制造企业核心能力跃迁的动力机制研究

【摘要】 随着经济的不断发展,制造业在国民经济发展中的地位和作用日益显著,制造企业成为引领经济发展的重要推动力。但是从目前来说,我国制造业发展水平仍处于制造业产业链的低端,制造企业长期处于发达国家生产链上的一点,我国制造企业持续竞争优势的形成不仅关系企业自身发展,更关系到我国工业的发展和国际竞争力的提升。因此,明确制造企业核心能力跃迁的动力,揭示制造企业核心能力跃迁的动力机制及其运行过程,探究核心能力跃迁过程中的动力机制作用过程,对制造企业有针对性的改善当前的核心能力状况具有重要的现实意义。第一,本文在分析现有制造企业核心能力相关研究基础上,从对核心能力的结构解析入手,以物理学中的量子跃迁类比核心能力的跃迁过程,界定了制造企业核心能力跃迁动力机制的内涵,并提出核心能力跃迁达到稳态的条件。第二,分析了制造企业核心能力跃迁动力机制的结构、功能和原理。从知识动力、创新动力、文化动力、外部助动力四方面构建了核心能力跃迁的动力系统,并设计了核心能力跃迁的动力系统模型,在此基础上分析了核心能力跃迁动力机制的结构及其激发与维持功能、转化与传递功能、协调与反馈功能,深入剖析了跃迁动力对核心能力的磁效应、化学效应、渗透效应和调节效应。第三,分析了制造企业核心能力跃迁动力机制的运行过程,从动力机制的运行流程角度分析动力机制的启动、传动和反馈过程,分析核心能力启动路径、传动路径、反馈机理及核心能力跃迁动力机制作用的实现过程,并在此基础上提出制造企业核心能力跃迁动力机制作用的结果假设。第四,对制造企业核心能力跃迁动力机制进行验证性分析和案例分析。在理论研究的基础上,提出核心能力跃迁动力机制运行过程的验证性分析模型,提出了核心能力跃迁动力机制运行过程的相关关系假设,在实地访谈和问卷调查的基础上,运用结构方程模型进行验证。同时采用案例研究方法对核心能力跃迁动力机制进行实证分析,以增强理论研究和验证性研究的可信性和可行性。最后,本文从构建学习型组织、提高企业创新能力、加强企业文化建设、增强企业战略柔性以及优化企业成长环境五个方面提出了制造企业核心能力跃迁动力机制的管理对策。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of economy, manufacturing industry is increasinglysignificant in the development of the national economy, and becomes the leading importantdriver of economic development. But currently, our country manufacturing industrydevelopment level is still in low-end of the industrial chain and at a point on the productionchain for a long time. The formation of sustained competitive advantage is not only related toenterprise itself development, but also related to our industrial development and improvementinternational competitiveness. Therefore, this paper made clear the transition power ofmanufacturing enterprises’ core competence transition, revealed manufacturing enterprisecore competence transition mechanism and its operation process, and explored the operatingprocess of dynamic mechanism during the core competence transition, which had animportant practical significance to improve the current situation.Firstly, this paper made the analogy between the quantum transition process in physicsand the growth evolution of core competence from the perspective of the structure analysis ofcore competence, defined the connotation of manufacturing enterprise core competencetransition mechanism, and put forward the steady-state conditions of core competencetransition, based on the existing research of manufacturing enterprise core competence.Secondly, this paper analyzed structure, function and principle of the manufacturingenterprise core competence transition’s dynamic mechanism.and it built the core competencetransition’s power system from the four aspects of knowledge power, innovation power andcultural power, external power, and designed the core competence power system model oftransition and then analyzed the structure of dynamic mechanism and its transition andmaintaining function, transformation and transmission function, the coordination andfeedback function,and deeply analyzed the magnetic effect, chemical effect, seepage effectand moderating effect.Thirdly, this paper analyzed the operational process of manufacturing enterprise corecompetence transition, the start path, transmission path, feedback mechanism from the viewof dynamic mechanism operational process, and analysis the implementation process of corecompetence, and on this basis put forward the assumes that manufacturing enterprise core competence transition.Fourthly, this paper researched the dynamic mechanism of manufacturing enterprise corecompetence transition by means of the confirmatory analysis and ecase analysis. On the basisof theoretical research, this paper put forward the confirmatory analysis theoretical model ofdynamic mechanism process of core competence transition. And then it put forward therelated assumptions, using the structural equation model to verify based on the interviews andquestionnaire survey. And at the same time, this paper analyzed the dynamic mechanism ofcore competence transition by the case analysis, in order to increase the credibility andfeasibility of the study.Finally, this paper put forward some suggestions to supervise the dynamic mechanism ofcore competence transition from five aspects of building the learning organization, improvingenterprise innovation ability, strengthening the construction of enterprise culture, enhanceingenterprise strategy flexibility and optimizing the enterprise growth environment.
