浅埋薄基岩上下层同步开采技术研究

Research on the Technology of upper and Lower Simultaneous Mining in Shallow Thin Bedrock Coal Seam

【摘要】 本文针对神华集团李家壕煤矿浅埋薄基岩上下层同采技术展开研究。首先对煤层间亚关键层结构进行分类,研究亚关键层初次破断后岩块的三角拱结构及触矸后的单斜结构在煤壁处是否发生滑落失稳来做为判断工作面顶板是否出现切落现象的依据,并应用UDEC数值模拟软件模拟分析了不同亚关键层结构和基载比下的工作面顶板垮落形态,确定基载比0.9为基本顶是否出现滑落失稳现象的分界线。其次,根据半无限体上均布载荷问题的求解方法和地质雷达探测技术,分析了2-2中煤层工作面推进时造成的底板破坏深度范围,并以弹性均质体为基础,研究了上工作面推进方向及两侧方向上底板应力分布规律。第三,应用FLAC3D数值模拟软件从煤岩体应力分布及变形破坏角度模拟分析了上工作面采动影响下下同采12108工作面的合理错距及其回采巷道的合理布置方式,最终确定两煤层同采工作面合理错距为40m,回采巷道合理布置方式为外错布置12m-14m。最后,通过现场观测12108工作面矿压显现及其回采巷道移动变形规律,验证了理论和模拟分析的合理性,并为相似条件矿井工作面安全开采提供依据。

【Abstract】 The thesis studied on the problems about the technology of coordinate mining in thin bedrock and thick topsoil coal seam groups of Shenhua Lijiahao coal mine. Firstly, classify the keystratum between the coal seam structure and making the triangular arch structure after the keystrata first breaking and the monocline structure after main roof touching the bottles appearssliding instability or not as the basis to judge whether working face roof appears shear fall or not,and caving form of working face roof of different the key stratum structure and ratio of rock andloadings was simulated and analyzed using UDEC numerical simulation software, and the resultshowed that0.9was the ratio of rock and loading dividing line of whether basic roof appearedsiding instability or not. Secondly, based on the calculation method of uniformly distributed loadon the semi-infinite body and geological radar detection technology, damage depth range of thefloor caused by working face advancing of2-2zhong coal seam, and based on the elastic isotropicbody, stress distribution regularity of the floor was studied in the direction of advancing and twosides of the upper working face.Furthermore, reasonable dip separation of down12108workingface and reasonable arrangement of its mining roadway under the influence of upper working faceextraction was simulated and analyzed using FLAC3D numerical simulation software from theperspective of stress distribution and deformation and failure of coal and rock mass. The resultshowed that40m was the reasonable dip separation, and outside layout12m-14m was theroadway s reasonable arrangement. Finally, according to the field observation of strata behaviorsof12108working face and deformation of its roadway, the validity of theory and simulationanalysis was verified, which provided accordance for coal mine working faces with similarcondition.
