宣东二矿采场矿压显现及工作面瓦斯涌出规律研究

【摘要】 本文采用现场实测、理论分析、数值模拟和相似模型实验相结合的研究方法,开展了宣东二矿采场应力分布规律及其瓦斯运移特征研究。得到了以下主要研究成果:(1)揭示了岩浆入侵形成巨厚辉绿岩导致宣东二矿Ⅲ3煤层及其顶板砂岩赋存瓦斯量增加的富气机制;(2)分析了Ⅲ3煤层开采形成冒落带致使顶板砂岩气涌入的工作面瓦斯涌出规律;预测了在不同日产量水平下的瓦斯涌出量,并提供了为保持井下安全所需的通风量的最大值和平均值。(3)提出了施工地面水平井抽采煤层及顶板瓦斯的抽采技术,分析表明水平井最高产气量能达到8000m3/d,该井抽采5年累计产气量1236万立方米,控制工作面内瓦斯压力降至0.4MPa以下,可实现工作面安全开采。为宣东二矿瓦斯综合治理提供理论依据,同时研究结论对类似条件下瓦斯抽采设计具有一定指导意义。

【Abstract】 In this paper, field measurement, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimentsof similar model are combined to research Xuandong Second Mine’s of stope stress distributiondiscipline and its gas migration characteristics. Following the key findings:(1) Reveal a gas-richmechanisms that magma intrusion to the formation of a thick diabase which lead XuandongSecond Mine III3coal seam and its roof sandstone’s gas reserve increased;(2) Analysis theworking face gas emission law that result from the formation of III3coal mining caving zonewhich leads roof sandstone gas influx; predict the gas emission in different daily output level, andprovide ventilation required maximum and average to maintain underground gas under the safetyline.(3) The technology construction ground horizontal wells pumping coal seams and its roof gasis proposed. Analysis shows that the the horizontal wells highest gas production can reach8000m3/d, the well drained for5years the gas production is accumulative to12.36million cubicmeters, and working face gas pressure is controlled to under0.4MPa, and working face saftymining is achieved. To provide theoretical basis for Xuandong Second Mine’s gas comprehensivecontrol. The research conclusion has certain significance to gas extraction design in similarconditions.
