宝日希勒露天矿软岩直边坡失稳机理及稳定性分析研究

【摘要】 随着露天煤矿建设与开采的发展,边坡稳定问题始终制约着安全高效煤矿建设工作,尤以软岩边坡变形失稳最为突出。虽然软岩边坡稳定性研究已经取得了一定的进展,但仍未能完全满足现代化矿山生产对边坡稳定性的需要。近年来,我国在内蒙古地区开发建设的几座大型露天煤矿,均属软岩边坡,因此,边坡稳定性控制工作成为矿山当前和未来的开采工作中的重中之重。论文在综合分析软岩变形破坏特征、机理和规律的基础上,首先提出了软岩直边坡的定义及其界定标准,并依此证明了软岩直边坡的稳定性主要取决于边坡角、边坡高度、粘聚力、内摩擦角和容重等参数。然后采用理论分析和数值模拟的方法推导出用于评价软岩直边坡稳定性的无量纲分析数学模型和方法。针对宝日希勒露天煤矿采场软岩边坡的特点,依据软岩直边坡的界定标准对采场边坡进行了分区。在对各区边坡进行综合分析的基础上,分别采用有限元法、有限差分法、极限平衡法和新提出的无量纲分析方法对存在失稳可能性的三个边坡进行了稳定性分析。综合以上各种方法的分析结果,指出Ⅳ区边坡是稳定的,而Ⅰ区边坡和V区边坡存在失稳危险,应采取相应的措施加以控制。通过各种评价方法及其评价结果的对比分析,证明无量纲稳定性评价方法在应用于软岩直边坡稳定性分析时,能够客观地反映边坡的稳定程度。同时指出该方法可以用于软岩直边坡的预评价或与其他方法一起进行综合分析。

【Abstract】 With the development in construction and mining of open pit coal mine, the problem of slope stability is standing out.The Stability of Soft-Rock Slope had a long history, but still lagged behind, and it failed to satisfy the requirements on the slope stability of the modern mine production. Especially in the soft rock slope’s deformation instability. In recent years,our country open up several big-size open pit mines in inner Mongolia, which are all soft rock slope. The stabilization of them have became one of the major factor which influence the safety operation and economic efficiency in open pit mines..Based on the soft rock deformation and failure characteristics, mechanism and laws, Paper put forward the definition of soft rock slope of the straight and standards, then proves that the soft rock slope stability mainly depends on straight slope Angle, slope height, cohesive force, internal friction Angle and the parameters such as density. And deduced straight slope the dimensionless mathematical model and method by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.According to the characteristics of the Baorixile open-pit mine of soft rock slope and definition of soft rock slope, partition stope slope. On the basis of partition,comprehensive analysis for each area respectively by finite element method, finite difference method, limit equilibrium method, and dimensionless analysis method to analysis possible instability of the three slope.Analysis results of various methods points out that Ⅳ slope is stable, whereas Ⅰ、 Vzone is unstable, the corresponding measures should be taken to control.Through comparing various kinds of methods,paper prove that the dimensionless stability evaluation method can reflect the degree of slope stability,and point out that the method can be used for soft rock slope of the straight pre-assessment and analysis with other methods.
