【摘要】 20世纪90年代在西方国家萌发的创意产业,业已成为新经济时代的璀璨明珠。创意产业作为主导产业成为各国经济发展的重头戏,如今在神州大地亦是风起云涌。创意产业将世界经济发展推向新的起点,创意经济时代业已来临。各国对创意产业理论与实践的研究热,极大地推进了创意产业的发展。而今,集群化、园区化成为创意产业发展的主要模式。对创意产业园区发展模式的研究不仅有利于园区化创业产业理论发展,对我国创意产业园区化发展模式亦有重要的现实意义。论文立足于共生理论,融合创新理论、产业经济理论、创意产业理论等研究成果,系统地论述了文化创意产业发展的理论基础,揭示了人性相通规律、情感相通规律、审美相通规律、文化认同规律和社会文化融合规律,提出了“文化共生”理论是人类文化发展理论的创新阶段,共生繁荣是21世纪人类发展的新秩序。共生理论适用于文化创意产业园区发展模式有其合理性与必然性,进一步深入论证了文化创意产业园区企业共生的基本判断,探索了共生文化创意产业园的形成动因与机理,并对共生文化创意产业园区模式框架和八项共生要素进行了详尽地解析。重点对文化创意产业园区内共生行为模式、文化创意产业园区外共生行为模式进行了分析和构架,并对文化创意产业园区产业集群的共生绩效、共生关系与效率进行了评价。阐述了文化创意产业园区与区域社会的空间关系的五种关系类型,提出了文化创意产业园区内共生的首要条件是产业集聚化。进一步揭示了共生文化创意产业园区治理机制,设计了文化创意产业园区治理制度框架,分析了共生文化创意产业园内在制度构成与外在制度构成。在借鉴发达国家文化创意产业园区成功经验的基础上,结合中国文化产业的发展实际,给出了中国文化创意产业园区规制体系设计和制度安排,为加快中国共生文化创意产业园区开发和建设给出了思路性建议。最后以辽宁本溪市文化产业园区为例,综合运用前文研究成果,着重研究了本溪山麓文化创意产业聚集区共生模式与发展政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Creative industry that germinated from western countries has become a resplendent pearl of new economy era since1990s. As leading industry, creative industry becomes the main part of various countries’economy, so does China. Creative industry push the world economy to a new starting, the creative industry era has come. The hot research about creative industry in theory and practice field has greatly promoted the development of creative industry. Nowadays, clustering has become the main mode of creative industry. The research on the development mode of creative industry park is not only beneficial to the park industry theory development, but also has great significance to China creative industry park development mode.Based on symbiosis theory integrating innovation theory, industrial economy theory and the achievements of creative industry, the paper systematically discusses the theoretical basis of cultural creativity industry development, reveals the same humanitity rules, the same emotional rules, the same aesthetic rules, cultural identity rules and social culture integration rules, puts forward the theory of "cultural symbiosis" is the innovation stage of human culture development theory, the symbiotic prosperity is a new order of human development in the21st century. Symbiosis theory is applicable to cultural creative industry park development model has its rationality and inevitability, further demonstrates the basic judgment of culture creative industry park of enterprise symbiosis, explores the form reason and mechanism of the symbiotic cultural creative industrial park, and the symbiotic mode of culture creative industry park of framework and eight symbiosis factor has carried on the detailed analysis.Focus on analying and frameworking the cultural and creative industries park symbiotic behavior and cultural and creative industries park outside the symbiosis behavior mode,and making evaluation on symbiotic performance, symbiotic relationship with efficiency of industry cluster of cultural and creative industry park.Describe five types of spatial relations between cultural and creative industrial parks and regional society, put forward the primary conditions of cultural and creative industries park symbiosis is industrial cluster. Further reveal the symbiotic governance mechanism of cultural and creative industry park, design the management system framework of the cultural and creative industries park, analyze the symbiotic culture creative industry park in the system constitute and external system,and finally give the Chinese cultural and creative industries Park regulation system design and system arrangement, in order to give advices of speeding up the Chinese symbiotic cultural and creative industry park development and construction. Finally, take Benxi cultural industrial park as an example, make full use of previous research achievement,mainly make a research about mountain foot cultural creative industry clustering symbiotic mode and development policy.更多还原
