飞机虚拟装配场景工艺及关键技术研究

【摘要】 针对国内飞机制造企业设计制造技术尤其是飞机装配技术比较落后的问题,在国内外制造业领域虚拟装配、计算机辅助工艺设计研究的基础上,围绕飞机虚拟装配场景工艺,研究并实现了基于三维CAD的可视化虚拟装配场景工艺设计——飞机虚拟装配场景工艺系统,并对其涉及的关键技术进行了研究。其主要内容有:(1)研究了飞机虚拟装配场景工艺数据模型,提出了基于PPR的层次结构数据模型;定义了时间场景模型;研究了飞机虚拟装配场景工艺数据接收的方法,实现了数据迅速、高效、准确的接收;对比分析了传统二维的AO(AssemblyOutline,装配大纲)的不足,研发了三维AO,并给出了实现方法。(2)研究了XML信息模型的创建技术,创建了飞机虚拟装配场景工艺信息模型,并根据其特点,提出并开发了飞机虚拟装配场景工艺信息模型集成平台,有效实现了飞机虚拟装配场景工艺系统内部各分系统(模块)之间以及与其它系统之间的信息交互。(3)针对飞机虚拟装配场景工艺系统场景的控制要求,以三维(3D)鼠标的人机交互实现为例,实现了基于Virtools的人机交互;以立体眼镜成像为例实现了虚拟场景的立体显示;基于G代码,提出了一种虚拟装配场景描述语言――V代码以及与其相对应的函数,利用V代码,可以方便的设置虚拟场景和装配体的结构,建立仿真对象的运动方案,灵活地控制仿真过程的进行。(4)利用XML,提出了飞机基于MBD(Model Based Definition,基于模型定义)的装配场景工艺文件结构;针对CAD系统与虚拟装配场景的数据转换目前存在的问题,提出了信息提取—模型转换法;研究了虚拟装配场景的轻量化技术,根据飞机的相关数模为三维CATIA数模的情况,采用3D XML格式作为标准进行装配场景的轻量化,轻量化的三维场景工艺仿真小巧而且场景丰富,可以嵌入到工艺文档中,能通过PDM(Product Data Management,产品数据管理)系统发布在网络上,方便远程浏览与生产指导。(5)确定了飞机虚拟装配场景工艺系统的目标定位,给出了系统的软硬件方案,确定了基于C/S架构的方案,提出了系统的功能构建与架构设计。(6)基于以上关键技术,运用DELMIA、基于HTML语言与脚本语言的WEB开发平台以及XML语言来研发系统,开发了飞机虚拟装配场景工艺系统,该系统与企业的PDM系统集成良好;最后,以上海飞机制造有限公司某机型飞机水平安定面后梁组件的装配场景工艺的设计为实例详细介绍了系统的运行,验证了系统的有效性,并取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 Because the design and manufacturing technology of domestic aviation,especially aircraft assembly technology is relatively backward, based on virtualassembly technology、computer-aided process Planning at home and abroad, aroundthe aircraft virtual assembly scene process, the paper researches and implements thevisualization virtual assembly scene process design based on three-dimensionalCAD——virtual assembly scene process system of aircrafts, and its keytechnologies are studied. Its main contents are:(1) Data model of virtual assembly scene process of aircrafts is studied, the PPRdata model based on hierarchy is proposed, the time scene model is defined.According to analyzing data receiving feature of assembly scene process of aircrafts,receiving the data quickly, efficiently and accurately is achieved. Comparativelyanalyzing the deficiencies of traditional two-dimensional AO (Assembly Outline)three-dimensional AO is developed, and its method is given.(2) Researching on the neutral information model creation techniques of XML,the virtual assembly process information model of aircrafts is created, and accordingto its feature, aircraft assembly scene process information model integration platformis proposed and developed. By means of the platform, the information exchangebetween its subsystems or with other systems is effectively realized.(3) With regard to the control requirements of assembly scene process ofaircrafts, taken human-computer interaction of three-dimensional mouse as anexample, human-computer interaction based on Virtools is realized; taken imagingwith stereoscopic glasses as the case, the virtual scene stereoscopic display isrealized. Learning from NC Code, this paper designs and implements a kind ofvirtual descriptive language—V Code and its corresponding function. By means of VCode, it is very easy to set up virtual scenes and assembly structure, to editequipment simulation motion program, flexible to control the simulation process, and effective to enhance the structural simulation program and to improve theefficiency of the implementation process.(4) Using XML, the structure of the assembly scene process files based onMBD (Model Based Definition) is constructed. According to virtual assembly scenedata conversion problems at present between CAD system and integrated virtualassembly environment, information extraction&model conversion method is putforward. The lightweight technology of assembly scene is studied. By converting the3D CATIA model files into3D XML files, the assembly scene is lightweighted. Bydoing this, the simulation data is very small, and the simulation has goodperformance in rich scene. It can be embedded in process file and uploaded to thePDM (Product Data Management) system for remote view and production guidance.(5) The target of virtual assembly scene process system of aircrafts is defined,the system software and hardware solutions is put forward, the overall systemprogram based on C/S (Client/Server) infrastructure is constructed, and functionconstruction and architecture design of the system is proposed.(6) By means of DELMIA, WEB development platform based on the HTMLscripting language and XML language development system to develop system, weachieved the virtual assembly scene process system of aircrafts, which can beintegrated with PDM system successfully. At last, an example of assembly on thecomponent of rear beam of horizontal stabilizer of aircrafts of Shanghai AircraftCorporation is given, and the result is proved to be effective.
