教师关怀的生活样态研究

【摘要】 本论文是以教师生活史的研究方法来研究教师关怀问题的一次尝试。在对工具理性、技术理性占主导地位的当代教育科学研究反思中,根据“教师关怀”这一问题的基本伦理特质,选用“教师生活史”的研究方法开展研究。全文从整体上共分导论、文献综述、正文和基本结论四个部分。第一部分是导论。这一部分共概述了四个问题,针对现代教师教育差强人意的实际,指出“工具理性”取代了“价值理性”的思维逻辑导致人与人关系的疏离、“技术理性”的教育研究因忽视了教师的个体差异而失去了研究的灵魂;在充分占有教师“陶里”往来书信的基础上,基于对“研究教育现象”的基本理解,以“教师关怀的生活样态”这一主题开展研究;进而指出以“生活史”引入“教师关怀”问题研究的方法论意义、倾听教师声音的实践意义及研究的新意与不足。第二部分是文献综述。包括第一章和第二章,分别对本研究的基本内容——教师关怀、研究的基本方法论——教师生活史的相关研究成果进行整理。其中,第一章探讨了教师关怀的生活样态基本概念及教师关怀的基本范畴、理论基础与借鉴等问题,指出教师生活世界是教师关怀素养发展的土壤;第二章介绍了国内外教师生活史研究的基本情况,回顾了西方生活史研究的基本历程,在与人种志的研究方法比较中,提出教师生活史研究是教师发展研究的方法扩展。第三部分是正文。包括第三章、第四章和第五章,第三章围绕研究的总体设计、技术路线、具体研究方法、研究策略与设计、信度与效度的问题介绍了以教师“陶里”往来书信为主要史实资料的研究过程与方法;第四章借鉴迈克亚当斯的生活史研究要素,重点在教师陶里与他人的往来书信中寻找一个普通教师陶里关怀他人的生活史实,从陶里关怀他人的生活章节、重要人物、个人意识形态、校内外生活方式和生活主题等生活史分析五要素来呈现教师陶里关怀他人的生活样态;第五章从陶里关怀品质的发生、形成与发展来解读教师陶里关怀品质的内化,通过陶里与他人的关怀关系、陶里在关怀关系中的理想和陶里在关怀关系中的文化理解等分析,提出没有关怀的教育不是成功的教育,使教育成为教育的基础正是教师与学生的关怀关系;还围绕陶里助人为乐的道德情趣、止于至善的道德情愫和无私奉献的道德情操,从关怀情感的视角来凸显陶里关怀他人的一生,突出了陶里关怀实践的情感升华。第四部分是基本结论。即第六章,指出让每个人都流淌关怀的血液存在于“诗意栖居”的教育理想中;教师关怀的实现即有理论和现实的限度,也有达成的操作性问题,因此要在师生的不断交往中一步步走进教育关怀的理想。

【Abstract】 This thesis is based on teachers’ life history research methods to study teachers care an attempt of the problem. On instrumental rationality and technology rationality dominant reflection on contemporary education scientific research, according to the question of "teachers" basic ethical qualities, choose "life of teachers" research method to carry out the research. The full text as a whole is divided into introduction, literature review, the text and the basic conclusion four parts.The first part is introduction. This part summarizes the four problems, in view of the actual modern teacher education adequately, points out that the "instrumental rationality" replaced "value rationality "logic of thinking lead to alienation of human relation,"technical reason" education research lost due to neglect the individual differences of the soul; In full possession of the teacher in the "tao", on the basis of correspondence, based on the basic understanding of "the study of education phenomena", established the "teachers care life form" the research problem; And then points out that in order to "life" the introduction of "teachers" research methodology, listen to the teacher the practical significance and research new meaning and shortage of sound.The second part is literature review. Including chapter1and chapter2, the basic content of this research-the basic methodology in the study of teachers’care, teachers’life cycle of the related research results. Among them, the first chapter discusses the teachers care form basic concept of life and care of problem such as basic category, theoretical basis and reference, points out that teachers life world is the care quality of the development of the soil; The second chapter introduces the basic situation of teachers’ life history research at home and abroad, reviewed the basic course of western life history research, the research method to compare with the ethnography, teachers life history research is the development research of method is put forward.The third part is the body. Including the third chapter, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, the third chapter on research of the overall design, technical route, the concrete research methods and research strategy and the design and the reliability and validity are introduced to teachers "tao" in the correspondence as the main research process and method of historical data; Fourth chapter reference McAdams factors of life history research, focus on teachers in the tao and others in the correspondence of looking for an ordinary teacher tao care for the lives of others in the historical facts, care for the lives of others from the tao chapters, important people, personal ideology, life style and living off topics such as five elements of life cycle analysis to render the teachers care for the lives of others in tao form; Chapter v from the tao formation and development of quality of care, to interpret teacher tao care quality in the process of internalization by tao in caring relationships with others, in the tao in a caring relationship of ideal and tao cultural understanding in the caring relationship analysis, put forward without caring education is not a successful education, make education education is the basis of the care of teachers and students relations; Around tao also helpful in the moral sentiment, know kindness of moral feelings and selfless dedication of the moral sentiment, from the perspective of emotional care to highlight in the tao’s life CARES, highlight the emotional care practice sublimation in the tao.The fourth part is the basic conclusion. The sixth chapter, it is pointed out that let everybody flow exists in the care of blood education ideal of "poetic living"; Teachers concern the realization of the limits of both theory and reality, also has an operational problems, therefore to step by step in the continuous interaction between teachers and students into the ideal care education.
