【摘要】 伴随着社会现代化进程的深入，作为后发现代化国家，中国社会体制的逐步转型，迅速地消解着原有的社会结构。新的社会存在、生活方式挤压着传统的境遇空间，人们面临着前所未有的竞争和压力。各种社会思想争相涌现，传统的价值观、利益观、道德观等受到冲击，歪理邪说充斥着社会现代化进程，再加上主流意识形态的“偏颇”和“手软”，从而引发了中国主流意识形态的安全问题。因此，如果要想走一条具有民族特色的社会现代化道路，就有必要化解意识形态领域的危机，在社会现代化过程中构建具有中国特色的意识形态体系。为此，本文基于阶级分析法、跨学科综合法、历史文献法，探讨“社会现代化进程中意识形态安全”问题，从理论上探讨揭示“社会现代化与意识形态的互动”问题，从实践上考察“中国社会现代化与意识形态安全的互动”问题，最终提出“中国社会现代化进程中意识形态安全何为”的策略。从理论上看，社会现代化与意识形态的关系体现在“社会存在与意识形态的关系”。因此，社会现代化与意识形态的互动关系可以用“辨证统一”来概括。从逻辑关联看，二者之间存在双向互动的多元可能。社会现代化是意识形态有效引导的必然趋势，意识形态需要在社会现代化过程中不断完善自身。因此，如果二者的互动是良性的，那么有利于创设和谐稳定的社会生态；反之，则容易引发社会的摩擦与冲突，引发社会动乱，制约社会现代化的进程。从实践上看，中国社会现代化建设的不同时期（探索期、城市化期和全球化时期），中国共产党和中国政府围绕社会现代化目标、社会公平、社会阶层、社会核心价值观等意识形态领域进行了不断的建设，为社会现代化建设“保驾护航”。然而，伴随着主体的“自我”缺失，社会现代化价值观的失效，外部环境的冲击，加上社会现代化发展规划程度不够，整体协同程度不够以及有序成长程度不够，中国社会现代化进程中国家主流意识形态“危机四起”，表现为对指导思想、政治信仰、道德秩序、民族精神的不断冲击。如果任由主流意识形态遭受外部冲击，将对中国社会现代化建设的指导思想等产生巨大的冲击，从而影响社会稳定，政府权威效力失效等，破坏社会现代化建设的宏伟目标的实现。为此，基于社会现代化建设的目标，就有必要注重意识形态安全的建设。首先要正确处理好社会主义意识形态领域的几组关系，主要体现在：正确处理“主旋律”与“多样化”的关系；正确处理“内容稳定”与“理论创新”的关系；正确处理“理性认知”与“情感认同”的关系；正确处理“集团性话语”与“个体性话语”的关系；正确处理“先进性”与“大众性”的关系。其次，建立社会主义意识形态安全的社会运行机制，主要包括：建立社会思潮预警机制；建立社会疏通引导机制；建立社会利益诉求机制；建立公民社会认同机制；建立社会价值转化机制。第三，完善社会主义意识形态安全的控制方法，主要体现在：注重硬控制和软控制方法互补；宏观控制和微观控制相互结合；有形控制和无形控制相互交织；前馈控制和反馈控制相互贯串。最后，注重意识形态与社会现代化良性互动，主要表现在：社会制度发展与意识形态良性互动；社会思潮发展与意识形态良性互动；社会层级结构与意识形态良性互动；社会参与政治与意识形态良性互动。意识形态是国家的精神或灵魂，意识形态安全是国家安全体系的重要组成部分，也是维护社会稳定、和谐发展，保障我国社会现代化建设安全、稳步推进的战略需要。本文通过对意识形态安全和社会现代化建设的互动及建设研究，旨在进一步深化意识形态安全理论，推进中国特色社会主义意识形态理论的与时俱进；进一步统摄社会思想，为中国现代化建设创造优良的社会环境和运行机制，以保证我国后发式现代化建设的整体、有序推进。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the depth of social modernization, China as a “post-modern” country,China’s social system is gradually developed and has rapid digest the existing socialstructures. People are under unprecedented competition and pressure for the newsocial existence has been squeezing the traditional lifestyle space situation. Variousthoughts emerge completely, traditional values, concept of interests, ethics haveimpact so much, it leads to the problem of Chinese mainstream. Therefore, if it is tofollow the path of a modern society with ethnic characteristics, it is necessary toresolve the crisis in the ideological field and construct the ideological system withChinese characteristics. In this paper, based on class analysis, cross-disciplinary,historical literature, explore the issues “social modernization process ideologicalsecurity”, discussed the problem theoretically to reveal “interaction of the ideologyin modernization and social ", study "China’s social modernization and ideologicalsecurity interaction" issue from the practice, and ultimately conclude the strategythat "China’s social modernization process what is ideological security".Theoretically, the relationship between social modernization and ideologyembodied in the issue "social existence and ideology of the relationship." Thus, theinteraction between social modernization and ideology can be summed up as"dialectical unity."From a logical association to see that there may be a two-wayinteraction between both diverse. Social modernization is the inevitable trend ofeffective guidance ideology; ideology perfects itself in social modernization process.Thus, if the interaction between the two is benign, so conducive to the creation of aharmonious and stable social ecology; otherwise, it will leads to contraction andturmoil, controlling the process of social modernization.Practically, now China is under modernization construction (Exploration period,urbanization and globalization during the period).The communist party of China andthe Chinese government focused on the social modernization goal, social justice,social class, social core values. However, with the absence of "self" the failure ofmodern social values, the impact of the external environment, and social modernization degree of development plan, overall synergy degree is not enough.insufficient coordination and the orderly growth ofthe overall degree is not enough, the process of modernization of Chinese society national mainstream ideology "crisis-ridden", the impact of guiding ideology of safety, security impact of political beliefs, moral order and security impact, safety impact ofnational spirit. If we allow the mainstream ideology destroyed by other force from outsides, the guiding ideology of China’s social modernization will suffer a huge impact, thus affecting social stability, government effectiveness of authority such as the failure to achieve the grand goal of the destruction of social modernization.To this end, the goal of modernization based society, it is necessary to payattention to the safety of the construction of ideology. First, we must correctlyhandle the relationship between socialist ideology led several groups: mainlyreflected in:; properly handle the relationship "Content stable" and " theory ofinnovation"; properly handle the relationship between "theme" and "diversity"correctly handle the "rational cognition "and" emotional recognition " relations;correctly handle "," relations; proper treatment " group words "and" advancedindividual words relations "and " public nature ". Secondly, the establishment of asocialist ideological control of security mechanisms, including: the establishment ofan early warning mechanism of social thought; establish social dredge guidemechanism; establish social interest demands mechanisms; establishment of civilsociety recognition mechanism; establish social values transformation mechanisms.Third, improve the socialist ideology of security control mechanisms, mainlyreflected in: hard and soft controls to control two-pronged approach; macro controland micro-control combined; tangible and intangible control pronged control;combine feed-forward control and feedback control together. Finally, focus onpositive interaction between ideology and social modernization, mainly in: thedevelopment of the social system and ideology positive interaction; development ofsocial thought and ideology positive interaction; social hierarchy and ideologypositive interaction; community participation in politics and ideology positiveinteraction.Ideology is the national spirit or soul, ideological security is an important part of the national security system, maintaining social stability and harmoniousdevelopment and to protect the safety of our social modernization, steadily strategicneeds. According to interaction and building safety study of ideology and socialmodernization, aimed at further deepening ideological security theory, the theory ofsocialist ideology to keep advance with times; further unifying social thought, andcreate good as China’s modernization social environment and operationalmechanisms to ensure that the overall modernization with the later-comers surpassthe formers style and every step is well aligned.更多还原
