【摘要】 意识形态和警察、军队、监狱等国家机器一样，是国家安全不可或缺的重要组成部分。同时，作为国家政权建设的重要对象，它又为整合社会力量，维系社会制度，统领人民思想，维护国家利益，建立政治秩序而效力。所以，意识形态对任何一个国家的执政党来说都具有重要意义，意识形态安全也成为关乎国家存亡的现实问题。在阶级理论视阈下，意识形态安全无非是指统治阶级宣扬的某种意识形态受到最广大人民的信任与认同从而自身具备了合法性；换言之，人民群众相信了这种“共同利益”，认为这种意识形态可以满足他们自身的利益诉求，因此选择了认同。所以，利益、阶级、认同、合法性等要素编织了意识形态的生存环境网。就目前而言，我国主流意识形态的生存环境十分复杂，国际上，要面对社会主义与资本主义两种社会制度共存与竞争长期存在的局面；在国内，更要经受由改革发展所引起的“阵痛”对我国意识形态安全的严峻考验。当前，改革开放对社会的震撼已经超乎所有人始料：由封闭转向开放社会，由农业转向工业社会，由计划转向市场经济。以三大转向为特征的社会转型犹如一场暴风雨般的革命让社会存在发生了翻天覆地的变化，其中以引起社会阶层的分化最为瞩目。在市场经济文化霸权的影响下，阶层分化又必将引起多元化的利益主体，而不同群体在实现自身特殊利益诉求的过程中会不可避免地产生利益矛盾。由于阶层分化是在社会发展进程中依据财富、声望以及权力的不同而产生的一种客观现象；同时，它作为一种社会结构分析的理论范式又具有一定的主观性。因此，存在于这种主观认知与客观现实之间的张力便可能引致人们对社会制度发展的一些认知误区或操作失误。作为上层建筑的重要组成部分，意识形态安全问题的产生便不难理解。从意识形态与社会阶层的发展现实看，只有当意识形态符合社会阶层发展的实际，特别是要体现出阶层分化的趋势，两者之间才能达到一种良性的互动状态。回顾历史，从毛泽东思想、邓小平理论，到“三个代表”重要思想再至科学发展观，社会主义意识形态针对现实中出现的问题不断调整和转变自己的话语体系与实践空间，形成对国家建设的有效指导；而如今社会新变化招致的新问题又形成了对意识形态安全的新挑战。在以社会阶层分化为背景的新时期，我们必须用政治文明建设增强主流意识形态在各阶层的说服力，用经济建设增强主流意识形态在各阶层的吸引力，用文化建设扩大主流意识形态在各阶层的影响力，用社会建设增强主流意识形态在各阶层的渗透力，用意识形态建设增强主流意识形态在各阶层的解释力，用对话平台建设加强主流意识形态与各阶层的互动性，以此来提高国家主流意识形态的防御力，让其能够在由社会阶层分化带来的多重考验与挑战中应对自如。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is well known that ideology is an important part of national security as well as stateapparatuses, such as police, army, and jail and so on. In the same time, ideology as the importantobject of the state power construction is playing a part in conform society strength, maintainssocial system, commands the people’s thought, maintains the national interest, and establishes thepolitical order. So, ideology has the vital significance to any national incumbent party andbecomes a realistic question concerns the national life or death.Therefore, the ideology security from the perspective of class theory is nothing but anideology of ruling class advocated by the trust and recognition of the broad masses of the peopleto have their own legitimacy. In other words, people believe this kind of "common interests" andthink this ideology can meet the interests of their own, so have the choice of identity. So we cansay that interests, class, identity, legitimacy elements such as knitted ideology environmentnetwork. At present, the mainstream ideology of living environment is very complex. It will facesthe situation of coexistence and competition of socialism and capitalism for a long time atinternational and undergoes the severe test on our country ideology security which caused by thereform and development of the pains at home. Admittedly, shock of reform and opening up to thesociety has been beyond all expected: from closed to open society, from agricultural to industrialsociety, from planned to market economy. By the three steering characteristics of socialtransformation likes a storm of revolution that happened to turn the world upside down in thechange of society, which caused the attention of social strata differentiation. In the marketeconomy under the influence of cultural hegemony, class differentiation must lead to diversestakeholders, and different groups will inevitably produce conflict of interest in the process ofrealizing the demands of their own special interests. Because the social stratum differentiation isone kind of objective phenomenon in the social development which based on the wealth, theprestige as well as the different authority; At the same time, as one kind of social structure analysis,the theory model also has certain subjectivity. Therefore, the exists between this kind of subjectivecognition and the objective reality tensity then possibly brings some cognition erroneous zone oroperation fault on social system development to people. As the overtop structure importantconstituent, the ideology security problem production then not difficult to understand.Looked from the ideology and the social class development reality, only then when theideology conforms to the social class development reality, specially must manifest the tendency ofthe social stratum splits up, the ideology and the social class can achieve one kind of benigninteraction condition. Looking back, from Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory, to theimportant thought of "Three Represents" and the Outlook of Scientific Development, the socialistideology adjusts their own space of discourse and practice in view of the reality continuous andbecomes an effective guidance for national construction. But, new problems cause new challengesto the ideological security. In a word, in the new period as the background to the social classdifferentiation, in order to improve defense force of the mainstream ideology in the state and let itcan respond freely in multiple tests and challenges brought by the social stratum differentiation,we must strengthen the persuasion of mainstream ideology in each stratum by the politicalcivilization construction, strengthen the attractive of mainstream ideology in each stratum byeconomic construction, expand the influence of mainstream ideology in each stratum by culturalconstruction,strengthen the penetration of mainstream ideology in the each stratum by social construction, strengthen the explanation of mainstream ideology in the each stratum by ideologyconstruction, strengthen the interaction of the mainstream ideology in each stratum by dialogueplatform construction.更多还原
