水垫带式输送机关键技术研究

【摘要】 水垫带式输送机具有结构简单、运行平稳、安全可靠等特点,特别适合煤矿等应用。本文论述了水垫带式输送机的工作原理及润滑理论,为水垫带式输送机的设计提供理论基础。接下来对水垫带式输送机的关键技术(盘槽结构设计、生产率计算、驱动装置及水泵选择和计算、水循环系统设计、输送带选型、压力测试系统)进行了系统研究,并研制了水垫带式输送机动态实验台,通过实验分析了水垫形成机理以及速度、加载量、供水压力和盘槽布置方式对水垫压力分布的影响。最后提出了水垫带式输送机在现场使用的基本设计思路、存在的问题及改进措施,为水垫带式输送机的实际应用提供了理论和实验依据。

【Abstract】 The water cushion belt conveyor has some characteristics, such as simple structure, smoothoperation, safe and reliable, etc, especially suitable for coal mine application. This thesis provide atheoretical basis for the design of water cushion belt conveyor through discusses the workingprinciple and the lubrication theory. Then the Test-bed of water cushion belt conveyor wasdeveloped after research the key technology of water cushion conveyor(such as the structuredesign of disc flute, calculate the productivity, select and calculate of the driving device andpumps, water circulation system design, selection of conveyor belt, pressure test system),experimental analysis of the forming mechanism of water cushion and speed, load, pressure ofwater supply and arrangement of the disc flute of water. Finally apply the results to the scene, putsforward the basic design ideas, problems and improvement measures. Then for the practicalapplication of water cushion belt conveyor provides theoretical and experimental basis.
