当代大学生网络自律意识教育研究

【摘要】 2008年7月,中共中央政治局委员、国务委员刘延东在“加强和改进高校思想政治理论课工作会议”上指出:“我们已经进入网络时代。以互联网为代表的新兴媒体,已经成为各种社会思潮、各种利益诉求的集散地,成为社会舆论的放大器。大学生几乎都是网民,他们把互联网作为获取信息和进行交流的主要渠道,网络对大学生思想观念和行为方式的影响越来越强烈、越来越广泛。”党的“十七大”报告中又强调指出:“建设和谐文化,培育文明风尚。加强网络文化建设和管理,营造良好网络环境。”大学生在利用网络学习、工作和生活的同时,也出现了沉溺于网络游戏、网络聊天、网络色情、网络恶搞等网络失范行为。大学生网络失范行为的产生,与网络行为规范的不健全甚至缺失有关,更与大学生网络自律意识的缺乏相关。可见,加强当代大学生网络自律意识教育,已然成为高校思想政治教育的一个崭新课题。本研究运用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,旨在对当代大学生网络自律意识教育进行理论分析和实证研究。本研究的基本思路是,首先对网络自律意识的概念、类型进行理论界定,在此基础上对当代大学生网络自律意识的基本特征和影响因素结合调查数据进行分析,然后对大学生网络自律意识教育的基本内容、基本原则进行理论建构,最后对当代大学生网络自律意识教育进行对策探讨。网络自律意识教育是大学生思想政治教育的迫切需要和崭新课题。网络自律意识是指网络行为主体基于人类对网络社会整体利益的需要和认识,自愿地认同网络社会规范并能结合自身实际自觉践行的思想或观念,包括网络道德自律意识、网络法规自律意识和网络交往自律意识三种基本类型。大学生网络自律意识教育是指思想政治教育工作者以思想政治教育的相关理论和方法为基础,综合运用心理学、教育学等手段和方法,针对大学生的网络行为失范问题而开展的旨在提升当代大学生网络自律意识的教育。大学生网络道德自律意识呈现出认知的清晰与模糊、情感的稳定与多变、意志的坚定与脆弱等特征;大学生网络法规自律意识呈现出知法的浓烈与淡薄、守法的牢固与薄弱、安全的明确与含糊等特征;大学生网络交往自律意识呈现出认知的开放与保守、动机的单纯与复杂、诚信的醇厚与淡薄等特征。同辈群体、网络文化和学校教育均对大学生网络自律意识有着重要影响。网络道德自律意识教育、网络法规自律意识教育和网络交往自律意识教育是当代网络自律意识教育的基本内容;渗透性、示范性、内化性和层次性是当代大学生网络自律意识教育需遵循的基本原则;创新网络自律意识教育方法、优化网络自律意识教育环境、强化大学生网络自律实践是创新大学生网络自律意识教育的主要对策。

【Abstract】 The Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Chinese State Councilor Liu Yandong pointed out that "We have entered the age of the Internet. New media, represented by the Internet, has become a distributing center and social amplifier in which there are various social thoughts, interest demands and public opinions." in the work conference of "strengthening and improving ideological and political theory course" in July,2008. College students are almost netizens who use the Internet as the main channel to access information and communicate with others. Effects the Internet has on their ideology and behavior become more and more intense, wider and wider. The report in "The17th National Party Congress" also stressed that "we should foster a culture of harmony, cultivate civilized practices and custom, strengthen culture construction and management of the Internet, and create a good Internet environment." sollege students make use of the Internet to learn, work and live. Meanwhile, it is likely that they indulge in online games, Internet chat, network pornography, Internet Kuso and other Internet anomie behaviors.Their anomie behaviors on the Internet is closely linked to unsound Internet behavior standard and norm, and also closely related to the lack of college students’ network self-discipline consciousness. Therefore, strengthening education of contemporary college students’ Internet self-discipline consciousness has become a new topic in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The study uses the qualitative and quantitative research methods to do theoretical analysis and empirical research on contemporary college students’ network self-discipline consciousness education. The study firstly starts from the basic concept such as the definition of the Internet self-discipline consciousness and its types. And then it combines data to analyze the characteristics of contemporary college students’Internet self-discipline consciousness. Thirdly, it constructs basic contents and principles of college students’Internet self-discipline consciousness education. Finally, it discusses the strategies of college students’Internet self-discipline consciousness education.This study suggests that the Internet self-discipline consciousness education is urgent needs and new topics in the ideological and political education of college students. The Internet self-discipline consciousness is that the subject of the Internet behavior recognizes social norms of the Internet voluntarily and combine practice and thoughts or ideas consciously, based on the whole interests needs and understanding of human’s Internet society. The Internet self-discipline consciousness refers to three basic types, including the Internet moral self-discipline consciousness, the Internet regulation self-discipline consciousness and the Internet communication self-discipline consciousness.College students’ Internet self-discipline consciousness education is that the workers of ideological and political education, based on the related theory and methods of ideological and political education, adopt and apply comprehensive means and methods of psychology and pedagogy to educate and enhance the awareness of the Internet self-discipline consciousness in view of contemporary college students’ Internet moral problems. College students’ Internet moral self-discipline consciousness presents lots of characteristics:clear or fuzzy cognition, emotional stability or variety, firm or fragile will, and so on. The Internet regulation self-discipline consciousness has characteristics like strong or weak law consciousness, abiding laws strongly or weakly, definite or vague security consciousness. College students’Internet communication self-discipline consciousness shows characteristics such as open or conservative cognition, simple or complex motivation, mellow or weak integrity. The Internet moral self-discipline consciousness, the Internet regulation self-discipline consciousness and the Internet communication self-discipline consciousness consist of the basic content of The Internet self-discipline consciousness education. Permeability, directivity, internalization and hierarchy are the basic principles which contemporary college students should follow in the education of the Internet self-discipline consciousness. The strategies of college students’ Internet self-discipline consciousness education are as follows:innovating educational methods of the Internet self-discipline consciousness, optimizing educational environment of the Internet, and improving ego management ability of college students’ Internet self-discipline consciousness
