【摘要】 随着经济和社会的发展,经济公正问题成为时代重大议题的必要性越来越大。第一章探讨经济公正问题的理论意义和现实意义。第一节是经济公正问题的提出,先分析了经济公正问题的重要性,然后对于经济公正问题的国内外研究现状进行了综述——国内经济公正问题的研究主要从六个方面进行：经济公正的内涵、经济公正问题的表现、经济公正的关键范畴、经济公正的原则、经济公正的意义、经济公正的实现；国外经济公正问题的研究主要是概括了几种现在很通行的理论。第二节简要地分析了这种研究现状的原因是如何引发的,主要有两大方面的原因：一是以往研究的缺陷,一是意识形态的原因。第三节和第四节探讨经济公正与构建和谐社会和实践科学发展观的关系。对于经济公正与构建和谐社会的关系,主要从以下两个方面进行论述：公正与和谐均为当今中国社会重要的价值诉求,经济公正与社会公正、社会和谐是紧密结合在一起的。对于经济公正与实践科学发展观的关系主要从以下两个方面进行论述：经济公正是科学发展观的重要内容,经济公正与社会发展相辅相成。第二章是经济公正问题的历史考察——经济公正史批判。第一节是经济史上对于经济公正问题存在的争端。这些争端主要有经济全球化浪潮与经济公正的问题、贫富差距与环境恶化的问题、经济增长与科学发展的问题。第二节对于古代和近现代的经济公正思想的梳理都遵循中西分化的主线。第三节对一些重要的经济公正思想的批判性分析主要针对的是亚里士多德、休谟、边沁、穆勒、亚当斯密、罗尔斯等人。指出了他们的思想的合理之处和不合理之处。最后对马克思主义经济公正思想进行了反思和评价。包括对马克思、恩格斯和毛泽东、邓小平这些人的经济公正思想的介绍以及对他们思想的评价。第三章是经济公正问题研究的困难所在。经济公正问题研究的困难众多,笔者主要抓住了三大争端,一曰经济公正与平等、一曰经济公正与效率、一曰经济公正与实践。关于经济公正与平等,主要从以下两个方面进行论证：经济公正与平均主义,经济公正、平均主义与共同富裕。关于经济公正与效率,主要从以下两个方面进行论述：中共中央关于两者关系的决议以及笔者对此的看法、学界对于两者关系的看法以及笔者的态度。关于经济公正与实践,主要从三个方面进行论述。笔者在论述了经济公正问题的三大研究困难以后在第四章论述了经济公正的内涵、类型和特性。是望对经济公正的规定性有更详细的阐述。而经济公正的规定性也是经济公正问题产生的原因之一。对于内涵主要是要把它与其它几个相近的概念相区分,类型主要分为常态经济情况下的经济公正与非常态经济情况下的经济公正,特性有历史性、阶级性和合理性。问题既然提出来了,那么解决是很紧要的,所以第五章是经济公正问题解决的方法和途径。关于解决的方法途径,笔者从制度、道德和加强经济活动的公正制约三大角度进行阐述。对于制度如何解决经济公正问题,主要从制度是实现经济公正的重要保证和制度在经济公正前提下的安排问题两个角度进行论述；对于道德如何解决经济公正问题主要从道德是实现经济公正的重要保证和道德在经济公正前提下的建设问题两个角度进行论述。对于加强经济活动的公正制约,要求把握四个经济运行环节的公正制约,即做到加强生产、分配、交换和消费四个’环节的公正制约。笔者对于学界的关于经济公正的各个层次的问题进行了梳理,进行批判性的分析并提出了自己的见解。目的在于使经济公正更贴合实际,能更好地服务于当今中国的社会主义各方面的建设尤其是经济建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy and society, the issue of economic justice is becoming more and more important in our era. The writer first discourses the meanings in theory and practice of economic justice issue in the first chapter. The writer fist analyzes the importance of the issue, then discourses the in and abroad studying situation. The writer discourses the studying situation of the issue in our country from six aspects:the implications, embodiments, key conceptions, rules, meanings and realizations. The writer discourses the studying situation abroad through grasping some popular theories. Then the writer briefly analyzes the causes of such a situation. There are two causes:the shortcomings of the previous study, the cause of ideology. And the writer discourses the meanings in practice from the perspectives of constructing harmonious society and practicing the idea of scientific development. The writer discourses the relations of economic justice and constructing harmonious society from two aspects:justice and harmoniousness are important pursuits of value in today China society. Economic justice, the justice of society and the harmoniousness of society are combined. The writer discourses the relations of economic justice and practicing the idea of scientific development from two aspects: economic justice is the important content of idea of scientific development, economic justice and the development of society act upon each other.The writer discourses the solving ways of the issue in history in the second chapter. The disputations of economic justice issue in the economic history are economic globalization and economic justice, the distance of poor and rich and the trend of environment turning worse, economic growth and scientific development. The writer discourses the ancient and modern thinking history according to the rule of departure of China and west. The writer discourses the important ideas of some famous persons and points out their advantages and disadvantages. Lastly analyzes Marxism economic justice idea and comments on it critically.The writer discourses the difficulties of studying the issue in the third chapter. There are many difficulties of this issue. The writer mainly grasps three. The fist is economic justice and absolute equalization. The second is economic justice and efficiency. The third is economic justice and practice.The writer discourses the issue that economic justice is not absolute equalization from two aspects:economic justice and absolute equalization; economic justice, absolute equalization and becoming rich together. The writer discourses the issue that economic justice does not conflict with the rule of efficiency from two aspects:the Party’s decision on the relations and the opinions of writer, the opinions of academic world and the attitude of writer. The writer discourses the issue that economic justice deserves practicing from three aspects.The writer then discourses the implications, types and characteristics of economic justice in the fourth chapter in order to discourse the rules of economic justice in detail. And the rules are the reasons of creation of issue too. The point of telling apart the implications is to distinguish it from other similar conceptions. The types are economic justice under the situation of the usual economic circumstance and unusual economic circumstance. The characteristics of economic justice are history, class, properness.After putting forward the issue, it is vital to solve it. The writer discourses the solving ways from the aspects of systems,moralities and strengthening the restriction of economic justice in the fifth chapter.The writer sorts the issues from some aspects, analyzes critically and puts forward her own ideas in order to make economic justice nearer to the real world and better service to the construction of China, especially China’s economy.更多还原
