【摘要】 本文着力要展现的是把“诠释学—现象学”作为方法的道德哲学和政治哲学家利科,而不是关注政治和伦理的诠释学家利科。利科对于伦理学和政治哲学的参与并不是一种偶然,而是他力求建立的人类学的哲学体系所必然要求的。不同于罗尔斯那种“羞于把伦理学建立在某种人的形而上学之上”的态度,利科重新肯定伦理学同人的形而上学,同主体理论的密切联系。伦理学和政治学在他那里都是对于人类自身的解释。而通过伦理学和政治哲学的解释,自身的观念也得以扩展和丰富。利科于是建立起一种诠释学的循环,即一方面通过对社会现象和文化产品的理解和说明,进而审视自我本身；而另一方面又通过自我本身的审视,解释出一套社会合作的符号行为系统,包括政治和道德的规范系统。如果说人类与文化的诠释学循环是一种横向的循环,那么在利科那里还有一种纵向的循环。这种纵向的循环是从主体内在倾向到外在实践经验之间的循环。这种循环是由认识和反思两条进路所厘定的。利科的两种诠释学的循环可以一言以蔽之,即“自我”同“他者”之间的辩证关系。因此,利科伦理学的关键在于“他者”,在于如何对待“他者”以及其与自我的关系。鉴于“他者”的特殊地位,必须认真对待“他者”。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article, the author wants to show that Ricoeur is an ethical and political philosopher who uses hermeneutics and phenomenology as methodology, rather than mere a hermeneutic philosopher who cares about politics and moral institution. It is not an occasion that he joins the debate of the ethical and political argument, but an inevitable encounter because of the purpose to fund a theory of philosophical anthropology.Different from Rawls’ attitude that it is ashamed of funding ethical and political theory on some kind of metaphysics of mankind, Ricoeur reconfirms the relationship between ethics and the metaphysics of man, the theory of subject. In his view, ethics and politics are the interpretations of human being. Through the interpretations of ethics and politics, the concepts of the self are extended. Ricoeur establishes a kind of hermeneutical circle, to survey oneself through understanding and explanation of social phenomenon and culture products, for one hand; and to develop a system of signs from social corporation by interpreting the self, including political and ethical system, for the other hand. If considering the hermeneutical circle between human being and culture system as a horizontal circle, there is one kind of vertical circle in Ricoeur’s theory. This kind of circle is between the inclination and experience. The circle is determined by epistemology and reflection.In one word, the two kind of circle are the dialectics between self and the other. Therefore, the key of Ricoeur’s ethics is the other, is how to deal with the dialectics. In view of the special position of the other, we have to take the other seriously.更多还原
