国投大同塔山煤矿近距离特厚煤层的开采方法研究

【摘要】 论文以国投塔山煤矿3-5号煤层的开采为工程背景,综合运用理论分析、力学实验、现场观测、数值模拟等研究手段,对近距离特厚煤层的回采工艺、采区巷道布置以及煤柱留设等关键问题进行了研究。研究结果表明,大采高综放回采工艺是国投塔山煤矿3-5号煤层最为经济合理的开采方法,工作面的合理长度为180m,液压支架工作阻力设计为15000kN,合理采高为4~4.5m,回采巷道的布置要尽量避开2号煤层残留煤柱影响区,当区段煤柱宽度为25m时,技术经济效果最优。论文的研究理论联系实际,丰富了特厚煤层开采方法的理论基础,为企业的生产与发展提供了有益指导。

【Abstract】 Paper takes No.3-5coal seam mining of SDIC(State Development&InvestmentCorporation) Tashan Coal Mine as engineering background, with the integrated use oftheoretical analysis, mechanical test, in situ observation and numerical simulationmethods, researched the key problems, such as mining technology, roadway layout andcoal pillar design of close distance specially thick coal seam and makes many usefulconclusions. The results show that, fully mechanized top coal caving technology withlarge mining height is the best choice for No.3-5coal seam development. The fit lengthof working face is180m, working resistance of hydraulic support is15000kN, miningheight is4to4.5m. The arrangement of mining roadway need keep away fromcoverage area of coal pillars in No.2coal seam. The25m coal pillars in No.3-5coalseam are the best choice for technique and economic effects. The research work linkstheory with practice, which abundant the theoretical basis of most thickness coal seamsmining, and give the beneficial guidance to the production and development of theenterprise.
