光胶晶体激光器效率和稳定性研究及在煤矿监测中应用

【摘要】 本论文主要研究用于矿山测量的激光光源。矿山测量是矿山建设时期和生产时期的重要一环。在矿山测量中,光学测量系统的应用越来越广泛,如:激光指示、瓦斯监测、巷道断面测量、光学人员定位等。激光具有方向性、单色性、相干性好,是光学测量的理想光源。在巷道断面测量和光学人员定位中,只有采用激光才有可能实现,普通光源是不可能的。小功率光胶晶体绿光激光器具有结构紧凑、效率高、寿命长、能够获得高功率和高光束质量输出,便于携带,适合作为矿山中光测系统的光源。本文围绕如何提高泵浦效率、保证输出功率的稳定性方面,做了大量工作。基于原理出发,分析了泵源的特性,得出泵源影响泵浦效率的三个主要因素;设计了最优的耦合透镜;并深入探索了光胶晶体温度特性,提出三段温度光胶晶体筛选法,能快速有效地挑选高品质光胶晶体。

【Abstract】 In this thesis, a laser source used in the mine surveying is studied. Mine Surveying is animportant process during the mine construction and production. In the mine surveying, opticalmeasurement system has been widely applied, such as: laser pointer, gas monitoring, roadwaysection measurement, optical personnel positioning. Laser is directional, monochromatic, andcoherent and ideal for optical measurements. In roadway measurements and optical personnellocation, lasers are absolutely possible to be used. Green optical-contact crystal lasers in low powerhave lots of advantages. Such as the compact structure, high efficiency, easy carrying, long life.those lasers are able to obtain high output power and high beam quality, and are suitable used in theoptical measurement system in coal mining. In this paper, how to improve pumping efficiency, andensure the stability of the output power is extensively studied. Based on the principle, greatprogressing and achievement has been made in analyzing the characteristics of the pump source andderiving three factors of pump source affect to pumping efficiency, in designing the optimal couplinglens, deeply researching the temperature characteristics of the crystal, selecting quickly andefficiently the high quality crystal in the method of changing the temperature of the optical-contactcrystal in three steps.
