【摘要】 目的：观察戊酸雌二醇、海参联合克罗米芬(CC)/尿促性素(HMG)对无排卵性不孕症患者的疗效,并探讨其作用机理,为不孕症的治疗提供思路和方法。方法：将拟行促排卵治疗的7例无排卵性不孕症患者随机分为3组,其中CC/HMG(A组,25例)；CC/HMG+戊酸雌二醇(B组,25例)；CC/HMG+戊酸雌二醇+海参(C组,25例)。观察三组HCG注射日子宫内膜厚度及类型、比较两组排卵率、妊娠率等方面的效果。结果：(1)A组总有效率52%；B组总有效率88%；C组总有效率92%。A组的总有效率与B、C组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。B组与C组的总有效率无显著差异。(2)B、C组的子宫内膜厚度、A型子宫内膜较A组明显改善,差异显著(P<0.05)。C组A型子宫内膜明显高于B组,经比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。(3)A组排卵率52%、妊娠率16%；B组排卵率88%、妊娠率24%；C组排卵率92%,妊娠率44%；C组妊娠率高于A组,统计学分析有显著差异(P<0.05)。B、C组排卵率明显高于A组,经比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：戊酸雌二醇、海参联合CC/HMG可以有效改善子宫内膜厚度及类型,提高排卵率、妊娠率,并能避免克罗米芬妊娠率低的缺点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of estradiol valerate glycol, sea cucumber and clomiphene (CC)/urinary gonadotropin (HMG) on anovulatory infertility patients, and explore its mechanism, to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of infertility.Methods:75cases of anovulatory infertility patients were randomly divided into3groups, including clomiphene citrate/hMG (group A,25cases); clomiphene citrate/hMG+estradiol valerate (group B,25cases); clomiphene citrate/hMG+estradiol valerate glycol+sea cucumber (group C,25cases). The endometrial thickness and type in HCG injection day, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate were compared between the three groups.Results:(1) Group A had a total efficiency of52%,statistically significant compared to group B88%, group C92%(P<0.05),but no significant difference in group B and group C.(2) The endometrial thickness, type A endometrium in group B and group C was obviously improved than in group A, significant difference (P<0.05). Group C of type A endometrium was higher than that in group B, significant difference (P<0.05).(3) In group A, ovulation rate was52%, pregnancy rate16%; group B ovulation rate was88%, pregnancy rate24%; group C ovulation rate was92%, pregnancy rate44%; group C pregnancy rate higher than that of group A, had statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Ovulation rate in group B and C was higher in the A group, compared with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Estradiol valerate glycol, sea cucumber with CC/HMG can effectively improve the endometrial thickness and pattern, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate. Meanwhile,avoid the disadvantage of low pregnancy rate of clomiphene citrate.更多还原
