【摘要】 休闲农业是具有多种功能的新型产业,它对加快农业产业结构调整,带动关联产业发展,解决三农问题,传承历史文化,提高环保水平具有长远现实意义。如何使北京市门头沟区在强有力的经济发展形势下有效地将人文旅游资源与休闲农业发展紧密结合起来,实现产业良性快速发展成为本文研究的关键所在。本文以北京市门头沟区为研究对象,以旅游学、管理学、经济学、生态学等多种理论为支撑,首先,采用综合分析和比较研究的方法对国内外、北京市各区县休闲农业发展进行研究,总结可以借鉴的先进经验；其次,运用SWOT进一步分析该地区休闲农业发展概况；再次,采用问卷调查、数理模型建立、因子分析、样本T检验和单因素方差分析等定量的方法分别对其市场需求及供给进行分析研究,从消费者、经营者角度探求提升休闲农业发展的主要途径；最后,运用产业效果分析及可持续发展指标评价体系等定量方法对其发展效果、发展综合水平及所处发展阶段进行分析判断。此外,本文在研究过程中注重动态分析、规范方法与实证研究相结合,力图在不断发展变化中把握规律,探求休闲农业发展的先进产业模式,从而为宏观调控、规范指引、科学管理提供可参考的依据。通过全文研究分析得出以下结论：第一、北京市门头沟区拥有丰富的资源基础及发展优势,但目前发展规模小,产值不高,在北京市排名较为靠后。第二、消费群体支持度较高。休闲农业客源主体行为具有相对独立、关联性,客源主体行为影响因素及其行为效应对休闲农业市场需求具有相互交叉作用性。市场客源群体是休闲农业发展壮大的市场拉力之一。第三、当地经营者对休闲农业发展持支持态度,从当地经营者角度看,地区经济促进、环境意识提高、就业季节性影响、房价上涨、农副产品销售的提高、生活水平的提高对休闲农业影响感知较为强烈,与之相对的,物价提高、生活消费增加等感知较弱。第四、从发展效益分析得出休闲农业对地区GDP的贡献率呈上升趋势；与第一产业关联性最大,其次是第三产业,但作为独立产业的经济助推作用还未明显体现,产业机构及规模有待进一步发展；对农民收入增加、解决农民就业问题成效显著；生态环境因原有产业结构影响遭到了一定破坏；外来文化冲击加速,乡村文化优势逐渐消失。第五、从可持续发展综合评价体系分析得出,该地区休闲农业发展处在基础阶段,在经济基础、基础设施、服务体系、政府扶持、土地管理、市场营销等方面都存在突出的问题,今后应在科学规划的指引下及先进经验的借鉴下,多方位奠定发展基础,明确发展方向,全力推进该地区休闲农业发展步入持续发展的中、高级阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 The leisure agriculture is a new industry and it has the variety of functions. It also has the long term significance for adjusting the agricultural industrial structure, driving the development of the related industries, solving the three rural problems, preserving and developing the culture and improving the level of environmental protection. The key of this paper is to carry out the sustainable development of the leisure agriculture with the effective combination of the human resources and the leisure agriculture.This paper taken the Beijing Mentougou District as example, and it based on the tourism, management science, economics, ecology and other theories. Firstly, it takes the comprehensive and the comparative study on the development of the homes and abroad. And then it summarizes the advanced experience. Secondly, it analyses the development of leisure agriculture of this area by using SWOT. Thirdly, it studies the market demand and the market supply by using the quantitative methods, such as the questionnaire survey, the statistical methods, Factor analysis, sample t-test, One-Way ANOVA and so on As a result, from the consumers’and operators’view, the paper explores the development of the leisure agriculture in this District. In the end, this paper analyzes the level and the effect of the development of the leisure agriculture of this District through the industrial effect analysis and the evaluation index system for the sustainable development. In addition, this paper focuses on the method of combining standardized research with demonstration research and empirical analysis. It tries to grasp the law and the advanced industrial pattern of the development that to provide reference basis for the macro-control, guideline and scientific management.Through the whole research, this paper draws the following conclusions:Firstly, Beijing Mentougou District has rich resources and development advantages on the leisure agriculture. But now the current development needs to be improved because of the lack of scale and the low output value.Secondly, This District has a high degree support in the consumer group on the leisure agriculture. And the main behavior of the consumer group is connected and relatively independent. Both the factors and the behavioral effect of the main behavior have the crossing function on the demand of the leisure agriculture market. It also finds that the consumer group is one of the strong market pull to the leisure agriculture development.Thirdly, this paper combines leisure agriculture with local operators’ impact on its development. As a result, the local operators mainly hold positive attitude with leisure agriculture. And then from the view of the local operators’, it draws that the perceived effects of area economy, environmental awareness, employment effects, rising prices of houses, the increasing sales of the agricultural products and the improvement of the living standard have also the relatively strong effect on the leisure agriculture. That’s in contrast to the increasing price and consumption have the relatively weak feel on the leisure agriculture.Fourthly, according to the analyzing the development effect on the leisure agriculture of this area, it obtains the result that the contribution of leisure agriculture to area GDP is on the rise. It has the positive role in promoting the increase of the farmers’income and the solution of their employment. It has the maximum correlation with the primary industry, followed by the tertiary industry. But as the independent industry, its economic boost is not obvious. Its industrial structure and scale needs further development. The ecological environment has been damaged and the advantages in rural culture gradually disappeared.Fifthly, it obtained from the analysis of the leisure agriculture sustainable development evaluation system; the leisure agriculture of Beijing Mentougou District is still at the basic stage. Now it has outstanding problems in economic foundation, infrastructure, service system, government support, land management marketing. In future, this district needs under the guidance of the scientific plan and the advanced experience at all the time. In order to put an eventually propel to the leisure agriculture development for the advanced stage, the district should accelerate the improvement of the development status, to lay the foundation for development of multi range and further defined the development direction.更多还原
