基于关联数据的数字图书馆资源聚合与服务研究

【摘要】 数字资源聚合是为了将多个数据源按照一定的方式将它们关联起来,数据与数据之间有较为稳定的关联关系、指向关系,访问和达到的路径有据可循,为用户重复利用数字资源有莫大的好处。在当前的数字资源聚合过程中,数字图书馆往往采用不同的硬件平台、操作系统、通信协议、数据库系统和数据描述标准,且多实行的是独立维护和管理的数字资源,造成大量分布式异构数据的生成,数据与数据之间简单关联或缺乏关联。当用户访问某个数据,根据需求跳转到另外一个数据时,若无一定的关联关系时,用户下次难以重复数据之间跳转的路径。关联数据作为语义网的一种轻量级实现方式,能够在对网络资源进行统一标识、深层关联的基础上,运用关联数据可以让数字图书馆中每一本书、每一个作者、每一个资源都能够有专门的访问路径和页面,实现数字图书馆资源的深度聚合,方便用户灵活的利用所需资源,并且可以重现数字资源访问的途径。运用关联数据技术可以实现了网络资源的充分共享,让数字图书馆资源有序化,有利于图书馆服务系统的更新与完善。本文从基于关联数据的资源聚合和服务两个方面来展开:(1)数字图书馆资源聚合的新途径:关联数据。通过文献研究、访谈和比较研究等方法分析当前数字资源聚合中存在的问题,根据国内外的对关联数据的应用研究,探究基于关联数据的数字图书馆资源聚合模式。关联数据通过对资源进行统一标识、深层关联,来实现对数字资源的深度聚合,提高数字图书馆数字资源的利用率。在这一部分中,通过对当前数字图书馆资源聚合的现状进行调查,对SFX、Web Service、P2P等流行聚合技术的比较,引出基于关联数据的资源聚合模式。运用内建有关联数据模式的Drupal平台,搭建图书馆目录导航,完成对关联数据应用的呈现。(2)基于关联数据的数字图书馆创新服务。本文在文献研究的基础上,探究数字图书馆的知识发现和知识服务,针对当前数字图书馆的服务内容,提出基于关联数据的个性制定与推送服务、数字化虚拟参考咨询等创新服务。基于关联数据的用户服务模型、协同创新推荐、智能创新推荐、信息集成服务等能够实现数字图书馆的信息个性化制定与资源推送,实时式、异步式、协作式、层次化相结合的数字化参考咨询能够为数字图书馆提供更好的用户咨询服务。本文分析当前数字资源聚合技术和方法,分析数字图书馆资源聚合中存在问题,引出基于关联数据的聚合方法与聚合模式。运用关联数据与相应的平台技术,将数字图书馆中的各类数据与数据之间建立语义关系、访问路径,甚至可以进一步标注数字资源的注科目类别、等级层次,让异构的数据成为一个有机体,较好的实现数字图书馆数字资源的聚合。运用关联数据实现数字图书馆的资源聚合,能更好的为用户提供个性化制定与资源推送服务、虚拟参考咨询等服务。

【Abstract】 In the conventional process of digital resources polymerization, the libraries often use different hardware platforms, operating systems, communication protocols, database systems and other data description standards, implement independent maintenance and management of library resources, resulting in a large number of distributed heterogeneous data formation. Linked Data, as a lightweight way in semantic web, could use a unified way to identify resources and make a deep association, realizing the polymerization of digital library resources. It can not only achieve the full sharing of digital resources, but also benefit for the updating and improvement of libraries’ service system.This study has made progress on the basis of linked data aggregation and services:(1) New pathway of resource aggregation in digital libraries:linked data. We can realize different problems in digital resource aggregation through literature, questionnaires, interviews, comparative and other methods, exploring new a new way-linked data to accomplish the association of digital library resources. I believe that:linked data can help us accomplish the universal edifying and correlation of digital library resources, realize the deep association of digital resources, and promote users’ resource retrieval and information accessing.Digital library resources association based on linked data. In this section, we can discover the current status of digital library resource’s polymerization through questionnaires, interviews and other research methods. We discover that based on the principles of sustainability, using SFX, Web Service, P2P and other kinds of technology to realize the deep polymerization of digital library resources. With the use of Drupal which built-in linked data mode to build the library catalog navigation, we can complete the application associated with the linked data presented.(2) The innovative service of digital libraries based on linked data. On the basis of literature research, the author explored the knowledge discovery and the knowledge service of digital library, and got across the personality making service, push service, digital virtual reference service and innovative services, etc. of the current libraries. The combination of the real-time reference service, the asynchronous reference service, the collaborative reference service, and the hierarchical reference service can provide a better reference service for the digital library. By using design-based research, make the theory of resources integration and innovative service of the digital library based on linked data can provide a better user consulting servicesThrough researching the resource polymerization and services of digital library base on linked data, we have deeply realized that there are many problems in traditional resource integration, on the basic of that, we make a deep research on linked data. Digital library resource polymerization based on linked data can realize knowledge discovery, knowledge services, personalized information customization and resource pushing, and the virtual reference consulting of digital libraries based on the facilitate of deep aggregation, more over promote resource sharing and the continuous innovation and improvement of knowledge service system in digital libraries with the use of linked data.
