高校思想政治教育生态系统建设研究

【摘要】 大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源,他们思想政治状况、道德品质、科学文化素质和健康素质如何,不仅直接关系现阶段中华民族的素质,而且直接关系未来中华民族的素质。特别是大学生思想政治素质如何,更是直接关系到党和国家的前途命运,加强和改进高校思想政治教育,增强其实效性是提高大学生思想政治素质的重要途径。生态学的发展不仅形成了人们认识世界的理论视野和思维方式,而且为人们研究高校思想政治教育问题提供了方法论指导,使我们拓展研究视野,思维更加科学。从生态学视角切入,以系统的构成要素对高校思想政治教育效果的影响为主线,研究高校思想政治教育的实际问题,不仅有助于丰富高校思想政治教育理论研究,而且对高校思想政治教育的发展与提高实效性可提供实际指导。高校思想政治教育反映的是教育者与受教育者及他们与思想政治教育有关环境之间的关系,从生态学的视角分析,高校思想政治教育各个构成要素与周围环境之间有机联系,构成一个动态平衡、寻求全面协调可持续发展的统一整体,即高校思想政治教育生态系统。系统中任何要素的变化,不可避免地对其他要素产生影响,打破了系统内部原有的平衡,导致高校思想政治教育的生态问题,从而影响系统效能的发挥,影响大学生思想政治教育的实效性。开展高校思想政治教育生态系统建设研究,核心问题是从微观层面探明高校思想政治教育生态系统的要素、结构,通过对系统各个构成要素进行优化,改善要素之间的关系,促进他们良性互动与有效整合,发挥出应有的作用;并从宏观层面加强高校思想政治教育系统与外部环境的联系,努力形成家庭、社会关心、支持高校思想政治教育的合力。从而使高校思想政治教育与社会发展的要求相适应,增强高校思想政治教育的实效性和作用的发挥。为此,本文从生态学的相关理论入手,建构高校思想政治教育生态系统的理论,分析了高校思想政治教育生态系统存在的问题与原因,提出了高校思想政治教育生态系统建设的对策建议。1.论文在对系统、生态系统概念及其相关理论进行综述的基础上,界定了高校思想政治教育生态系统的概念并阐明了其内涵,表明用生态学的相关理论指导高校思想政治教育的改革与发展具有适切性,并提出高校思想政治教育生态系统建设的方法论观点,为高校思想政治教育生态系统理论建构奠定了基础,也为高校思想政治教育生态系统建设提供了方法论基础。2.高校思想政治教育生态系统的基本要素是教育者、受教育者、思想政治教育的目标、内容、方法与环境,各个要素具有明确的生态位,并且相互联系、相关作用,构成高校思想政治教育生态系统的动态性整体结构;从系统的功能上看,包括能量流动、物质循环与信息传递,通过这些过程,系统将实现动态平衡,并揭示思想政治教育的本质和基本规律,对加强高校思想政治教育具有一定价值。3.论文论述了高校思想政治教育生态系统建设情况,对高校思想政治教育生态系统各个构成要素,从教育者、受教育者、教育的目标、内容、方法、机制与环境等方面存在的问题进行了分析,并对问题的成因进行了剖析。4.论文运用高校思想政治教育生态系统建设的方法论观点对高校思想政治教育生态系统建设的主要对策进行研究和探讨,提出了高校思想政治教育生态系统建设应科学定位;高校思想政治教育生态系统建设要确立正确的指导原则;打造素质过硬的思想政治教育者队伍,强化生态主体的育人责任;培植协调的生态主客体关系,促进受教育者的思想内化;确立具体的思想政治教育目标,保证目标的有效实现;确保有效的生态介体传导作用,提高生态介体的传导效能;建立优化的生态机制运行模式,保证生态系统的功能发挥;促进生态因子的正向作用,营造良好的生态环境等举措,这对高校思想政治教育生态系统建设具有方法性的指导意义。

【Abstract】 College students are the valuable resources of the country. Their ideological and political conditions, moral character, scientific and cultural quality as well as health quality are not only relevant to current quality of Chinese nation directly, but also related to that in the future. In particular, ideological and political quality of college students will have direct impact on future and destiny of our Party and our nation. Strengthening and improving ideology and politics education (IPE) by taking its features in colleges and universities is an important way to improve college students’ideological and political qualities. The development of ecology not only forms theoretical perspective and thinking mode, but also provides methodological guidance for issues concerning IPE, which enables us to broaden study perspectives and think in more scientific way. From the ecological perspective, taking system component elements’ effect on the IPE as main line, study practical problems of IPE, which contributes to theory research on IPE and provides guidance for IPE development and improvement.IPE in colleges and universities reflects the relationship among the educators, the educated and IPE-related circumstances. From ecological perspective, various constituent elements of IPE have links with surrounding environment, which constitutes IPE ecosystem, characterizing with dynamic equilibrium, integrating entity of comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development. Any element’changes will inevitably have an impact on other elements, break system internal balance, arouse ecological problems, and then have negative effect on system performance and IPE effectiveness.The core issue of IPE ecosystem research is to prove its elements and structure from microcosmic aspect. By optimizing various elements in the system, improve their relations, promote interaction and effective integration and to play their parts. From macrocosmic aspect, to strengthen connections between IPE system and external environment, as well as to combine IPE-concerned cares and supports from family and society into resultant force. Make IPE fit in with the needs of society development, and enhance IPE effectiveness and function. Therefore, the following article starts with ecology theories, analyzing problems existed in IPE ecosystem and their causes, followed by suggestions in IPE ecosystem construction.Based on a review of system concept, ecosystem concept and other related theories, this article defines concept of IPE ecosystem and clarify its connotation. Prove that ecosystem-related theories are indicative to IPE reform and development. Propose methodological views on IPE ecosystem, in order to lay foundation for theoretical construction of IPE ecosystem, as well as to provide methodological basis for IPE ecosystem construction.The basic elements of IPE ecosystem are the educators, the educated, the target, content, methods and environment of IPE. Each element has clear niche, interconnection and dependence interaction, which forms IPE dynamic overall structure. From system features, IPE comprises energy flowing, material cycling and information transmission, through which system can achieve dynamic equilibrium, and essence and basic law of IPE can be revealed. All of these will be valuable to strengthen IPE.The article discusses IPE ecosystem construction, analyzes problems existed in IPE elements ecosystem, from the educators, the educated, goal, content, methods and environment of the education, and parse causes of these problems.The article researches and discusses main countermeasures of IPE ecosystem construction, from its methodological views. Propose scientific positioning of IPE ecosystem construction. Establish correct guidelines of IPE ecosystem construction. Build ideological and political educators with good quality, strengthen educational responsibility. Foster harmonious relations between ecological subject and object, promote ideological internalization of the educated. Establish specific objectives of IPE, and guarantee objectives realization. Ensure effective conduction effect of ecological mediator, and improve transmission efficiency of ecological mediator. Establish optimal operation mode of ecological mechanisms, to realize ecosystem function. Facilitate ecological factors and create favorable ecological environment.Those measures have directive significance on IPE ecosystem construction.
