当代青年工作的价值导向研究

【摘要】 青年是国家的未来和民族的希望。任何一个时代，青年都是最富有朝气、最富有活力、最富有创造力的群体。青年兴则国家兴，青年强则国家强。党和国家历来关注青年、关心青年、关爱青年，高度重视和支持青年工作，把青年工作看作党和共青团工作的重要组成部分。我们党在领导中国革命、建设和改革开放的伟大实践中，积累了丰富的青年工作实践经验和理论知识。特别是在社会转型时期，当代青年面临复杂的文化背景和价值多元的现实，加之网络时代信息传播的加快，致使青年出现价值取向多样、价值矛盾冲突凸显、价值判断出现分化和偏离主流价值的趋势。因此，当今社会研究青年工作价值导向，不仅可以明确青年工作的发展方向，增强青年工作的正能量，而且可以引导和教育青年树立正确的价值观，鼓励他们追求有意义的生活，取得学业、事业的成功。由于价值观在青年成长和发展中起着十分重要的作用。因此，青年的价值取向的变化和价值观的发展与建设将直接影响青年的政治选择、人生道路、道德评价、个人品德以及生活方式和社会行为，决定青年的发展方向、成长之路。改革开放以来，青年工作把握了青年的成长特点、规律和工作规律，紧跟时代的步伐和青年的价值观现状，加强分类指导，取得了积极的成果。但面对变化了的社会环境和变化了的工作对象，青年工作仍然存在着不相适应的问题，特别是青年工作价值导向的精神引导力有待进一步加强。因而，笔者选择青年工作价值导向的研究，旨在以先进文化的价值导向引领青年、服务青年、凝聚青年，实现青年工作的价值。习近平总书记对青年学生寄予厚望，要求他们做一个有价值、负责任的人，这就给青年工作的价值导向提出了明确的发展要求。这一要求既符合时代发展和经济社会发展对青年工作的期望，又契合青年健康全面成长的需要。青年工作应该把价值导向作为应然与实然统一。本文立足于青年价值需求和青年工作价值导向，在厘清价值、价值观、价值导向、价值取向等概念的基础上，深入探讨和研究青年工作价值导向的理论来源和思想脉络，构建青年工作价值导向的原则和内容，设计青年工作价值导向的实现路径，理性的审视青年工作的价值导向，指导青年工作的发展，希冀对青年工作科学化、青年工作学科理论化有所促进。研究青年工作的价值导向，要从厘清青年工作与价值导向的概念着手，本文分别对青年工作和价值观的基本概念进行科学界定，厘清了贯穿全文的基本概念，分析了当代青年的自身特征，按照社会主义核心价值体系和社会主义核心价值观的精神引领要求，明确提出了组织动员、思想引领和成长服务的青年工作核心价值，为青年工作价值导向确立和构建提供了有力的价值理论支撑。研究青年工作的价值导向，要追溯青年工作的历史渊源和理论来源。青年工作要以马克思主义青年观为指导，以党的青年工作创新理论为发展线索，明确青年工作价值导向的定位，梳理党的青年工作的理念变迁和发展，总结青年工作的实践经验，为确立青年工作价值导向奠定了科学的理论基础。构建青年工作价值导向的原则，是确立和实施青年工作价值导向的重要保证。青年工作价值导向应该区分层次性原则，发扬民主性原则，坚持和把握贴近青年、贴近实际、贴近生活的三贴近原则，以保证青年工作价值导向的科学性、规范性、实践性与应用性，以使青年工作价值导向的原则自始至终发挥准则和规范的作用。设计青年工作价值导向的内容，是发挥价值导向作用的重要方面，是科学有效合理开展青年工作的必要基础。当今社会的青年工作价值导向的主要内容是青年的人生观、择业观、交往观、消费观，只有从主要内容着手，才能促进青年工作的价值实现，从而实现青年工作价值导向的目标和要求。实现青年工作价值导向需要选择正确路径，青年工作离开了路径的选择，价值导向的主导和支配作用就很难实现。青年工作价值导向只有通过组织育人、文化育人、实践育人及青年的自我教育、自我服务与自我管理等多种路径，特别是有效使用网络载体，方能使青年工作价值导向占领主阵地和主渠道，充分体现应有的价值和育人效应。随着社会变迁和青年价值观变化，青年工作价值导向也要与时俱进地发展。特别是在追求卓越的青年工作时，更要注重使青年工作价值导向在实践中检验。“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。”青年工作价值导向是一个值得探索和有待深入研究的重大课题，笔者有志从事这一课题研究，在研究中提高，在实践中发展和完善，为推进青年工作科学化和青年工作学科化尽微薄力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Young people, as the hope of a nation and a country, are the most vigorousgroups of people at any time. The prosperity and richness of a country depends on itsyouth. Our country and the Party have long been concerned with young people,highly valued and supported youth work. They regard young people as the mainforces to promote the career of socialism with Chinese characteristics and youthwork as an important part of the work of the Party and Youth League.There has been youth work since the appearance of young people in humansociety, but youth work, as a real social work appeared in modern society. We haveaccumulated abundant practical experience and theoretical knowledge of youthwork in the process of practice of revolution, construction and reform and openingup of China by the leadership of Chinese Communist Party. Especially in the period ofsocial transformation, young people are faced with the reality of complicated culturalbackground and multiple values, as well as the acceleration of information spreadingin the network era, young people have the tendency that their value orientationbecomes diversified, value contradiction becomes prominent, value judgmentbecomes polarization and their value deviates from dominant values. Therefore, thestudy of value guidance of youth work can not only direct the development andenhance positive energy of youth work, but also lead and educate young people tochoose proper values and encourage young people to pursue meaningful life andachieve success in their study and work.Since values have played an important role in the development of young people,the change of youth`s value orientation and the development and construction oftheir values will directly influence young people`s political choices, life attitudes,moral evaluation, personal morality, life style and social behaviors and determine thedevelopment direction of young people.Since the Policy of Reform and Opening up, youth work has grasped youngpeople`s growth characteristics and laws as well as working laws, followed the paceof times and current conditions of young people`s values and has obtained some positive achievements by enhancing taxonomy guidance. However, faced with thechanged social environment and work object, youth work still suffer the problem ofinadaptation, especially in that the spiritual guidance of value guidance of youthwork remains to be improved. Therefore, the author chose the value guidance ofyouth work as the research focus so that the value guidance of advanced culture canbe used to lead, serve and unite young people and finally accomplish the value ofyouth work.Our General Secretary Xi has great expectations for young people. He demandedthat young people should be valuable and responsible, which is the clearrequirement for the value guidance of youth work. This requirement not onlyconforms to the expectation of the development of times and economic society onyouth works, but also meets the needs of comprehensive improvement of youngpeople. Youth work should take the value guidance as the unification of idealizedstate and reality.This thesis, based on value demand of young people and the value guidance ofyouth work and the definitions and differences of value, view of value, valueguidance and value orientation, further explores and studies the theoretical sourceand thread of thought, constructs principles and contents and designs the realizationway of value guidance of youth work. It takes the rational consideration of valueguidance of youth work, instructs the development of youth work and seeks topromote scientificity and disciplinary theorization of youth work.The research of value guidance of youth work should start from the clarificationof youth work and value guidance. This thesis gives scientific definitions of the keyconcepts in the field of youth work and view of values, clarifies basic conceptsthroughout the whole thesis and analyzes the characteristics of young people.According to requirements of The Socialist Core Value System and The Socialist CoreValues, it puts forward explicit core value of youth work which refers to mobilize, leadand serve young people and provides favorable value theories for the establishmentof value guidance of youth work.The research of value guidance of youth work should review the historical origin and theoretical source of youth work. Youth work should be conducted under theinstruction of Marxist view on youth and developed in accordance with theinstruction innovation theory of youth work. It can clarify the orientation of valueguidance of youth work, combs the theory development the changes anddevelopment of the Communist Party`s views on youth work and summarizespractical experience of youth work, laying scientific theoretical basis for valueguidance of youth work.The construction of the principles of value guidance of youth work is theimportant basis for the construction and realization of value guidance of youth workwhich should adhere to the principles of its direction, subjectivity, hierarchy anddemocracy in order to ensure the scientization, normalization, practicalness andapplicability of value guidance of youth work.Planning the contents of youth work value direction is an important aspect toguide the value and is an essential foundation to scientifically and effectively startthe youth work. The main contents of the youth work value direction today are viewof life, occupational choice, view of association and consumption idea. We can neverreach the true value of youth work and make it a reality unless we focus on thosemain contents.The realization of the value guidance of youth work should select right way. Ifyouth work avoids the selection of way, the leading and dominating role of valueguidance can never be realized. The value guidance of youth work can dominate themain battle position and route and makes itself valuable and educational onlythrough the common way of organizational education, cultural education, educationthrough practice, self-education,self-service and self-management of young people,especially though the usage of Internet.With the changes of society and youth values, the value guidance of youth workshould develop with the pace of times, especially when pursuing excellent youthwork, we should emphasize that the value guidance of youth work should be testedin practice. My way aheads a long,long one，Ill seek my beauty high and low. Thevalue guidance of youth work is an important task of youth work which worths exploring and remains to be further studied.
