汽车制造企业精益供应链物流系统研究

【摘要】 随着我国汽车制造行业的发展壮大,汽车供应链物流的重要性也逐渐突显。同时,随着汽车制造业的竞争加剧,汽车供应链物流也变得越来越复杂,其有效运作需要汽车企业所在供应链的成员的协同合作,共同致力于汽车供应链的精益化管理。因此,研究汽车制造企业精益供应链物流系统,对我国汽车产业的发展有着重要的意义。本文针对我国汽车制造企业的现实问题,首先应用精益生产、物流管理、供应链和价值链的相关理论,系统、深入地分析了精益供应链物流系统的内涵和结构,揭示了汽车精益供应链物流系统成员企业间的博弈机理,构建了汽车制造企业精益供应链物流系统的基本框架,提出了汽车制造企业供应链物流系统精益化方法;其次,论文分别对汽车制造企业精益供应链各环节的整合机制、运作模式、评价机制以及管理模式深入细致研究,设计了汽车制造企业供应链物流采购、配送和仓储系统;然后,论文深入研究了汽车制造企业精益供应链物流系统的实施、供应链物流标准化平台支撑体系、物流信息网络支撑体系、业务流程与管理制度保障体系以及精益文化与组织结构保障体系,为汽车制造企业精益供应链物流系统的顺利实施提供制度保障和依据;最后,本文结合DFXQ公司精益供应链物流系统的基本状况,设计其精益供应链物流系统优化与重构方案,对其供应链物流优化与重构方案的实施与运作进行了深入分析和研究。本文综合运用精益供应链相关理论以及博弈分析的研究方法,建立了汽车精益供应链各成员企业的博弈模型,同时,运用神经网络的方法和相关的优化模型构建了精益采购的供应商选择与评价模型。研究成果可进一步丰富汽车制造企业精益供应链物流系统理论,以期给国内汽车制造企业达到供应链物流的精益化提供一些借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】 With the development of the automobile manufacturing in our country, the importance of automotive logistics of the supplying chain is conspicuous gradually too. Meanwhile, as the competition of the manufacturing company of the automobile is aggravated increasingly, the automotive logistics of the supplying chain becomes more and more complicated too; its effective operation needs to rely on the coordinative cooperation of the whole chain members between automobile enterprises to manage the automotive supply chain. So, studying the lean supply chain system of automobile enterprises has important Significance for our country’s development of the automobile industry.The writing purpose of theses is to solve the realistic problem of the automobile manufacturing companies of our country. First, it analyzes Connotation and structure of the Lean supply chain system deeply and wholly by using the relevant theory of the lean production, revealing the game mechanism of automotive lean supply chain logistics system among the enterprises. Building the basic framework of automotive lean supply chain logistics system and forwarding lean method of automotive lean supply chain logistics system. Secondly this thesis studies the evaluation mechanism, the integration mechanism, the mode of operation and the management mode’s each link of automobile manufacturing enterprise’s lean supply chain, and it designs three systems of the automotive logistics of the supplying chain, including procurement system, logistics system and warehousing system. Third, the thesis further investigates the implementation that the precise benefit of manufacturing company of the automobile supplied the logistics system of the chain, supply the standardized platform of the logistics of the chain and support the system, the information network of the logistics supports the system, business procedure and management system security system and precise benefit culture and institutional framework security system, Lean manufacturing for the automotive logistics of the supplying chain provide an institutional guarantee and basis of the smooth implementation. Finally, this text combines the precise basic state of supplying the logistics system of the chain of benefit of DFXQ Company, design its precise benefit and supply chain logistics system optimization with construct the scheme again, has optimized and analysed in depth and studied with implementation and operation constructing the scheme its supply chain logistics again.This comprehensive use of the theory of lean supply chain and game analysis of research methods which established of the automotive logistics of the supplying chain members of the business game model, at the same time, the supplier that the method to use neural network and relevant optimization model structure precise benefit and purchase chooses and appraises models. The research results can enrich the precise benefit of manufacturing company of the automobile and supply the logistics system theory of the chain further, in the hope of for the domestic automobile manufacturing company to reach the precise benefit which supplies the logistics of the chain to offer some reference and consult.
