基于学生行为的大学校园集约化规划策略研究

【摘要】 世纪之初,我国大学经过扩建、改建、合并的迅猛发展浪潮之后,大学已由短时间相对粗放型的发展倾向,转向为大学素质化教育核心本质的长远探求。在这种发展内涵下,未来大学校园建设将从增加“量”向提升“质”的方向转化,倾向于因地制宜以大学内在需求为导向的集约化发展模式。本文从我国高等教育快速发展的现实和我国大学规划现状出发,通过对西方战后三十年大学发展的经验与我国大学校园集约化发展的动因研究,找寻以学生为本的大学校园集约发展根本内涵。通过分析部分大学存在与学生校园行为共性的不适应矛盾,进行大学校园集约化规划设计理念的建构与设计策略研究,分为校城互动、空间组织、交通体系、功能复合四个关键点试述。大学校园集约化规划与城市及所在区域间的校城互动策略主要探讨了大学在社会职能日益加强下回归城市的趋势,集约化的规划既是大学重返城市的必要条件,也是与城市开放融合的必然。大学校园集约化空间组织策略通过不同校园规模的规划适应、空间组织模式下的空间形态以及校园外部空间三个方面分析适宜学生行为特点、激发空间活力和吸引力的设计方法。大学校园集约化交通体系策略通过分析大学交通常见的矛盾入手,寻找解决大学学生行为特点下的集约化交通管理策略、组织策略以及机动车、非机动车和步行交通的设计策略。大学校园集约化的功能复合是创造学生高效生活、增加交往机会、激发创新环境的重要组织方法,通过探讨功能复合的影响因素和原则,从实现功能复合的目的出发试述功能复合的设计策略。文章最后对于大学校园集约化的未来发展做出展望。大学校园的集约化规划是在界定校园范围内对校园各类资源利用的有效组织,但是集约并不意味着追求最大化用地强度的校园建筑叠砌,而需要形成紧凑、合理、高效、有序的空间互动机制,最大限度节约土地资源并创造出学术社区氛围的适宜校园环境。大学校园的建成不是结束,而是一个新阶段的开始,是满足校园内在需求动态演变而迈向更高层次集约化的持续过程。

【Abstract】 At the beginning of this century, after expansion, rebuilding, re-merger wave of the rapiddevelopment of the university, the university has changed the relatively in a short timeextensive development tendency towards the long-term exploration,which is the core of thequality education. Under this development connotation, the future construction of theuniversity campus will transform from increasing “quantity” to promoting “quality”, tend tosuit measures to local conditions with the internal request of the university at an intensivedevelopment model.At the background of the rapid development of the higher education and the presentconditions of the university planning in China now, this article wants to look for the basicconnotation, which student-oriented, in the development of intensive university throughstuding the experience of the West on the development of the university in about30yearsafter the Second War and the motivation research of intensive university in China. Byanalyzing the contradiction that some university campus can’t adapt to the students’ behaviorin common, the planning idea and design strategy of the intensive university has beenconstructed by the research of the four keys: university-city interaction, space organization,traffic system and the function of composite.The strategy of university-city interaction between the university and the city or regiondiscuss the trend of the university returning to the city with the increasing social functions.The intensive planning is necessary for the university to return to the city and also for theurban open fusion. The intensive spatial organization strategy analyze the design methodwhich can appropriate student behavior characteristic, activate the attraction of the space byadapting to the different size of the campus, space organization mode of spatial form andexternal space in the campus. The intensive traffic system strategy of the university try tofind out the intensive management strategy,organizational strategy and design strategy ofmotor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrian to solve the special traffic behavior of thestudents through the analysis of the contradiction of traffic in the university. The intensivefunctional composite is an important organization method to create efficient life, increasecommunication opportunities and stimulate innovation environment. By discussing the influence factors and the principle of the functional composite, the article try to get thedesign strategy of the function composite by reaching the purpose of the composite. Finally,a prospect has been put forward for the future development of the intensive university.The planning of the intensive university is an effective organization of all kinds ofresource utilization within the scope of the definitive campus. However, the intensiveuniversity does not mean that the pursuit of maximization of the land intensity use to brickingcampus buildings, but to form a compact, reasonable, efficient and orderly interactivemechanism of the space, to create academic community atmosphere of the campusenvironment through saving the land resources at maximum limit.The completion of theuniversity campus is not the end, but rather the beginning of a new stage. It is theintensification of continuous process towards a higher level with the campus internal demandand dynamic evolution.
