【摘要】 改革开放30多年来，中国经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就，创造了世界经济史上的又一个奇迹。中国经济奇迹般的成就逐渐成为了世界各国关注的焦点，成为了经济学家们讨论的重要话题之一。中国经济发展奇迹是在特定的文化环境下发生的，中国经济发展历程与中国文化之间必然存在着密切联系，因此，厘清中国经济发展与中国文化的内在关系，测定文化因素对中国经济发展的贡献力，对推动当代中国特色社会主义经济发展有着重要意义。本文第一部分主要分析文化的基本内涵及其经济功能。文化是一个包含多种元素的集合，具有着丰富的内涵，其中就包括鲜明的经济内涵和价值。同时，文化具有重要的经济功能，主要表现在对经济发展基本方向的导向功能；对经济发展依靠力量的凝聚；对经济发展环境氛围的规范功能；对经济发展科技质量的支撑功能。本文第二部分主要简明介绍中国经济发展的文化动力探源问题的理论基础，其主要包括马克思主义、西方思想界以及中国思想界对推动经济发展的文化动力理论的研究，这些理论为本研究提供了坚实的理论基础和丰富的研究视角。本文第三部分主要是中国传统文化对经济发展的双重作用分析。中国传统文化是影响中国经济发展时间最长的文化因素。笔者首先对“李约瑟之谜”进行文化解析，深刻分析中国传统文化导致近代中国经济、科技落后的具体路径，指出封闭僵化的制度文化是经济发展的绊脚石。而中国传统文化的精华——儒家文化的重德、仁爱和群本主义等思想助推“亚洲四小龙”的经济腾飞，充分地显示文化思想的伦理属性对经济发展的重要作用。本文第四部分主要是对文化推动经济发展的各国先进经验进行分析及参考借鉴。美国、日本、德国是当今世界的经济强国代表。然而，在它们的经济发展过程中都经历过挫折与成功，深刻剖析其经济挫折与成功背后的文化影响，清晰梳理出多元文化环境、鲜明经济特色、强大民族精神是美国、日本、德国经济强盛的文化助推力。本文第五部分主要解析中国经济发展奇迹的马克思主义文化动因。依据中国经济发展所取得的辉煌成就，分析指出坚持毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观的科学指导以及坚持正确的思想路线，是中国经济腾飞的根本原因。并进一步分析文化在中国特色社会主义经济发展中所起的突出作用以及当代中国经济发展所处的文化困境。本文第六部分深入分析和探究当代中国先进文化推动下经济发展的路径选择。社会主义核心价值体系是当代中国先进文化的理论概括和精神灵魂。推进当代中国经济更好发展的有效途径就是坚持以社会主义核心价值体系为核心的社会主义先进文化的引导，构建当代中国经济发展新模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past30years of economic reform and opening-up, China‘s economic developmentgained the success that attract worldwide attention, created a miracle in the history of theworld economy. The whole world is now focusing on China’s economic development. Themiracle of rapid economic development has become the most interesting topic of discussionamong economists. The miracle of China’s economic development is happened in certaincultural environment, China’s economic development process is tied up with Chinese culturalinevitability. Therefore to clarify the relationship between China’s economic development andChinese cultural, measure the contribution of cultural factors to China’s economicdevelopment has great significance to promote the economic development is contemporarysocialism with Chinese characteristics.The first part of this paper, is mainly about analyzes the cultural connotation and itseconomic function. Culture is a collection contains of a variety of elements. It has richconnotation, including the value of economic and economic connotation. At the same time,culture has important economic function. Performances of culture are including guidance ofbasic economic development direction; strength of cohesion for economic development torely on; specification function of the economic development environment; science andtechnology support of the economic development.The second part briefly introduced the theoretical basis of the cultural motiveforce of Chinese economic development. This paragraph introduced Marxism, the westernideological circle, as well as the China ideological circle and how these scholar analysis andresearch the cultural understanding toward economic development. These theories for studiesprovide solid theoretical foundation and abundant research perspectives.The third part of this paper is the empirical analysis of the dual role of Chinesetraditional culture on economic development. Traditional culture is the longest affect ofChina’s economic development as cultural factors. The author first carried out on the"Needham question" culture, profound analyzed that China’s traditional culture is the lead to the specific path of the backward of economy, science and technology in modern China. Thewrither points out that the closed rigid institutional culture is a stumbling block to economicdevelopment. And the essence of Chinese traditional culture, Confucian culture of heavy, loveand the socialist ideas such as boosting economic take-off, fully display the important role ofethics attribute of cultural thought on economic development.The fourth part of this paper is to analysis and reference of the advanced experience ofculture as promoter on economic development in other countries. The United States, Japan,Germany are the economic powerhouse of the world today. However, in the process of theireconomic development have experienced setbacks and success, deeply analyze culturalinfluence on its economic setbacks and success, clearly tease out multicultural environment,economic characteristics, strong national spirit are the culture booster of the United States,Japan, and Germany’s economy.The fifth part of this paper is meant to find out the cultural reason of China’s economicdevelopment miracle by study sinicization of Marxism. Basis on Marxism, China’s economicdevelopment has made brilliant achievements, the analysis indicates that adheres to thescientific guidance of sinicization of Marxism and stuck to the correct ideological path, is theroot cause of China’s economic booming. Further analysis of culture in socialism withChinese characteristics played a prominent role in economic development as well as the plightof China’s economic development will be found in this part too.The sixth part in this paper, in-depth analysis and explore the route choice of economicdevelopment in contemporary Chinese under the guidance of advanced culture. Socialist corevalue system is the theoretical generalization and spirit of the contemporary Chineseadvanced culture. The effective ways to promote the development of contemporary Chineseeconomy better is to adhere to the socialist core value system as the core of the guidance ofthe advanced socialist culture, construct the new mode of economic development incontemporary Chinese.更多还原
