【摘要】 高度发达的大众传播媒介是现代社会的主要标志之一,大众媒介一方面为政治社会化带来了难得的机遇,同时也让政治社会化面临形势严峻的挑战。美国媒介产业是世界上最发达的,大众媒介已经完全融入人们的生活,美国社会利用大众媒介确保社会主流政治文化的构建、传播和渗透,使社会主流政治文化融入公民的价值观念、行为模式和生活方式之中,大众媒介已经成为推动美国政治社会化顺利进行的有效手段,所以,无论是对了解美国大众媒介,还是认识美国政治社会化,美国大众媒介政治社会化功能研究都具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先对国内外已有研究成果进行梳理和总结,概述大众媒介政治社会化功能的相关基础理论并对概念进行界定；研究大众媒介和政治社会化的内在关联;探讨了大众媒介的政治功能,在此基础上分析大众媒介政治社会化功能的涵义和特点。其次,对作为政治社会化主渠道的美国大众媒介进行研究；重点分析美国大众媒介的结构和特点,研究美国大众媒介在政治社会化中的地位和运作方式；同时也分析了美国大众媒介与其他政治社会化渠道之间的关系。再次,着重分析了美国大众媒介政治社会化正向和负向功能,美国大众媒介具有传承政治文化、引导政治参与、稳定政治系统和输出意识形态等正向功能；同时由于受自身特性所限,美国大众媒介对政治社会化也会产生一定的阻力作用,并就产生的原因进行了分析。然后,研究美国对大众媒介政治社会化功能的调控,分析美国大众媒介政治社会化调控的理论基础以及影响因素,在此基础上重点介绍了美国大众媒介政治社会化调控的手段。最后,总结美国大众媒介政治社会化功能对我国的启示,分析了我国大众媒介发挥政治社会化功能所面临的挑战,并提出了改善我国大众媒介政治社会化功能的途径。本文研究丰富了大众媒介政治社会化功能研究的理论内容体系,拓展了美国政治社会化研究的视野,不仅有利于了解美国大众媒介,也有利认识美国政治社会化。论文研究为中国大众媒介政治社会化功能提供了理论依据和对策参考,对于大众媒介在思想政治教育过程中发挥应有有利作用,构建社会主义和谐社会具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The highly developed mass media is one of the main symbols of modern society. On the one hand, rapidly developing mass media brings hard-won opportunities for political socialization. On the other hand, it also makes political socialization face challenges in severe situations. The U.S. media industry is the most advanced in the world. Mass media has completely engaged in U.S. human life. The U.S. society utilizes mass media to ensure the construction, transmission and permeation of the social mainstream political culture. Furthermore, by utilizing this way, the U.S. society blends the social mainstream political culture in the values, behaviour patterns and life styles of citizens. The mass media has become an effective means to promote the U.S. political socialization. Therefore, whether to comprehend the U.S. mass media, or to recognize the U.S. political socialization, it is of theoretical and realistic significance to research the political socialization function of U.S. mass media.Firstly, the thesis summarizes the existing research results, overviews related basic theories about the political socialization functions that the mass media has, defines related concepts; the thesis analyses the connotation and characteristic of the political socialization functions that the mass media has in the perspective of exploring the political functions of mass media. Secondly, the thesis researches the U.S. mass media which is the chief channel of political socialization, mainly analyses the construction and characteristic of U.S. mass media, studies the position and operation mode of U.S. mass media in political socialization, at the same time, analyses the relations among the U.S. mass media and other political socialization channels. Thirdly, the thesis mainly analyses the positive and negative functions of U.S. mass media in political socialization. The U.S. mass media has positive functions, such as spreading political culture, leading political participation, stabilizing political system and outputting ideology; meanwhile, because of self limited features, the U.S. mass media has some negative functions to political socialization. The thesis analyses the factors of the negative functions. After that, the thesis studies the regulation and control of U.S. to the political socialization function of mass media, especially theoretical basis and influencing factor, then measures. Finally, the thesis summarizes our enlightenment of the political socialization function that U.S. mass media has, analyses the challenges our country faces in the course that the mass media functions political socialization, puts forward the measures to improve our political socialization of mass media.The thesis enhances theory content system of political socialization function that mass media has, expands views of U.S. political socialization research. It is not only beneficial to comprehending U.S. mass media, but also beneficial to realize U.S. political socialization. The research provides theoretical basis and countermeasures to our mass media political socialization. It is advantageous to mass media functions in ideological and political education. The thesis is of great positive significance to build a harmonious socialist society.更多还原
