教育管理研究理论思维探论

The Discussion about Theoretical Thinking of Educational Administration Research

【摘要】 本研究针对当前我国教育管理理论水平低下,理论品位不高,理论研究状况亟待改变这一存在于教育管理研究中的现实问题而提出。理论研究中的思维问题,是每个研究者都要面对的问题,理论思维的优劣直接决定着理论成果的好坏,当前,我国教育管理理论研究中存在的这些问题,与教育管理研究中的理论思维有着密切的关系。理论思维除了能够应对理论研究中的创新需要外,还能够为实践活动提供有力的保障。有基于此,笔者试图通过对教育管理研究中理论思维问题的研究,找到改变当前我国教育管理理论研究状况的办法,为我国教育管理理论水平的提升做出有益的探索。总的来说,本研究分为三大部分:第一部分主要提出问题,理性思考“应然”问题,提出“理论思维”的问题,并对其内涵与外延进行分析,并建构出一定的理论思维模型。第二部分,现状扫描,梳理“实然”状态,用建构的理论思维模型来反思当前教育管理研究中存在的问题并找到其原因。第三部分,解决问题,建构“应然”与“实然”联系的具体路径,针对教育管理理论思维中存在的问题,重新构建出解决教育管理研究思维发展的新路径。本研究除导论外,分为四个章节。其中,第一章属于模型建构,第二章属于理论探讨,第三章注重对现实问题的反思,第四章侧重问题的解决。具体内容为:第一章:教育管理研究理论思维的范式建构。本章主要围绕教育管理研究理论思维的基础条件、教育管理研究理论思维的内容、教育管理研究理论思维的方式(方法)、教育管理研究理论思维的表达形式等四个方面来建构教育管理理论思维的模型。其中,在教育管理研究理论思维的基础条件中,认为教育管理研究理论思维的知识基础和价值立场构成了其重要的两个方面。知识基础方面,强调哲学知识、教育管理知识和一般的知识的作用;价值立场方面,认为在当前的教育管理研究中存在以理论取向为主和以实践取向为主两种主要价值立场。在教育管理研究理论思维的内容中,强调教育管理研究理论思维的内容就是教育管理研究理论思维的对象,主张研究教育管理现象是教育管理研究理论思维的内容。在教育管理研究理论思维的方式(方法)中,认为从具体到抽象、抽象到具体的研究过程是科学的教育管理研究理论思维方式(方法)。在教育管理研究理论思维的表达形式中,认为教育管理理论体系存在广义的和狭义的两种,形成了非理论表达和理论表达两种形式,并从狭义的理论体系出发,强调理论表达在教育管理研究理论思维中的作用,构建出理论表达的两种主要表现形式:一种是由概念组成的范畴逻辑体系的理论表达,另一种是由非概念所形成的文学作品的理论表达。第二章:教育管理研究理论思维的理论探究。在教育管理研究理论思维的基础条件中,知识基础方面,强调哲学知识对于教育管理研究理论思维有较大的建构作用;价值立场方面,认为教育管理的研究应该坚持以理论取向为主的教育管理研究价值立场。在教育管理研究理论思维的内容中,强调教育管理现象的研究,具体在教育管理活动、教育管理体制、教育管理机制、教育管理观念四个范围内展开。在教育管理研究理论思维的方式(方法)中,强调在教育管理研究中具体到抽象、抽象到具体的研究方法的运用。在教育管理研究理论思维的表达形式中,强调理论表达对于教育管理研究理论思维的重要性。第三章:教育管理研究理论思维的现状及反思。本章试图用建构起的教育管理研究理论思维的模型分别从中、外两个方面对教育管理研究现状进行梳理和反思,进而找到存在的问题。西方当代教育管理理论研究的现状和反思中,教育管理研究理论思维的基础条件的知识基础方面,哲学知识在教育管理研究中的作用明显;价值立场方面都有较清晰的服务实践取向。教育管理研究理论思维的内容方面,能够围绕教育管理活动、教育管理体制、教育管理机制、教育管理观念等几个范畴展开研究。教育管理研究理论思维的方式(方法)中,能够注意从具体到抽象、抽象到具体的研究路径。教育管理研究理论思维的表达形式多注重运用概念组成的范畴体系来表达理论成果,表达形式具有相对的单一性。中国当代教育管理理论研究的现状和反思中,基础条件的知识基础方面,哲学知识较差,很多研究者没有哲学基础;价值取向方面,其价值的取向存在一定的问题,影响了理论的实践应用。理论思维的内容方面,理论思维的对象层次不高,只研究具体问题,而没有上升到范畴来对内容进行研究。理论思维的方式(方法)中,不注意具体到抽象、抽象到具体的研究路径。理论思维的表达形式方面,不强调理论表达的作用,影响了我国教育管理理论的表达。第四章:教育管理研究理论思维的对策建议。针对中西方、国内外教育管理研究中存在的问题,试图从个人的角度出发给出相关的对策建议。教育管理研究理论思维的基础条件中,知识基础方面,重视哲学知识的学习和研究,具体从加强教育管理知识论研究和改善教育管理知识结构两方面入手;价值立场方面,要以理论取向为主,具体要实现教育管理理论的创新和教育管理理论的实践应用。教育管理研究理论思维的内容要站在一定的理论高度对研究的对象进行范畴的概括,用范畴形成的体系来建构教育管理的理论,具体就是要对教育管理活动、体制、机制、观念等进行不同程度的概括和总结,使得研究的内容在四个范畴之内都能得到全面的研究。教育管理研究理论思维的方式(方法)就是要通过不同的方式(方法)的探寻来找到背后实质内涵,从根本上促进教育管理研究的科学进行。教育管理研究理论思维的表达形式就是要探索形成范畴、非范畴,概念、非概念等不同形式的理论表达新形式。

【Abstract】 The study for the current level of our educational administration theory in general not higher, which is a real problem exists in the educational administration research. The thinking in theoretical studies is researchers have to face, the problem of theoretical thinking will directly compete with the theoretical results, educational administration theory with educational administration research thinking has a close relationship. Theoretical thinking Able to respond to the theoretical study of innovation, also can provide effective protection for the practical activities. Based on this, I make a useful exploration through the study of theoretical thinking to change the current way of educational administration theory status in educational administration research, to enhance the level of China’s educational administration theory. Overall, this study has three parts:the first part is mainly about Basic problem, rational thinking "ought" proposed "theoretical thinking" and analysis its connotation and denotation and construct certain theoretical thinking model. The second part is the status quo scan, sort out the "Practice" state, with the theoretical thinking model to reflect on the problems that exist in the current e educational administration research and find out the reason. The third part, solve problems, construct "ought" and "Practice" Contact specific path, the existing problems theoretical thinking in the educational administration, re-build a new path to solve the development of the educational administration research thinking.Except the introduction, the study is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is modeling, the second chapter is theoretical discussion, chapter three focusing on the real problems of reflection, the fourth chapter focuses on problem solving. The specific content:Chapter Ⅰ:Paradigm construct about theoretical thinking of educational administration research. This chapter focuses on the basic conditions about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, the content about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, the ways (methods) about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, the forms of expression about theoretical thinking of educational administration research in four areas to construct theoretical thinking model of educational administration. Among them, in the basic conditions about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, knowledge base and value standpoint constitutes an important aspect of the two. In Knowledge base, emphasizing the philosophical knowledge, educational administration knowledge and general knowledge; in value standpoint, the view in the current study have theory-oriented and practice-oriented approach based mainly two main value standpoint. the content about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, emphasis on the content of educational administration research in theoretical thinking is the object of theoretical thinking, advocated the study of the phenomenon of educational administration research is the theoretical thinking content. In the ways (methods) about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, the view from the concrete to the abstract, the abstract to the concrete research process is scientific research educational administration theory way of thinking (method). In the forms of expression about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, theory system that exists both broad and narrow, forming a non-theoretical and theoretical expression of two forms of expression. And starting from a narrow theoretical system, emphasizing the theoretical expression of theoretical thinking in educational administration role, the theoretical expression construct two main forms:one is composed by the scope of the concept of logical system theoretical expression, the other is formed by a non-conceptual theoretical expression of literary works.Chapter Ⅱ:Theoretical explore of theoretical thinking of educational administration research, the basic conditions about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, in knowledge base, emphasizing the philosophical knowledge for educational administration research in theoretical thinking have a greater role in the construction; in value standpoint, the management of that education should adhere to the theoretical orientation, the content about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, emphasizing education management phenomena, specifically in educational management activities, education management system, education management mechanism, education management concepts within the context of four. the ways (methods) about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, the emphasis on education management research concrete to the abstract, the abstract to the concrete application of research methods. the forms of expression about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, emphasizing the theoretical expression for Research on Educational Management importance of theoretical thinking.Chapter Ⅲ:The status and reflection of educational administration theoretical thinking. This chapter tries to construct educational management research model of theoretical thinking were from in to out two aspects of educational management to sort Research and reflection, and thus find the problem. Theoretical study of contemporary Western education management status and reflection, education management research in theoretical thinking of the basic conditions of the knowledge base, the philosophical knowledge in education management research have the significantly role; value standpoint have a clearer stance aspects of practice orientation. The content about theoretical thinking of educational administration research can be around, educational management activities, education management system, education management mechanism, education management concepts. The ways (methods) about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, it is possible attention from the concrete to the abstract, the abstract to the concrete research paths. Educational Management of theoretical thinking and more emphasis on the use of the concept of expression consisting of areas to express mention to theoretical results, the relative expression of unity with. Chinese contemporary status of education management theory research and reflection, the basic conditions of the knowledge base, philosophical knowledge is poor, many researchers have no philosophical basis; value orientation, the orientation of its value there are some problems affecting the practical application of the theory. For the West and the domestic educational management research problems, from a personal perspective of trying to give relevant countermeasures. Education Management Research theoretical thinking of the basic conditions, the knowledge base, attention to philosophical knowledge for learning and research, in particular to strengthen education management theory of knowledge from research and improvement of education management knowledge structure two-pronged approach; value standpoint, we should mainly theoretical orientation, specifically to achieve educational innovation management theory and practical application of the theory of education management. The content about theoretical thinking of educational administration research to stand a certain theoretical study of object height on a broad scope, with a category system to construct the theory of education management, specific for activities, institutions, mechanisms, concepts, etc. different levels of summary and conclusion, making the contents of the study within the context of the four can get a comprehensive study. The ways (methods) about theoretical thinking of educational administration research is through different ways (methods) to explore to find the real meaning behind, fundamentally promote the scientific research conducted educational management. The forms of expression about theoretical thinking of educational administration research is to explore the formation of category or non-category, concept or non-concepts, such as different forms of theoretical expression of new forms.
