【摘要】 台湾是最先实现国语普及的地区。台湾国语的成功推行为如今两岸顺畅的语言沟通奠定了坚实的基础,为台湾和大陆在经济、文化、商贸等领域的广泛合作与发展提供了便利的交际工具。而随着两岸合作交流的日益频繁和深入,由于长期隔阂等原因而产生的台湾国语和大陆普通话之间的差异越来越凸显在语音、词汇和语法等各个方面。台湾国语和大陆普通话之间存在的差异给两岸语言文化交流带来了一定程度上的交际障碍,在各华语区的语言文化交流以及世界各地的汉语教学和应用中造成了一些困扰。要推动汉语走向世界、提升汉语的国际影响力,就需要各华语地区尤其是大陆和台湾形成较为一致的语言面貌和语言标准,为两岸乃至所有华语区的顺畅沟通提供更为便利的条件。要了解差异,先要了解彼此的语言现状,台湾要了解大陆普通话的现状,大陆也要熟悉和了解台湾国语的现状,两岸语言学者都努力在台湾国语和大陆普通话的比较中找出差异并寻求对应的规律以建立更为良好的语言交流环境。本文通过文献研究、实地考察、调查问卷、数据分析等方法对台湾国语的推行和使用现状进行了勾勒和描述,通过对词典、报刊资料等语言材料的整理和分析梳理出国语和普通话在语音、词汇和语法等方面存在的不同,在此基础上对台湾国语推广的政策策略进行研究分析并对台湾国语的未来发展提出设想。本文共分为四章。第一章绪论,简要介绍本文写作的缘起以及研究目的、意义和论文框架,对前人的研究成果进行综述。第二章台湾国语推行和使用现状调查,从台湾国语的推行现状、台湾第八次人口普查的国语使用情况分析、实地考察、两岸语音差异和台湾报刊语言使用情况调查等几个方面对台湾国语现状进行描述和分析。.第三章台湾国语推行的标准,着重介绍台湾国语推行过程中发布和推广的国语标准并对其特点进行概括。第四章国语推广方略研究,对台湾国语现状进行综述,并尝试运用语言规划和应用语言学理论分析台湾国语推广的政策及策略,对台湾国语推广的未来发展提出设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taiwan is the first region to achieve the popularization of Guoyu. The successful work for popularizing Taiwan Guoyu, which has laid a solid foundation for communication between people in Taiwan and China mainland, provides a convenient communication tool for the cooperation and development on the fields of economics, culture and trade. However, as the communication and cooperation activities are increasing day by day,caused by the long estrangement history, the differences between Taiwan Guoyu and the mainland Putonghua have been more and more obvious in the aspects of pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar.The differences between Taiwan Guoyu and mainland Putonghua make a certain degree of communicative disorders on language and cultural exchanges across the Straits and disturb the language and cultural exchange activities in the various of the Chinese areas, as well as in the Chinese teaching and application activities all over the world. To promote Chinese to the world, to enhance the international influence of Chinese language, it is necessary to form a more consistent language expressions and language standards and make efforts to decrease or eliminate the language differences in the Chinese areas, especially between mainland China and Taiwan. We should understand the current language situation of each other before understanding and eliminating the differences. Linguists across the Strait are trying to find out the differences and the ways to eliminate the differences through the comparison between Taiwan Guoyu and mainland Putonghua.This paper depicts the current situation about the popularization and the use of Taiwan Guoyu through literature research, field research, questionnaires and data analysis. It also describes the differences between the mainland Putonghua and Taiwan Guoyu on the basis of analyzing the language materials such as dictionary, newspapers, analyzes the policies and strategies of Guoyu popularization, and promotes the assumption to the future development of Guoyu.This paper is made up of four chapters. The first chapter is prolegomenon. In this chapter, the writing reason, purposes of the research, significance and the structure of the paper are briefly introduced. The former research are summarized as well. The second chapter is to investigate the current situation about the popularization and the use of Taiwan Guoyu. In this chapter, the current situation of Taiwan Guoyu is depicted and analyzed by investigating the following aspects:the present popularization situation of Taiwan Guoyu; Guoyu’s actual use conditions in the Taiwan8th census; field research; the pronunciation differences between mainland China and Taiwan; the language use in Taiwan newspapers and magazines. The third chapter is about the standards of Taiwan Guoyu popularization. It introduces Taiwan Guoyu’s standards which have been published and promoted in the course of Guoyu popularization and sums up the features of the standards. Chapter four is about research on Guoyu promotion strategies. This chapter overviews the current status of Taiwan Guoyu, tries to analyze the policies and strategies of Guoyu popularization in terms of the theory of language planning and applied linguistics, and makes an assumption for the future development of Taiwan Guoyu’s popularization.更多还原
