image positioning.
