【摘要】 农业高新技术企业的发展对于改造我国传统农业,建立现代农业,提高农业国际竞争力有着十分重要的意义。鉴于目前我国农业高新技术企业的发展现状,使得对农业高新技术企业的研究更具有时代紧迫感。本文以相关经济学和管理学为研究的理论基础,把农业高新技术企业作为研究对象,对影响农业高新技术企业发展的主要因素进行了比较深入的研究,并对我国农业高新技术企业的发展现状进行了剖析,在借鉴国外及我国台湾省农业高新技术企业发展经验基础上,提出了发展我国农业高新技术企业政策建议。第一、论文对农业高新技术企业进行了定义,对其特点和性质进行了分析,对农业高新技术企业进行了界定,对农业高新技术企业的发展规律进行了探索。第二、根据农业高新技术企业发展的需要,建立了农业高新技术企业评价指标体系,并采用模糊综合评价法对农业高新技术企业的发展状态进行了综合的评价。有利于实现科学、客观的对农业高新技术企业的管理。第三、为了促进农业高新技术企业的发展,对建立和发展科技创新体系、加快高新技术产业开发区、高新技术企业孵化器和产学研合作的发展与管理等进行了系统研究。在分析我国农业高新技术企业发展现状,并借鉴国外经验的基础上,提出了相应的政策建议。第四、本文以海利集团作为案例,对其发展进行了较为全面的剖析,并得出了相应的启示,对其他农业高新技术企业的发展具有一定的借鉴作用。通过对我国农业高新技术企业发展的研究,得出以下结论：农业高新技术企业是一个系统工程,要促进我国农业高新技术企业的发展,政府必须对农业高新技术企业的发展进行总体规划,为农业高新技术企业的发展创造良好的外部环境；同时,农业高新技术企业本身要不断的进行技术创新、管理创新,提升企业的管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural high-tech enterprises developments have very important significance on reforming traditional agriculture, building modern agriculture, improving International Competitiveness. According to the present situation of our country agricultural high-tech enterprises development, it is more pressing to studying agricultural high-tech enterprises.This paper is based on Management science and Economics as the theoretical analysis basis, let agricultural high-tech enterprises as object of study, analysis our country agricultural high-tech enterprises development present situation systemly. And on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign experience on development agricultural high-tech enterprises, this paper puts forward strategic choice and supporting system of development our country agricultural high-tech enterprises. Under the theoretical framework of agricultural high-tech enterprises development, this paper studies our country agricultural high-tech enterprises deeply.Through analyzing agricultural high-tech enterprises connotation, characteristic, nature, this paper definition agricultural high-tech enterprises and exploration law of agricultural high-tech enterprises development.According to the development demand of agricultural high-tech enterprise, on the basis of comprehensive classification and Systems analysis on related factors, this paper builds the evaluation index system of agricultural high-tech enterprises, determining the weights of evaluation indicators and using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of agricultural high-tech enterprise development status in the comprehensive appraisal. This study is conductive to agricultural high-tech enterprise management scientifically.In order to promote agricultural high-tech enterprises development, the paper analyze development system of the innovation of science and technology, high-tech Industrial Development Zone, high-tech business incubator,cooperative development and management systems deeply. In the analysis our country agricultural high and new technology enterprise development present situation, and learn from foreign experience, put forward the corresponding policy suggestions. At the same time, it provides a reference for other agricultural high-tech enterprises development. In this paper, with Haili group as a case analysis, through its development undertaking relatively comprehensive analysis, It give other hi-tech enterprise the corresponding enlightenment.Through our country agricultural high-tech enterprise development researchment, It is draw the following conclusions:the agricultural high-tech enterprises is a system engineering, in order to promote our country agriculture high-tech enterprises development,the government must put the overall planning for agricultural high-tech enterprise development, create a favorable external environment; agricultural high-tech enterprise itself must make technological innovation and management innovation continuously, enhance the management level of enterprises.更多还原
