大型客机协同研制过程的质量管理关键技术研究

【摘要】 飞机产业是一项战略性高科技产业,被公认为国家综合国力的体现,代表着一个国家的整体工业水平,具有重要的战略意义。民机作为飞机产业的重要一部分,其发展对提升我国飞机产业在国民经济中的地位及国际影响力有着举足轻重的作用,而民机质量是民机发展的重中之重,为了保证飞机产品质量,研究民机质量管理具有重要战略意义。我国民机产业处于起步阶段,民机质量管理方面尚未形成完整的体系,缺乏实践经验;无法满足国内民机产业的快速发展。国内民机研制遵循国际主流的“主制造商-供应商”全球协同研制模式,开展协同研制过程中的质量管理技术研究非常必要。论文以此为背景,针对民机协同研制过程的质量信息特点和协同管理需求,深入研究了民机质量管理的相关理论和关键技术。首先,根据民机协同研制特点和业务流程,在分析大客协同质量管理特点基础上,结合协同管理需求,提出了面向大客协同质量管理业务的三维管理;该结构由产品生命周期维、供应商维和管理技术维组成,实现了全生命周期质量管理活动中的知识资源和管理理念的融会贯通;并以此建立了民机协同研制质量管理功能模型,针对民机质量管理全过程,提出了民机协同质量管理中需解决的人、物、信息等各方面的关键技术。其次,建立了协同质量管理信息模型。信息模型是进行质量信息管理的基础,完整有效地信息模型能为质量信息管理带来极大的便利。本文首先介绍了产品信息建模技术以及其意义,详细分析了民机协同质量管理的信息数据,依据民机质量信息的管理需要,建立了基于域思想、元模型以及BOM结构的民机协同质量管理信息集成模型,并对模型进行了详细阐述。该模型集成了三维的大客协同质量管理域中的所有质量信息模型,采用元模型(对象、质量属性、约束、操作)的表达方法,实现了民机产品质量信息的表达和管理,使协作企业与其它参与大客生产活动的成员间能够对质量信息实现共享,提高了生产效率。接着研究了面向质量的民机物料管理方法。在分析一般离散制造业物料分类管理方法和S公司已有的物料分类的基础上,指出当前民机物料质量管理的不足。针对民机物料特点,结合一般离散制造业物料分类指标,从质量管理的角度出发,提出了一种适应面向质量的民机物料的评价指标与分类体系,并给出了该体系的评价指标和分类类型的详细描述。为使该分类方法广泛地应用于所有飞机物料,运用支持向量机(SVM)方法进行民机物料分类优化,实现物料良好分类,在此分类基础上建立了民机物料管理体系,对不同的物料类别,采用不同的管理策略,实现物料本身及其质量信息的管理,提高其质量管理水平。再次,在分析民机供应商管理特点的基础上研究供应商协同质量管理。供应商质量管理包含供应商的选择,绩效考核等诸多内容,本文重点研究了供应商的综合能力评价方法。针对国内民机制造业特点,在分析供应商评价指标体系构建技术和指标体系获取方法的基础上,建立了供应商评估的质量指标体系,设计了一种基于三角模糊数的指标体系获取方法,提出了基于层次分析法和灰色关联度的供应商评估模型,并用实例予以说明,验证了可行性。该模型能够为民机企业进行供应商选择提供决策支持,对其供应商的质量管理意义重大。最后,从实际问题出发,依据论文项目需求,将研究成果与信息技术相结合,提出了系统结构框架,进行数据库设计,建立了相应的功能模块,开发和实现了所研究的内容。该系统在企业实际应用效果良好,验证了本论文研究成果的可行性,获得了很多有价值的经验,对提高民机协同研制过程中的质量管理水平具有深刻的意义。

【Abstract】 Aircraft industry, one of the most important high-technology strategy industries inour county, is recognized as the country’s comprehensive national strength, andrepresents a country’s overall industrial level. As an important part of aircraft industry,the development of civil aircraft plays a decisive role in promoting the status of ouraircraft industry in the national economy and international influence, and aircraft qualityis the most important factor in the success of civil aircraft industry. In order to ensure theaircraft product quality, it is necessary to study the quality management of civil aircraft.Quality management has not formed a complete system yet, and lack of practicalexperience in civil aircraft industry in China.The existing quality management modelcannot be fully applicable to the civil aircraft manufacturing enterprises. Therefore,researches on collaborative quality management of civil aircraft are of great significance.With the background of the situation, after analysising the quality information’scharacteristics gathering in the aircraft collaborative design and collaborativemanagement needs, this paper puts emphasis on the researches about the theory and keytechnique of quality management of civil aircraft.The main research contents andconclusions are as follows:Firstly, according to the characteristics of civil aircraft collaborative design andmanuacturing, the paper summarizes the collaborative quality management content.Withthe characteristics and demand of large passenger aircraft collaborative qualitymanagement, it proposes a three-dimensional collaborative quality management structure.Based on this, then it builds the quality management function model of aircraftcooperative, and the key technologies of collaborative quality management are presented.Secondly, the information model of collaborative quality management is established.Information model is the basis of quality information management, and completeinformation model brings great convenience for the quality information management.This paper first introduces the product information modeling and its significance and theinformation data of civil aircraft cooperative quality management is also analyzed.According to the requirement of civil aircraft quality information management, weestablished an integrative model of collaborative quality information that based onthe thought of domain thought, meta model and BOM structure.Subsequently, the modelis described in detail. The model integrates all the quality information model ofcooperative quality management domain by using the the expression method ofmeta-model (object, quality attributes, constraints, operation). Through this way, the expression and management of quality information of civil aircraft products are realized.What’s more, collaboration enterprises and other large passenger members involvedduring production activities are able to achieve the sharing of quality information andimprove the production efficiency. Then we study quality-oriented management methodof civil aircraft materials. After analyzing material classification in general discretemanufacturing industry and the existing problems in S company, we points out thedeficiencies in current civil aircraft quality management. Combined the characteristics ofcivil aircraft materials with the classification indicators in general discrete manufacturing,we propose a quality-oriented civil aircraft adapted materials evaluation andclassification system. In order to make the classification method widely used in allaircraft material, SVM is used for optimization of materials classification. Finally,weobtained a satisfactory result. Based on the classification method above, we propose amaterial management system. Different types of materials adopt different managementstrategies to achieve the quality management of the material itself and its information.Collaboration Quality Management of suppliers is also studied in this paper. SupplierQuality management includes vendor selection, performance appraisal and many othercontent, this paper focuses on the evaluation method of suppliers’ comprehensivecapacity. At the same time, we design an acquisition method based on triangular fuzzynumber. And a supplier evaluation model based on AHP and Grey is proposed. Thefeasibility is verifyied with demonstrated examples. This model can providedecision-making support for civil enterprises supplier, and the supplier’s qualitymanagement is of great significance.Finally, according to the needs of the project and real problems,a system ofcollaborative quality management of civil aircraft products is developed by using thetechnology of advanced database and integrating some corresponding function modules.The theory and the developed system mentioned in this paper have received highestimation.The work has the profound significance to improve the level of collaborativequality management of civil aircraft cooperative design and manufacturing.
