水垫带式输送机承载能力的理论与实验研究

【摘要】 水垫带式输送机是一种新型无托辊带式输送机,本文在研究其工作原理和组成的基础上,从流体润滑理论出发,推导了考虑惯性力和不考虑惯性力两种情况的水垫流场的雷诺方程,建立水垫带式输送机承载特性、分析模型,并运用有限差分法和CFD软件两种方法分别对水垫压力流场进行数值计算和数值模拟,分析其各种的喷嘴参数和动力参数对水垫带式输送机承载能力的影响规律,为进一步提高水垫带式输送机的工作性能提供了理论基础。设计了水垫带式输送机实验台,选取合理的水垫压力流场测试方法,在静态和动态两种工况下,通过对六种不同的盘槽的和供水压力进行大量实测,实验结果与理论计算结果很好吻合,验证理论分析的正确性,为水垫带式输送机的设计和改进提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Water cushion belt conveyor is a new non-roller conveyor. This thesis is based on the researchof its working principle and composition, from perspective of the fluid lubrication theory, theauthor derived Reynolds equation of water flow by considering about inertia force or not. Itestablishes water cushion belt conveyor bearing characteristics and analysis model, and uses thefinite difference method and CFD software two methods to make numerical calculation andsimulation for the water cushion pressure flow field. It provides a theoretical basis in order tofurther improve the performance of water cushion belt conveyor by analyzing various parametersand dynamic parameters of the nozzle impact regulation on the water cushion belt conveyor headcapacity. The author designed a water cushion belt conveyor test bench, and selected appropriatewater cushion pressure flow field test methods, in both static and dynamic conditions, throughmaking a lot of measurements for six different plate grooves and water pressure, the experimentalresults agree well with the theoretical calculations to verify the correctness of the theoreticalanalysis. It provides a theoretical basis for the water cushion belt conveyor design andimprovement.
