单线重载线路能力计算利用与加强关键技术研究

【摘要】 重载铁路运输,以其在输送能力、投资效益等方面具有的优势,已被世界各国普遍采用。20世纪90年代以来,我国取得了开行重载列车的宝贵经验和技术,然而在单线铁路上多牵引定数混合开行模式下的运输组织以及围绕运输能力展开的能力计算、利用与加强问题的研究相对欠缺,本文将试图在这一领域开展研究。论文围绕单线重载线路能力计算、利用与加强三个方面进行研究。首先构建了单线重载线路多牵引定数模式下开行的最大通过能力的计算模型,结合神华集团下属铁路大同-准格尔线路的具体特点,给出了最大能力评估的理论计算模型、方法与步骤;提出了基于数据挖掘的单线重载铁路能力的实测计算与利用方法,优化了能力计算与作业标准时间核定的流程与方法,开发能力实测利用系统并应用于实际进行能力的查定与分析;引入灰色系统理论,构建了铁路扩能方案选择的灰色不定期动态规划模型,并优化了求解的方法步骤。主要包括以下几个方面内容:1)针对单线重载多载重等级列车混合开行模式进行了通过能力最大的铺画研究。首先分析了运行图框架与通过能力之间的关系,并在此基础上构建了以区间通过能力最大为目标的运行图铺画混合整数规划模型,利用Lingo软件求解模型;结合大准铁路实际,给出了能力理论计算的方法步骤。2)提出了在信息化条件下进行单线重载铁路能力实测计算与分析的思路、方法与措施。研究了基于机务数据挖掘的列车运行参数查定与修正技术、基于电务数据挖掘的技术作业时间修正技术、基于数据挖掘的空费时间与空闲时间分析技术,解决其中海量数据获取与处理、多元数据的挖掘与分析等关键技术。建立了单线重载铁路能力实测与分析利用系统,通过实例证明所提方法能够提高能力计算的精确度,简化计算流程,缩短能力计算的周期,以适应当前铁路发展的需要。3)研究了单线重载线路能力加强技术,引入了灰色系统理论,构建重载线路能力发展优化的灰色不定期动态规划模型,并给出计算的思路。通过对神华大准单线铁路能力发展的实例分析,得出了最优扩能方案参考,并结合实际情况,提出应进行五站应急改造,通过比较分析,对措施的具体实施给出了建议。4)以神华大准铁路为实例,设计了人工能力查定与基于数据挖掘的自动化能力查定的方案,利用开发的能力实测与分析利用系统和列车运行参数查定与修正系统对关键作业时间和线路通过能力计算和分析。通过比较分析,新的能力测算方法精度高,可操作性强,满足对能力计算的准确性和实时性的需要。

【Abstract】 Heavy haul railway transportation, which has advantage in carrying capacity and investment benefit, has been generally adopted by the countries all over the world. Since the1990s, China has obtained valuable experiences and technologies for the operation of heavy haul railway. However, the lack of researches on transportation organization based on the multi-tonnage of mixed operation modes in the single-track railway, and the calculation, utilization and strengthening problems around the transportation capacity are the main deficiencies. This paper tries to carry out research in this field.This paper focuses on three aspects, which are the calculation, utilization and strengthening of the single-track heavy haul railway capacity. First, the maximum carrying capacity calculation model is constructed. The model is based on the multi-tonnage operation mode in the single-track heavy haul railway. The theoretical calculation model, method and step of the maximum capacity measurement is given according to the specific characteristics of the Datong-Zhungeer railway, which is the subsidiary of Shenhua Group. This paper further puts forward the capacity measurement calculation and utilization method, which is based on data mining, of the single-track heavy haul railway. The process and method of the capacity calculation and standard operation time are optimized. The capacity measurement utilization system is developed and applied to the measurement and analysis of capacity practically. The paper also introduces the grey system theory and constructs the dynamic programming model with grey indefinite phases for railway capacity strengthening program selection and optimizes the solution method. The paper mainly includes the following several aspects:The research of drawing train working graph under the maximum carrying capacity is mainly about the multi-load level mixed operation modes of the single-track heavy haul railway. First, the relationship between train working diagram framework and carrying capacity is analyzed, then a mixed integer programming model for drawing train working graph is constructed, which is used to maximize the carrying capacity of section. It is solved by Lingo software and the theoretical capacity calculation method and procedure is put forward according to the practice of Datong-Zhungeer railway.This paper puts forward the ideas, methods and measures of the capacity measurement calculation and analysis of the single-track heavy haul railway based on informatization. It has studied the measurement and correction technology of train diagram parameters based on locomotive data mining, technical operation time correction technology based on the communication&signal equipment data and wasting time and idle time analysis technology based on data mining. At the meantime, it provides a key technology to solve the problem of massive data acquisition and processing and multivariate data mining and analysis. It constructs the single-track heavy haul railway capacity measurement and analysis utilization system. It also proves the new method can improve the accuracy of the capacity calculation, simplify the calculation process and shorten the capacity calculation period based on instance, which adapts to the current needs of railway development.This paper studies the capacity strengthening technology of the single-track heavy haul railway, introduces the grey system theory and constructs the dynamic programming model with grey indefinite phases for heavy haul railway capacity optimization and put forward the idea to calculate the capacity. This paper presents optimal capacity expansion program reference, proposes five-station emergency transformation through Shenhua Datong-Zhungeer single-track railway capacity development instance analysis. Finally, this paper gives the suggestion of the specific implementation of the measures through comparative analysis.Taking Shenhua Datong-Zhungeer railway as an example, the artificial capacity measurement program and automation capacity measurement based on data mining program are designed in this paper. The key operation time and carrying capacity are calculated and analyzed through the developed capacity measurement calculation and utilization system and train operating parameters correction system. Through comparative analysis, this new capacity calculation method achieves a higher precision and operability, satisfies the demand for accuracy and real time of capacity calculation.
